this number keeps calling an calling an i never answer bc i never owned a credit card an they just wont accept that dont know who they want but its not me im getting annoyed bc i got a 3week old baby an devoted to him 24/7 an i gotta jump for the cell when it rings just incase its important then i see this number makes me wanna change my num but cant bc its the num i used for 2yrs now an all dr.s an everyone has this num of mine wish they would pack up an shut down or stop calling me its pissing me off they call morning noon an night even weekends now come on thats some messed up shit get a real job a real life an leave innocent ppl alone we dont have to deal with this shit seriously!

They call multiple times a day beginning early in the morning and including holidays.

Keeps calling every day for a person who used to work here and had left over 5 years ago. I keep telling them this every single day and they still call back every day looking for this person. I have had it!!!

Chase Credit Card collections

Caller ID said Chase. It was a little after 8 a.m. and the man who called wanted to talk to Adam. I asked what his last name is and heard something I could not understand. I told him that no Adam lived here. He said he would make a note of that. I think he may have been looking for Alan. We get lots of calls for Alan. He is the previous owner of this house. He never had the phone number we have, though. Alan filed for bankruptcy, and his house went into foreclosure. This was several years ago. We bought the house in 2007 after someone else had bought the foreclosed house.

Someone at this number calls my cell phone and my son's cell phone several times a day and they just hang up when we answer. I assume it is some type of telemarketer. Extremely annoying!

Called them back, they identified themselves as Chase Card Services.

IF it is chase, you think they'd leave a message.

All my accounts are current, so I don't know why they would be calling 10-15 times a day. I screen all my phone calls, and let it go to VM first.

This number calls right between 8a and 8:30a every morning - usually more than once. Calls come all day but go real crazy between 8:20p and 8:45p. Calls come once every two minutes but I even had two calls within the same minute. Crazy.

I contacted Chase (JPMorgan Chase Bank) and they claim that they do not have the number 847-488-6100. Apparently, this is not a call from Chase Bank.

This is definitely Chase Bank collections. From the information I have, it's probably for credit card collections and for when they're at their most serious and ready to sue you for money they think you owe them.

I forward all my call to the governor's office at 8:00 AM each morning, and let him ans all the credit card collectors calls.

I work for a company that deals with these harassing, abusive threatening collectors on a pretty much a daily basis. I just called the number back and a lady answers and said hello, then mumbled something incoherent. I said excuse me and she said "Oklahoma Rehab"! I told her I had the wrong number and hung up. I then checked the area code and it was from Illinois! These people are idiots!

This is collectors for Chase. Told them they reap what the sow. In 2007 I paid off 3.5 million in small business loans, had an 830 FICO score, and had ran my own business that employed 30 people for over 16 years. Then the banks decided not to make small business loans any longer because they had taken bad risks on buying up junk mortgages. I held on by operating on my savings, my retirement, and my kids college funds, but was forced to close my business and lay off all my employees. Now I can't pay them back... their loss. They made their bed. They can get a judgement against me, but can't attach what isn't there. By law they can't take my medicaid and foodstamps, so screw them. I also advised my employees not to bankrupt themselves trying to pay these crooks, they got our tax $$$ with the TARP (JP Morgan/Chase) bailout.

Today I received a dozen calls from 847-488-6100, first 2 calls the operator claimed to be a collection agency for Chase Bank, After I gave them my name and informed them there was no Rita, as well as no account with Chase ... Probably anticipating Rita will answer. I have had this number 714-317-3093 for 5 years now, and believe me there is No Rita, I repeat believe me there is No Rita!!!

I just got a TEXT from this number after they tried to call. it said "PLEASE CALL"

Unknown caller says matter of urgency. Listen to entire message. They can help with financial matters and open until 10pm central time. However, call 888-638-4956 (not the same as the number they called from...)

Daily calls for months from 847-488-6100 from 8am until 7pm, often multiple calls within 1 hour, with no messages left and nobody on the line when I answer. Am NOT and have NEVER been a Chase customer and have ZERO credit cards.

To the person who suggested paying my bill (aren't we self-righteous and condescending) - I AM paying it, but I got behind when my husband was unable to work, so they STILL call CONSTANTLY (multiple times a day to both my home and cell phones) despite the fact that I am making monthly payments. Incidentally, if you call them and they agree to to put you on the DNC list - it means nothing. If you have an account with a company, they are exempt from the DNC restrictions and are legally allowed to call you, anyway. But if they are calling constantly - as Chase is - you can threaten them with legal action for harassment.

I've already had 6 phone calls from them today and it's barely 10am. and over the weekend I just had 21 phone calls from them, 21 calls in 2 days! and TWICE I had 2 calls within less than 5 minutes. I'd say this is definitely considered harrassment. last time I mentioned it to them, the guy gets this really snooty know-it-all tone and goes "It's only considered harrassment if we are calling for no reason." I'm just thinking "no, it's not YOUR decision as to what constitutes harrassment, especially if you become the defendant in a class action lawsuit, then it sure as hell is not up to you to decide."

I usually get at least 10-15 calls a day from them. sometimes even like 3 or 4 calls within less than an hour from different phone numbers but the same area code, as if they think I'm so stupid I'm gonna go "oh it's not that other number, I think I'll answer it". they claim "our computer dials your number automatically, we have no control over it", which I'm sure even they know is BS. they have also told me on more than one occasion "we can stop the phone calls for 10 days", and then NOT EVEN 48 HOURS LATER they're calling me again from the same number.

I just called Chase they said that there is a credit card in my name, however, there is NO chase card on my credit report. I think that this is definitely a scam! Dont give out any information do your research first!

Calling telling me that I have a Visa platinum card. That I owe 2,000 and it is in collections. Dont even have a Visa card and I began gettign calls from this number when I moved to Orlando, howver my residece is in Baltimore and I have never received a call in Baltimore. I am chacking my credit report just to ensure that it is indeed a scam, which I suspect it is. They were askign me for the last 4 digits of my SSN and when I refused they tried to convince me that since it was the last four digits I would be ok. Howver, I know better than that b/c when you call actuall companies which you do business with they will as you a series of questions and they can use this info to pretend that they are you.

I don't answer the telephone to numbers that I don't recognize. They never leave messages on my machine, but when they do...they say "Hello, hello", then no message as to why they call or what business they represent. Stupid people! If it is a business, their telephone ediquette needs professionalism.

This number is NOT Chase. It's a eastern-european based scam. I got a call from them the day after I listed my number on an online directory. They try to get you to disclose all the information on your card including the three digit security number on the back & SS number. I imagine that they clone your credit card to go on a shopping spree once you give them your information. If you call them back or give them any information they will keep calling you back. Do not give out any of your account information unless you initiate the call!! Call the 800 number on the back of your chase card to check on your account.

They also post bogus reports on this and similar sites assuring people that is chase. If you check the first 2-4 comments on their numbers (they use several different numbers) it is themselves saying "yup, definitely chase"

Listen, I get calls from this number at least 10x per day. I bought a whistle and now when they call I answer and wait to hear a voice then I blow the whistle as hard as I can into the phone. It seems to be working, they aren't calling as much. I suggest everyone does this to them...

OK, I am so P*ssed! I have had this number, (847)488-6100, call me 5 times already in less then 2 hours!!!!!!!!!!
I have called them back, and have been told that they will take my phone number off there list, and wont be calling me back, mind you, I have been told that 3 just this morning, and in the last week, at least 10 other times!

I receive computer generated calls from this number at all hours day and night. The computer malfunctions and only leaves the last 4 digets of the number. Is there a way to stop this annoying call?

I answered this call and I got a recorded message stating that "this is a very important call" then the computerized message begins to malfunction and never states who is calling or why..........this computerized call keeps calling every hour or so.........its awful and whatever company is responsible for it should be sued.

I received this call at 8:00 this morning and answered it.... said "hello" several times... no response.... then I heard a click, like a person hanging up.... this number called about an hour later.... decided to let VM pickup.... no message

They continue to call from this number and also from 847-488-6050. I wrote to Chase, and they said they'd put me on the DNC list (in writing). That was last Dec 17th. I wrote several times since, both letters and emails. I STILL get 6 to 10 calls DAILY. Today I got a call from a 'representative' saying he would escalate my complaint. His number is 210-586-3095 (or get him thru the 800 number at 800-436-7927). Don't know if its going to do any good though.

I am a reception at a Florida bank, and get multiple calls from this number daily...It's always a hang up...I have yet to try calling it back, and it looks like from what others say...it will do no good...at least I know it isn't just me...
