Who Called Us

They call several times a day. Caught up with the car payments, now they are harassing me over late payments when my husband and I were laid off. Car will be paid off in 4 months, if not traded in sooner! Never going through Wells Fargo again!

This number called me first the first time today at 5:53pm, asking for Phil or either Phyliss Dobson, not sure about the first name.... I told them they had the wrong number.....

If they call me again, I am filing on they arse.... mainly because they called my cell phone...and I am not who they are looking for... I have had this number for too many years for them to be mistaking my number with someone elses....

CALLS SEVERAL TIMES I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, EVEN CALLS ON SUDAY NIGHT..

I thought that a company can call you doing busines hours between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday thur Friday but these company is getting ridiculouse with calling you even if you have not being late. I wonder what would wells fargo finance company think if you sue them for harrasment because when they call you late in the evening and on saturday and sunday that is what they are doing. and for business law this not legal. Maybe we all should get togather and started a harrasment law suit aganist wells fargo and see how they like it.

Wells Fargo is a horrible company to deal with... Dont ever use them. I had to turn them into BBB before action was taken.

There has to be a way to stop these terrorists. In times like this, the country is sinking and those m%## F**# are one of the main causes of it. They bleed people to death with their interest rates and penalties.

I JUST RECIEVED A CALL AT 3:50 ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON....ABOUT OUR VAN PAYMENT...WHICH WE HAD ALREADY CALLED AND CONFIRMED TO PAY HALF FIRST OF MONTH AND HALF AT END OF MONTH; BECUASE MY NEW JOB ONLY PAYS 2 TIMES A MONTH.....WE PAY ONLINE....SO WE DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR RIDICULOUS PEOPLE.....ZOMBIES.....NO COMPASSION.....AND THEY STILL CALL YOU AFTER YOU MAKE A PAYMENT! THIS IS THE ONLY MONTHLY BILL OUTSIDE HOUSE, UTILITIES, ETC....AND THEY ARE BY FAR THE BIGGEST AGGREVATION! WHEN I ANSWER MY PHONE...THEY HANG UP ON ME....THEN IMMEDIATELY CALL MY HOUSE AND HASSLE MY WIFE!!!! IF I COULD REACH THROUGH THE PHONE I'D RING THEIR NECKS!

WHY DON'T THEY GIVE ME THEIR HOME NUMBER AND I'LL CALL THEM AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY OR AT THEIR WORK??!!

They just called my cell phone at 7pm on a Sunday! I have made my payment so they have NO business calling me. Yes, I may be a week or two late, but after just returning to work after being unemployed for 7 1/2 months due to my former company going out of business I am lucky to only be that far behind. If you have made your payment they shouldn't be allowed to call. I truly hate them! If I had known how horrible they would be I never would have gotten a loan from them! To top all this off, 1 week after I started working they sent me a letter from a collection agency that said they were suing me for full payment on my vehicle. Excuse me??? I was only 8 days late and was planning on making my payment when I got my 1st paycheck (which I did). I am not supposed to be getting upset or stressed out due to a newly diagnosed condition, but how can I not when they idiots are up my behind???

Wells Fargo is by far the worst Financial institute on this planet!!! My ex-wife financed a vehicle with them and she fell into some hard times. I started making the payments for her until she could get back on her feet. She was caught up and then again had to take a paycut, in the mean time I lost my contract working in Brazil, due to not being able to get my Visa renewed. They keep calling me and harrassing me (to include the place where I work) demanding that I make the payment. I again worked with my ex to help her get caught up. I spoke with a Brandon one day, he said he was the account manager, made a payment and arrangements. The next week this rude woman named Mellisa called demanding more money, I said that I spoke with a Brandon and told her that I would speak with him, she started yelling and said she didn't know a Brandon and I needed to speak with her, I told her our conversation was over, I then overheard her say to Brandon " I am not talking to that F&&king asshole. I asked Brandon why she lied and said that she did not know you and why she said what she did. Of course he had no answer. I had to refresh his memory of our conversation after he denied speaking with me. he said I was lieing to him. Then I gave him his telephone number - extension and name and asked him if he never spoke with me how in the hell did I get all of his contact information. Again he got the senile syndrome. Anyway I requested the documents be sent to so I could review the statements, Brandon refused. I called one of the WF numbers that I had on my caller ID and requested the documents. After I reviewed them, I found that some of the payments that I had made for her they applied to that one month payment and the rest to the loan principle. WF kept saying that she was 2 months behind and that the vehicle was in repossesion stages. I have been trying to fix this problem, everytime they call and I bring this up they hang up on me. I have no idea what the next course of action would be. They are the most arrogant, lieing, ignorant people that I have come across. As of 8:00AM this morning; they have called me 6 times...8:00; 8:15; 8:18; 8:36; 8:45; 9:08; OMG!! 9:16am.....Can they call this many times. I hate them!

I wish I never got an auto loan with wellsfargo. They call at least 50 times a day really!! One day late they blow up your phone and also harass you at work.

These people are INSANE and do nothing but harrass!! They call before a payment is even due. They call and say payment has not been made even after a payment has been cashed by them. The calls come from over 50 different numbers that I have noticed. I do not answer any calls from them anymore. It doesn't matter what I say or prove anyways they think they are always right. Their left hand does NOT know what their right hands are doing. I am paying off this loan ASAP and I guarantee they will still call me after loan is paid in full just like they do when I am current with my loan and payment has been made. If they need to say something to me they can leave a darn message!! WELLS FARGO AUTO FINANCE CAN KISS MY BUTT!!!!

try telling them when they answer and give you their speil about this recording may be recorded tell them thats fine and your recording them also. they wont talk to you if your recording them.but according to federal law you have the right to record them as well as them recording you.im trying to find contact info on the ceo and corporate offices. like looking for a needle in a haystack

i wish someone could retain a attorney to sue wells fargo for harassment like a class action suit. with all the people they call repeatedly they would go broke

they also have 877-913-9323,1947-663-2176. they always say its a automatic dialer that calls repeatedly.ive even had it call me 30 mintues after ive talked to them

These people are truly evil. They have also called my home and spoke with my 88 year old father. At his age small things can worry him in a big way. I agree that as soon as your payment is late for 1 second, they call you. I can't wait to get out of the loan from them. I believe these people realy hasnt a clue on where the are calling from. , i have recieved phone calls from them, originating in several different states, and one other country ?????. If they realy want me to answer the call, Display from a number that identifies "Well Fargo" not missouri, wst pk dir, or out of area, this is a unprofessional way to do business. AND PLEASE SPEAK ENGLISH

If I would have known they would call me 12 seconds after a payment was due, I would have never taken my auto loan out with them. I know, I know

I HATE WELLS FARGO!!!! They even called my mother (who is very ill, and not even a co-signer) Wells Fargo lied to her and told they were looking for me to offer me a job....WOW can they do that?

If you want the calls to stop, go to:
ihatedebt.com and use their "Cease and Desist Letter".

You can tell a company to stop calling you till you are blue in the face but you must put it in writing. This website expalins how to do that. Make sure to send the letter certified with return signature receipt required. You can change the letter to include your situation. .they have the wrong number.

Also make sure you log all calls and who you speak to, this is information that you will need to go to court if you wish to go that far.

One more thing, someone wrote to record the call if the people are being unprofessional. Make sure your State allows recording of calls before you do that!!

First things first Kyaana!
If you are getting people calling you and they are being unprofessional you need to get them on tape acting that way! Second you need to get a lawyer and you will win in court!. Been there done it. It is harrassment and there are laws about it. I have consulted my lawyer about it and have gotten myself a hand held tape recorder that you hold up to the ear piece of your phone to record them. Also you need to write down everytime they call and if you answer it, and the name of the person. It will all help you in court.
It is time that we stand up against these companies and start using our phones for what they were meant for. Getting a hold of the people we want to talk to.
I hope this helps not just you but anyone who is getting harrassed by any agency or credit collector.

WOW!!!! Good to know I'm not alone. I have been a customer through Wells Fargo for SEVERAL years now and over the past year it has been hell. I'm surprised their buildings have not been reported on fire with the way they manage their organization. They all AFTER I post my monthly payments, each month, several times a day, indicating that they have not received my payments when their computers CLEARLY show they have and my account CLEARLY shows they have. How embarassing for them that they can't get it together and make sure their bases are covered before they BOTHER me over and over again.

I've been getting phone calls many times a day every day. I don't have Caller ID, but doing *69 brings up the number 816-584-2070. I always let my answering machine answer all calls and they never leave a message.

Wells Fargo calls me from several different numbers all day and it is my cell phone number, don't know how they got that, I did have a credit card with them with a zero balance, but cancelled that after all of the phone calls. They are looking for someone else, I've told them several times that no one by that name lives with me nor do I know them. I have also done a three way conference call with my cell company but that didn't do any good either. STOP CALL ME!!!!

This company has reps that are annoying and unprofessional. They call ten times a day and get nasty if the person they are looking for is not available

I just moved to a new residence about 3 months ago and these assholes keep calling my new number trying to reach someone who had my number before me that had a loan out w/ this company. I've told them numerous times that this person doesn't live in this household and they have the wrong number. Then they told me that they wanted proof that this person didn't live with me. Like how the hell am I supposed to do that, take 24-hour a day surveillance video? No lie, they call 5 or 6 times a day, EVERY day including Sundays and holidays. They called my number 5 times on Easter Sunday! Since they can't do anything to me per se since I don't have any connection with Wells Fargo, now I just ignore the calls when they come in and turn my ringer off after 9 PM because they call that late, too! SOOOOOOOO annoying. They should be horse whipped for their business practices.

Wells Fargo Auto Finance has called 9 times in last 5 days. sometimes # is 816 584-2070 (with Caller ID Wells Fargo Fin), others it's 800 584-2070 (with no caller ID). message is always the same.

I've never had a relationship with Wells Fargo (and certainly never will in the future), and my number has been on national Do Not Call registry since 2003.

I've spoken with their reps who assure me the number has been removed from their call list, but the phone keeps ringing. Extremely annoying.

I receive several calls a day from Wells Fargo, from 816-584-2070 and 800-565-2310. This has gone on for three weeks. They have a wrong number and think they are calling someone else. Talking to a supervisor has proved fruitless. Three people have assured me that, as we were speaking, they had personally removed my number from the folder, but I keep getting calls.

Wells Fargo calls many times a day, sometimes over 10 times a day. First time they call is sometimes as early as 8:30am and keep calling until as late as 9:30pm. They call even on Sunday's when I'm in church. I tell them to stop calling so many times a day. I've told them that their calling is harrassing and they get very nonprofessional with me. I ask to speak to a Supervisor and usually Supervisor apologies. These people are so annoying. Wells Fargo has so many phone numbers. I have put them in my mobile phone and usually ignore them when they call now. But on my home phone, there is no name on the Caller ID just the phone number. There needs to be a law against so many calls a day. This is harrassment. The Better Business Bureau says that calling 10+times a day is legal. Can there be a way to put a stop to it? Can the government do anything about it. I am on the Do Not Call List. What can be done.
