- Block them with a call blocker:

citicorp paid already they owe me a refund and refuse to remit... go figure...customer 31+ years... no more!!!
i do not owe them. they keep calling me. my credit is perfect. if they could prove i owed this, fine, but they cannot.
these asswipes call at least 5 times a day. I never answered the calls til today, and let the lady have it with a full tirade of swear words that would make the devil run. Next time they call, I start taking dirty about various ways to shove it.
get 30 call a week from this number routed from India. All hang ups no message left. When called, wants to know SS #
I don't have a CitiCard Account!
Don't want to recieve these calls. Just forward them to the Governor's office.
I just forward all my calls from the credir card collectors to the governor's office at 8: AM each morning.
It will not stop guys. My advice is change your number if you can. They have been calling me since Nov.2007 when i quit paying them. It's now 2010.
O.k. I admit 2 days late with my payment, but the next day they are on the phone calling. All these banks bailed out with MY tax money are charging criminal interest rates and allowed to do it. How about a bailout for us, I don't mean take away my debt but there should be a cap on how much these crooks can charge us interest, seems some of the percentage rates are criminal. How about making our credit card payments more managable and they wouldn't have to waste money making so many stupid phone calls and paying so many people to harass us.
I have had calls from this number anywhere from 6:30am to 11:30pm. There is never anyone there. I've asked that a block be put on this number.
blah - oh shut up.
Shiti can kiss my ass! I was paying them faithfully every month as scheduled until they doubled my minimum payment. They won't get jack shit from me now. Already got a bail out. I'll be damned if they get paid TWICE! Not by me! They can eat dirt!
How about you guys pay your bill and they will stop calling you! If you paid your bills on time like you are contracted to do, then they wouldn't need that bailout! They have every legal right to call you....look up FDCPA guidelines and find out the rights the government has given debt collectors. The only time they cannot call you is if they are calling a BUSINESS and you tell them not to call. If you lie to them and tell them it is a business and it really isn't they have the legal right to call you. Stop being deadbeats!
Called twice @ my office & wouldn't leave a name or a message
i get 7 call a day. what is wrong with them? i get early call and late call. enought is enought. if i got the money i would suit their @ss
I get over 50 calls a week (seven days a week) from this number and the associated one (866-408-4070); and have for weeks.
I was ready with an air horn, but no person ever came on the line; the machine just hung up (whether I said anything or not).
I wouldn't mind participating in a lawsuit against them...I did file complaints about both numbers at FTC.gov.

Repeat Caller calls at 8AM!!!! Dialer-BOT, automated robot HARASSMENT calls. All day! No live person at the other end........
PURE HARASSMENT CALLS!!
Sears credit card company (Citigroup, Citicards, Citicorp, all one and the same) collection department. Call from 7am-9pm manyyyyy times daily. I have all the CC companies and the different #'s they call from saved to my phone and save the ringtone as silent. That way I can actually look for work as they already know my situation and my layoff and not be disturbed!!!
I agreed. Citicorp should stop calling the people since their expense maybe part of the bailed out money.
Citibank is just messed up. (816) 420 - 4003 is Citicorp Credit. They should eb ashamed of themselves. Getting bailed out. Charging customers a lot of interest while getting low interest from the government
Agreed. They should be called SHITI BANK
tHEY SHOULD BE CALLED SHITTY BANK
Got a call but phone was busy when I attempted to call back.
This number keeps calling and calling and leaves no message. I finally picked up on one of the calls, and no one responded. I have no credit problems and am on the "do not call" national registry. These @ssholes are really pissing me off...
This is Citicorp Credit. This number has literally shown up on caller ID 3-4 times EVERY DAY including SUNDAY- they are calling a business, not someone's home. If I ever manage to actually catch these guys calling I will inform them that my employees are NOT allowed personal calls at work & they need to cease calling. If you advise a company to cease calling you they HAVE TO- BY LAW. For every call they make after you have told them to cease calling you can sue for $500 per offense. Inform them of that..the will stop calling you. We use Vonage so I have a record of all numbers called as well as date & time of the call so I can prove their offenses. Read up on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Law and know how to FIGHT back- STOP BEING VICTIMS!! ftc.gov
They call all of the time. This'll get your goat.....

AIGNewspapers are fixated upon $160 million in bonuses given to American International Group (AIG) executives. And it’s nice to know where the millions are going (note: the bonuses could have been cancelled had the federal government let the company go bankrupt, as officials should have). But where are the trillions in TARP, TALC and Federal Reserve Bank bailout funds going?
The man in charge of administering the bailouts is Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, who served as a staff member of the New York City-based Council on Foreign Relations before being hired in 2003 to head the New York City branch of the Federal Reserve Bank (Fed). As the vice chairman of the Fed’s Open Market Committee, Geithner is probably a poor choice to get the nation out of it’s current economic mess. He served as Alan Greenspan’s number two man at the Fed, so Geithner is as responsible as anyone for facilitating the severity of the real estate and financial bubble and its subsequent collapse. After all, the Fed was the driving force behind the asset bubble, inflating the bubble larger and larger through artificially low interest rates and an inflationary easy-money policy.
Under Geithner and his predecessor (former Goldman Sachs CEO Henry “Hank” Paulson), the majority of bailout funds have been awarded to high-level donors to Geithner's former employer: the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
Here’s a survey of TARP bailout awards to the CFR’s corporate members (there are a total of only a little more than 200 corporate members at all levels):
Among the “Founders,” those who give $100,000 or more to the CFR, can be found:
* American Express Company: $3.389 billion TARP
* Goldman Sachs: $10 billion TARP, plus a separate Federal Reserve bailout and more than $13 billion of the allotment to AIG (below)
* Merrill Lynch: $45 billion through its corporate parent, Bank of America, which is also a CFR Premium corporate member, plus $6.8 billion of AIG’s bailout funds
“President’s Circle” CFR members ($60,000 or more) received the following bailout funds:
* American International Group (AIG): $182 billion in total TARP/TALF funds to date
* Citibank: $50 billion TARP
* Morgan Stanley: $10 billion TARP
Premium members ($30,000 or more to CFR):
* Bank of New York/Mellon Corporation: $3 billion TARP
* Freddie Mac: Sharing with Fannie Mae $1.25 trillion — that’s $1,250 billion — in mortgage securities being purchased from the Federal Reserve Bank
* Chrysler: $4 billion TARP, plus $1.5 billion TARP for Chrysler Financial
* JP Morgan Chase: $25 billion TARP
* CIT Group: $2.33 billion TARP
That’s a total of more than $1 trillion in bailout funds for CFR corporate members, easily the lion’s share of the total bailout funds awarded to date. CFR Membership seems to have its benefits, and then some.
So why is no one asking questions about why most of the funds are going to the former employers of our Treasury secretaries? Perhaps because many of the entities who should ask "why" are also CFR corporate members. Among the financial press, the CFR counts among its members Bloomberg, General Electric (NBC, CNBC, MSNBC), News Corporation (Fox, Fox Business), Standard and Poor's, ABC News, Time Warner (CNN, Time magazine, etc.), Moody's, and McGraw Hill (book publishers).
Somebody should ask the question why the same people who brought us this financial crisis are now bringing us the "cure," and why that cure necessarily involves financing former employers of the people making the decisions.
I got this call. I hear is it Citi Corp, then Chase, then Sears.
Who ever they are, I say we all cancel the cards, move our money to a bank that doesnt do this
and let the phone company know if they dont help us we can get a cell phone from someone else.
They call my work a few times a day and it never says anything. It's silent for 7 seconds then it hangs up. *shrugs* I don't know how to stop it. I'm already going toe to toe with the stupid car warranty place.
This company keeps calling my work and they are annoying!!!!! annoying and i tell these idiots STOP CALLING that they cant reach that person here.. and they call 6 to 7 times a freakin day!!! STOP CALLING!!!!!! freakin losers have nothing better to do!
Well, if this is Citi, that would make sense to me... about 45 days past due with them. I get calls from this number six days a week, and about 5-6 times a day. I don't answer them because I'm always at work when the call, or I somehow miss the evening calls. And they never leave a message. I've never tried to call the number back, as I figure it can't be too important, if they aren't bothering to leave a message.
Two calls came into my cell phone this morning. (8:13 am & 8:58 am) When I answered it, it sounded silent just like one of those electronically dialed telemarketing calls. I don't stay on the line long enough for someone to respond to my "hello". If they are indeed Citicorp, clueless on why they're calling me. I have no credit card accounts with them nor do I owe anyone anything on a credit card.
NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE. TRY CALLING BACK AND GET NOTHING BUT A BUSY SIGNAL
This number came up as Missouri on my caller ID, they left no message. I've also had these calls come from Florida and from a toll free number. Lately, I've been getting collection calls for someone named Theresa I have told these people there is no one in this family named Theresa and I've had this phone number since 1991. And yet they still call several times a day. I just reported a bunch of numbers to the FTC because they did not take my number off their looking for Theresa list. I guess this one will go there too.
Very aggressive. Calls 4 or 5 times per day, even on Saturday. Considering how Citicorp is getting Billions of TARP money from taxpayers, maybe they should ease up a little!
fuck u and ur compans bitch
The number is Citicorp Credit, they'e been calling me NONSTOP at my housephone and my mobile phone and they never leave a message; I lost MY job about five weeks ago and this is the first payment I've missed in 17 years; that CreditShield I pay for every month is useless. My payment amount was 398.00; I just got another statement TEN DAYS LATER AND THEY ARE ASKING FOR A $1600.00 MINIMUM PAYMENT. No wonder this company is going uder!
This may actually be Citi Cards. I am passed due. But like most creditors they don't give a care. I lost my job due to layoffs in December. My employer is not expecting to bring anyone back till March. When I explain that to Citi they ask if there is anyone I can borrow money from to bring everything to current.
Their credit protection stuff is a joke also. You HAVE to work at least full time. My hours had dropped to below 30 during my last 3 weeks of employment, making me effectively part-time. Therefor I am not eligible for assistance through the credit protection plan that I have been paying for monthly.
Suffice to say when I go back to work one of the first things I will be doing is paying off Citi and getting rid of the card.
CITI CARDS NEVER GOING TO PAY THEM A DIME... COME GET ME... THEY ALREADY TRIED SETTLING FOR HALF AND I LAUGHED... YOU SEE YOU WONT GET A DIME OUT OF ME..COME GET ME.
If I answer the phone, I'm either told to wait for someone, which I refuse to do, or I've had someone ask for an incomprehensible name, and when I've asked him to repeat it, he has just hung up
I've never paid a credit card late, yet this company calls me several times each day. They're looking for someone named "Agnes," which is not me, yet they won't listen when I tell them no one at my number (which I've had for years now) has that name.
I called it back and they said it's CitiGroup Credit.
Very nice woman explained that they do this deliberately hoping to elicit a call-back.
She agreed that she'd be annoyed too.
I certainly was!
I've had a few late payments (whoops) before with Citi. They have always called from either New Mexico or Florida.
Today however I've had three missed calls from the above number. They never left a message which is rather strange for Citi and when I tried to call back it was some voicemail from some random fellow.
I have high doubts that this is actually a Citi number.
Who are you? Please stop calling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
This may be a sham number from an organization pretending to be citi cards. They state that your account is past due, and want them to give them a bank account number to pay the bill.
See also 904-954-1095 also from citi cards chasing a late payment. it's an automated call so wait a while to speak to a representative ............ if there IS one.
Called me. Must be the credit card company. I did pay a day late.. ?
