How do you perform a reverse license plate number look up? I have to know if there is any type of way you can type in a license plate number on the web and see the full name of that guy if it is associated with or perhaps the address of that person. Can anyone assist me? It is an Illinois plate with S in the end of it. Please email me if you're able to perform a search or post if you know the way to do a totally free one. Thanks so much.

Got a call for automobile vehicle expiring and to press 1 to speak to representative. Pressed 1 and got a live person. The woman said they had no address or phone number, but said the company name was Warranty Pro. I'm unsure if this is the real company name as I looked it up on Google to find nothing. It is a total scam as I only have a 2008 Chevy, of which the warranty has not expired.

Automobile warrenty has expired and it is a machine (I thought this was illegal?) and they call every night. I called back and left my number with a # sign so they will not call back, but they do anyway?

These people call EVERY number in my office just about every day! At first I kept hanging up on them, but the other day I pressed a button to speak to someone and when the lady answered I asked her to take my number off their list and she hung up on me!!! I think I'll blow a whistle in their ear the next time they call me!!!

I received a number of voice messages on my cell phone from this number soliciting financial business. It is illegal for telemarketers to leave voice messages in Washington State.

Is this number only bothering Hawaii? I just noticed all the local names.

I have been receiving calls from this number for weeks now. It calls my home, cell, work (all 5 lines). I have placed my self on the Do Not Call List for all numbers and they STILL call!! It sounds almost threatening...."Your Auto Warranty is about to expire...We Have tried to contact you several times...yada yada yada." Make it stop. Our cars are fine. There is no need for this service!

i received several calls from this number but never answered it. they never left a message but i did search the area code online and found it to come from Illinois. my cell phone is also from Hawaiian Telcom. Weird!

Larry's comments may have some merit. Question: Did anyone else here, like me purchase a car wherein the warranty (in my case a new Toyota)? I received intems in the mail too (address of car registration). Seems like some one is either getting name from dealer, finance company, or possibly DMV. I am in HAwaii and get these DAILY.

transamerica warranty company is the name of the caller, and they hung up on me as soon as he was dumb enough to give me the company name. see do not call list notes on national website. says that you can make money off these people calling you.

I've received several calls from this number as well as 760-661-0489 about auto warranty expired. Press 1 to talk to someone then either they don't answer or when I ask what call is about they hang up on me. Very irritating cuz they call about three or four times a day every few days.

yes, on 08-16-07, i received a call from this unknown #815-960-1847 (and several other unknown #'s). i checked an on-line directory for the area code's origin...according to the directory, it is a Missouri area code.

Multiple calls into the Maui 911 Emergency Services phone systems regarding "your automobile warranty". They hang up when we press "1". No relief in sight. Even violating the new misuse of 911 Emergency Services that our Governor has signed in law.

These scammers have called me from this number 815-960-1847 and also 760-661-0489. I am so mad because I don't give my number out to anyone. It's just for me to have DSL internet. I also pay for call blocking of numbers I enter but I just found out it only works for 808 numbers. I called Hawaii Telecom to complain and they said that I can block the number but they have to enter it at their end. If your a Hawaii Telecom customer call the Nuisance Call Bureau at 643-7111 and tell them you want these numbers blocked. Of course you have to have Call Blocking as one of the features on your plan. Aloha.

got a call on both my home phone and my cell phone. I never pick it up. They never leave a message. They call all the time and I have 7 missed calls from them on my cell at least! 4:55 august 9th, 1:20 aug 6th, 3:32 aug 1st, 11:52 july 26th, and they just called my house phone number - 3:16 August 10th!! Gosh I wish they would just stop!! Where are they getting my numbers from anyways!!!
Plus I live on Oahu, HI, seriously... how'd they get my number all the ways in IL????

greeted by prescreen to press 1 to hear about a 1% mortgage deal, I pressed 1 and immediately asked who was calling and why the response I got was "The Home Help Center". I asked th ecaller where she was calling from, she replied San Diego. I told her that this number is not to be called and asked to speak with a manager. To my surprise, there was no mananger available. Ilike to talk to these people as much as possible since it is on the telemarketers dime, the only problem is that they get paid $6 per hour and my time is worth more than that, so are th eairtime minutes on my mobile.
