did not answer.
They called 3x

Got calls from this number on 6/13/07 at 5:48pm and on 6/14/07 at 8:45pm but both went to voice mail with out any message. I called the number back with the same results as the above listings - "Your call cannot be completed as dialed . . . " After reading all the other comments, I'm pretty certain I'll receive another call from this number.

Received a call tonight at 10 p.m Central Time (late to be calling). I answered and he asked for my wife, when I said she wasn't here, he said, "Okay, I'll call later." I asked if I could take I message, and he said, "No, that won't be necessary" and hung up.

Called and left no message. Didn't pick up. Return call said said number is "not in service."

They call asking for Anthony and the way he reacted when I told him that it was a wrong number was weird...

This number is calling on a regular basis. Very annoying. I have no debt so it can't be debt collectors. Quite frankly does the do not call list really work. I feel as if I spend more time on this site filling this info out more then anything else.

I've gotten calls from this number the last few days in a row. They either just hang up when they get the answering machine or I hear a short message with some girl in the background talking to someone else. Can't understand what is being said.

No idea, callerid said "Florida Call". Didn't dawn on me till typing the number in here, 765-4321 backwards is 123 4567.... Only ran 4 times so guess they figured an answering machine after that.

Someone called with a survey about coffee and TV watching. They said that a 30-minute show would be sent and they would call back on Wednesday at 4:30 to talk to us about it. That is today. We have received no video and I am wondering if they will call back.

Just Received a call from this number at 9:13 Eastern time.Said "NAME UNAVAILABLE" and I am on Do not call list also. I let answering machine get it and they hung up or there was a dial-tone when the answering machine got it.This is just irritating.

Received a call from this number on 04/05/07 at 6:02pm. ID said Name Unavailable 18637654321. The fact that the last 7 digits are 7654321 make me suspicious, anyway, so I picked up the receiver and quickly slammed it down again after the first or second ring. I don't take calls from numbers I don't recognize.

Called 11 times today. No message

They called this morning and asked for my husband. Didn't want to leave message. Seems like they are very unprofessional, and disjointed due to other comments on here. I am skeptical about the survey thing. Where do they get our numbers if they are on the do not call lists and unlisted? I would beware of these people.

This number keeps calling over and over again, they wont leave a message with my wife and insist that they need to talk with me. They won't even accept my work phone number from my wife and insist that they have to talk to me instead. Totally irritating...

Hung up when I answered. Frequently such callers want you to call back. Thus YOU "initiate contact" and they can thereby evade the "Do Not Call" list penalties.

Received call on 3/23/07, a Friday, at 6:09pm. Caller ID showed "Florida". When I said, "Hello" twice, there was no response either time. I hung up after that.

Got a call today from "Florida" 863-7654321, no msg. On Do Not Call list and also screen for unidentified callers so unusual for us to get these. Noticed that the number is digits counting backward from 7 so assume it's not legit.

The # called..I didn't reconize it,so I didn't answer,they let the answering machine go all the way,then hung up.They have called us a total of 8 time in 2 days..This has got to stop..

They call me at least 2 times a day every day (not on the weekends though), once I talked to them and they wanted to take a survey, I declined and asked them to take my number off their calling list, but they still call. At least twice a day. They never leave a message.

Florida caller, called twice tonight, no message. Assumed number is spoofed.

They called asking if we were going to vote in the primary. They said they were calling from a call center in Florida called CCI. They said they were calling on behalf of a polling organization called FAIB. They said that was a non-profit organization. Hmmm.

Got a call from this number ID'd as FLORIDA.
Do you suppose all this beeping and sounds like a fax machine is really creeps trying to access someones dial up computer attached to your phone?
If their machine calls your number and you have a computer on that line, and it is set to answer then they can access your files?????????
You gotta watch everything and everybody.

We have gotten two calls today from this number. One at about 6p.m and the other at 7:18p.m. When we answer the phone there is no one on the other end.

Caller said this was not a survey and asked if I was the head of the household. I hung up at that point.

Called twice today; We didn't recognize the area code so we didn't answer. Googled the number and found it to originate in Florida, no names showed up, but I found the link to this site.

They continue to call and never leave a message. Not a number we recognize so we mever anser it.

Didn't recognize the # displayed so let it ring through to the answering machine. They let the message go all the way to the end, then hung up. I always google the unknown numbers that make it through my blocking system and unless I know who is calling, won't answer. We are on the Do No Call listing and will report the call directly (since I don't know where this form takes me).

Received a call from this number on 11/15/06. Caller ID said Florida. They were doing a survey on TV viewing habits and asked me to watch a 30 minunte TV show they has never aired and participate in a survey after viewing the tape they sent to me. The follow up survey was about the advertising/commercials that were on the tape. It was really a little bit interesting! Made me think about how the ads influence what we buy...

They called on 11-29-06 at 5:36 PM. They did not leave a message on my machine. I am adding the phone number to my black list so if they call again they will hear 3 tones and a message stating that this number has been disconnected.

I just got a weird call from this number, I heard a beep and then it hung up on me. When I tried to call it back, I got the standard "We're sorry this number is not in service..." message.

This number is also used by process servers, using a spoof calling card, to check if you are home.

A man called asked said something about surveys about tv programing and wanted to speak to a man between 18-28. I said there was no man in that age group here and he apologized and hung up. It was creepy though on Halloween night.

They called me again very early evening, I picked up, they asked for (my full first name here) and knowing that the caller wasn't anyone I recognized, I said "No one by that name is here" and hung up on her.

One of the reverse phone number sites said this number belongs to Target, but no address was given.

Poor girl had to read this thing saying it is audience studies, having to do with the government, and she had nothing to sell. She said something about a 30min program, and asked my age. When I said 12 she said unfortunately they'd already questioned enough people from my age group. :)
