Called my son's cell phone after 9:30 pm, no message left on voicemail...we don't answer our phones unless we know the caller.

If i do not know will not answer. Must leave message and maybe I will call!

By law, they can contact anyone until 10pm. The 'Do Not Call List' doesn't apply to market research. Only telemarketers.

I did a survey with a person from maximum research, with a very nice young woman... At the end, she asked me a couple of personal questions for validation or something, and I politley said no.. The girl moved on and kept going and respected my choice of not answering. When the survey was finished, I looked them up online. maximumresearch.com
They are a real marketing research company, and I would be happy to do a survey for them at anytime.

They also are required to tell you where their calling from but maybe you people dont listen long enough and just hang up.

Well then these people posting are wrong too because i know maximum researches work is legitamite and they dont ask for any info that could steal your identity. Im not a maniac and researchers dont sell anything if anyone was kind they would help them out@

People have a right to refuse or question the validity of private sector survey requests, especially in an age when personal identities are traded and sold like baseball cards. You never once cite the names of firms you defend, nor have you made any valid supporting arguments. Try to have something more useful to contribute than an insulting attitude.

Doing the studys benafits you, also contacting the police wont do anything because they are just doing their job and its legal!

If you dont want a late night call tell them to call back earlier when its convemient their all polite and just doing their job.

The do not call list doesnt apply to research noone ever understands that its so annoying

Look up the meaning of "Market Research" It benefits everybody and only cost you a few minutes of your time.

Had a couple of calls from 856 874-9001 the last few days, had two today from this number. I have a policy of not aswering any call with any part of the caller ID missing or incomplete. Just had the callers name of New Jersey and tele number....

harrasing all kind of hours asking for survey

Got a call at 9:43pm last night. What the heck!! Picked up, no one was there. THis is ridiculous. I am so tired of these companies getting away with calling after 9:00pm.

Received numerous calls from this number 856-874-9001 "maximum research", usually at night. The latest call so far was at 9:41pm! Asked the girl her name (Emily). Said she couldn't legally call me after 8pm to which she responded that she could b/c they are an "independent research company". Asked Emily her last name, which she said was Palmaneo (sp?) ... asked for her social security number which she said was none of my business, and she finally hung up on me when I asked her how many men she has slept with. Hopefully no more calls from them. I'm sick of these late night calls & the total lack of respect when we say that we're not interested & to please stop calling.

Every time they call, contact the Cherry Hill New Jersey Police Department via their website. Enough harrassing complaints and they will stop this practice of calling so late

Called very late, woke up our child and then hung-up.

They called me and I went into my phone system and blocked them from being able to call again. They came up on my phone as Maxium Research.

The call was received at 7:30pm and claimed they were from the Gallup poll.I told them I wasn't intrested , thanked them and promptly ended the call.

They hung up when I saswered the phone! I blocked the number!!!

They have been calling my work phone asking for my boss over and over and over. They won't say who they are, just ask for him and ask for the fax number, and say they will call him later. they are ANNOYING!

These people have been calling here nearly daily for weeks now. Tonight was the last straw. They called here at 9:28 pm. I had been screening the phone calls but not tonight.

I answered the phone. A woman mentioned who they were and I asked her the following question "do you know that it's 9:30 at night???" I was promptly hung up on.

It was nearly 9:30 pm for God sake what is wrong with these people!!!!! I'm reporting them just because of this!!!

Ugh.. they want to know about my software practices?? I attempted to help but it went on and on and on for like 10 minutes, so I just hung up. Now they keep calling, oh well.. enjoy voice mail! :D
