How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

They keep calling! I got my RTG furniture over 4 weeks ago when this number started calling my cell phone. I answered, said I wasn't interested in an extended warrenty, and yet I countinue to get 3-4 calls daily - all hours of the day! How do I make it stop?!?!
Keep receiving blank calls from this number - been over 50 such calls since I ordered furniture from Rooms to Go. They need to either shutdown their system or fix it - real pain in the behindside. I am reporting them to the FCC today.
I also called the 800 number and let them know I like my furniture and that I was interested in the extended warrenty and the nice operater sent the request to that department. Just be nice to the operater at the 800 munber and she'll make sure to get your number off the list.
They call me all the time and when I pick up the phone, it goes dead. When I try to call back to complain I can't get thru.

according to comments, this call should be from rooms-to-go; by the way, i have no idea why they do not answer my call-back. Today,i got 3 times call from them.
It is Rooms To Go. They call and act like they are just seeing how you like your furniture..blah, blah. Then they go into the Extended Warranty sales pitch- to me this is oretty damn rude. I told them NO, I don't want this- stop calling me. (If I wanted it, I would have purchased it!)
Like everyone else, when they call no one is on the other end..HOW ANNOYING!!! I called the number back...it obviously is out-sourced to BFE and I was on hold FOREVER. I left a message on their voice mail system & told them to stop calling me, I had ZERO interest in any warranties. Then we bought another piece of furniture, so they are calling again. I called 800.766.6786 and spoke to a very nice lady & she assured me I would be removed from their call list.
Those of you that see ACS- they must be spoofing the number or something like that because this number is Rooms To Go.
these jerk offs won't stop calling my cell phone! they have been calling my cell phone for the past 3 day's 4 to 5 times a day. i awsered told them not interested, and im still getting calls. yesterday, i awnsered again, and told them to stop calling, and the idiot on the other end of the line told me i will not get anymore phone calls. got 5 more this morning. im ready to call rooms to go and tell them to come pick up there furniture, and i will go somewhere else. fucking bastard's. DONT BUY FROM ROOMS TO GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update: To recap, I've received a call from this number twice today. When I answer, nobody is on the other end. I've been receiving calls from this number for a while now. Thanks for the tip that this is Rooms To Go Warranty Service. I went to their website and called Customer Service at 1(800)766-6786. I explained the situation to the woman who answered. She explained that they were attempting to offer extended warranty - something I opted not to get when I purchased the furniture. She offered to give me a direct number if I were interested in the extended warranty or to post my number with them for a Do Not Call status. I told her that I would appreciate being placed on the Do Not Call list. She did so, and I thanked her. I hope that this is the end of these calls.
They've now called twice today. I say "Hello" and nobody is there. I've tried calling the number, but only get a busy signal. It's really irritating.

Rooms to Go warranty service of some sort. Calling on my cell and the cell can't handle. I tried to return the call and got disconnected.
