This is a Verizon Wireless representative in tech support.

Just Verizon asking about a past due invoice I had forgetten about. Very friendly easy to work with.
Said his name was Tom.

Verizon Customer Service number.

I answered ... it was Verizon Wireless telling me that someone was trying to access my account and make changes. It would be in your best interest to probably answer this call (although Verizon has great security messures in place to keep any unauthorized activities from occuring). It's still good to know if someone is trying though.

The call came at 6:30 am today and is the first time I've ever received a call from this number before. Sheesh.

I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM 843 566 8580 THE CALLERS NAME WAS DAL. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND GENTLE AND VERY PATIENCE WITH ME , THE CAL WAS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE EQUIPMENT I NEEDED WEE TALK ABOUT A DAY BEFORE WAS GOOD FOR ME AND TAKE CARE OF MY PROBLEM AND IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELS SHE COULD DO FOR ME SHE WOULD AND I MADE A JOCK SAYING YOU'R AT SOUTH CAROLINA AND I AM IN NY THIS PERSON WAS INDEED WELL TRAINED WISH ALL WAS LIKE . S MUSTAFA

They will also call if you change plan types or add and delete certain features.

This number is the Verizon Wireless Major Accounts & Credit Department. If there calling you then you owe money on your verizon wireless account. If you dont believe it call it back or call the 800 number at 800-811-6200 and NO I DO NOT WORK FOR VERIZON WIRELESS MY BUSINESS CELLS ARE THRU THEM. And yes they call the First number listed on the account wether you have 1 phone or 20 its what ever one is the master phone number

I got a call initially being offered a free debt consultation. I was not interested. It was a female on the other end who had a foreign accent. I hung up. I was called back from a 303 area code. (Denver) I started to get irritated. I cursed at her and told her never to call me again. 12 phone calls later, all from unavailable #s it started to freak me out. I called Verizon to block to #s with area codes. I owe nobody money and I was pissed at the whole situation. I ended up turning my phone off for the rest of the evening. If she calls back I may not keep my cool.

It was verizon wireless and was legit. My son was switching phones and they were calling to verify and O.K. the switch.

I have no outstanding collection issues with Verizon Wireless. I pay when the bill comes in.

It was Verizon Wireless, and it was a legitimate call. They had a question regarding a service plan change requested by on of the people in my family plan.

recieved call at 831pm eastern... answered...other side would say nothing...

oh and also if this is the collections agency for south carolina then it has no business calling me as i live in TN and do not have a plan from south carolina

this number has called me the past 3 days and always around 7 in the morning. to all the people that say its verizon calling about the bill, why don't they leave a message saying its verizon?

I just answered a call on my cell phone from this number. Everyone is right. It`s Verizon and I am(was) behind on my bill. That`s it.

It is Verizon Wireless. Legit number and Verizon Wireless are collecting on accounts they believe are past due. Even if yours is not past due and might be coming up on possibly being past due they call anyway. Very Annoying!

I get that it is VW customer serivce... but a call every 15 minutes?? I call this overkill.

calls every day. leaves no message. they left a message before when they wanted me to "upgrade" my phone as a thank you for being with them so long, so they should leave a message now.

got a call from this number, and it hung up when i answered.

I think I may have recieved a call for this number once or twicw before but it was a long time ago. And when I call the number back it goes to Verizon wireless and is about my pass due account. I guess we all need to pay our bills!

No idea who this is, since nobody is on the line when I pick up the phone, and this is not the first time this has happened.

I've gotten a call from this number every day for 4 days in a row. When I answer there is never anybody on the other line. All I've been able to find out is that the area code is for Charleston, SC

twice a week i get a call from this #. They never leave a message and when i answer they ask for someone named Mr Dunton. I thinki it's a telemarketer.

It Verizon Wireless Bill Collection agency. Pay your Bill and the call will stop. If you call the number back, the first thing it asks you is if you would like to make a payment!!

Same as everyone else, except that I answered. I said hello a few times... it sounded like there was a very muffled and uninteligable voice on the other end, but it was so faint I couldn't hear it. Eventually the call was ended by them.

It's a cell phone number though, from what I have found. So, my guess is it's someone making random calls on their ex's phone, someone using a stolen cell phone, or some random idiot that can't ever dial the right number.

I keep getting calls from this number, it's become very annoying!!! I have yet to answer the call and they never leave a message. Verizon will not allow me to block this number either, which I don't understand.

i have consistently been getting phone calls from this number, all during regular times, but no one answers and no one leaves a message if i don't answer. but this has been going on for about 2 months now...

they must be retarded. they phone once daily and never leave a message. when I answer there is dead silence and the call usually drops within 10 seconds.

I wish this number would stop calling me every day at 11:00 in the morning. I need to sleep at that time because I work nights and it's quite irritating. Calling the number back leads to two options, neither of which I am calling about. Guess I'll have to pick up next time and tell them that I'm not the person who handles the bill (which is true) and to please stop bothering me.

This is a Verizon customer center number. Just call them back...find out if you owe money or if someone has activated changes to your account.

Just got another call from this number, no caller ID, no message, nobody on the other end.........

I called the local *611 and complained and they said that this is a computer generated call that the system does not leave messages and sometimes it takes a while for the "computer" to speak after you answer......(makes no sense to me!) Anyhow, it is Verizon collections.......about a bill that is due for me, the end of this week......when this contract is over, I am out of this one and moving elsewhere.

They just called me for the third time in a row roughly an hour ago. Took the guy a minute to reply. He just wanted to let me know that the bill was overdue and I could pay it over the phone. Since I don't pay the cell phone bill I told him to call the other number on the plan, and he was very friendly about it. It would probably be best to just answer it, tell them you'll pay the bill in the next few days, and hope they don't call back.

this is a customer service office for verizon wireless is you have collections or if some one tries to access your verizon wireless account or tries to change your service they call from this number also

Got a call from them at 10:24 pm. I don't have verizon. They did ask for someone but I couldn't understand who she was asking for so I just said she had the wrong number.

Multiple calls consecutively all week..business hours and eveing. No message ever left

I have been getting calls for months now. For a few days I'll get calls, and then it stops. A few weeks later it will start up again, anytime from noon until seven. Just the number, no name. No one ever answers, and never leaves a message. I am not even the primary phone, its my brother's plan I am under. Verizon really needs to fix this because I am really starting to get annoyed.

When I get an unrecognized number I sometimes call it back. In this instance it was Verizon. The voice maze they had said, "If you are calling about your past due account press one. If you are calling about a new activation, press two..."
I guess they didn't get the check I sent them yet

It's Verizon's collections/account reps. I owe em money... but I'm not paying because they are wallet rapists. I got a bill for $120 for overtexting. They can eat me... an upstanding service provider would notify you there's an unlimited text messaging plan for $10 a month.

Everyday for the last 3 days. No on is there. 1:30pm, 12:27pm and 12:10pm.

After reading messages here, some one called verizon, not sure how they knew to call verizon,l but hey, its from a call center located in charelston, SC for Verizon wireless' customer care center.

Got a call from this number today on my cell, no name, just the number. After reading here, I called Verizon and they said, yes indeed it is their customer care center in Charleston, SC but there was no reason for them to be calling me at all, my account is current and fine. She was going to look into it further.

I got a call today, didn't pick up. They left a message - its Verizon Wireless calling about my account.

this number is collections department from verizon wireless in charleston,sc. it is a good number. they are collecting on past due accounts. problem solved.

The area code traces to South Carolina - Florence Area. The call was to my cell, NO NAME, just the number. I did not answer. I didn't want to confirm that it was a good number.
