Recieved call from this number at 8:57PM-rang 3 times and stopped. I called the # from caller id which indicated Rockford, IL. Recording said Fraternal Order of Police and they would call back. They better not, will get an earful.
They called tonight and tole me it was the "Illinois Fraternal Order of Police" and to wait for an operator. I heard a bunch of noise in the background and told them not to call me again.
Received this call at 4:45PM April 10th, They asked for Kim, When I said He had the wrong number he asked if I had gotten this number in the past few years I said yes, he proceded to say something very garbled but I did hear the word police benevolent and I then stated I was the babysitter and to call back after 5. Of course I will not be answering this call again, not sure if its real or not but it has nothing to do with my local law enforcement nor do they benefit from.
Received a call at 10am on the business line. When I answered they hung up.
This is not the first time they have called.

I have gotten the call several times in the past week. My boyfriend doesn't answer the phone so I am not sure who it is or why they are calling. Number comes up as an Illinois Number.

Said it was Illinois Troopers Fundraiser. Wanted me to commit to a $ amount and wanted payment by credit or debit card. Asked that they send something in the mail and I would send them a check. I verified my address, will see what they send.
Same as Blazer, they called saying they were the Illinois State Police. We always tell them to send information via mail. They tried to confirm our address and they had one from 5 years ago. They were extremely rude once we confronted their legitimacy. Promptly hung up.
Got a call on Nov.7,election night. The call said "out of area" but the number also showed up in the caller i.d. I could hear two voices, a woman and a man's, saying Hello back to me repeatedly. The man referred me to me as Mrs.Baker. I hung up. It's not the first time this # has called here. Very annoying.

I called the number back and it was the state police fund raising answering machine. Don't know if it's real or a fake.
