Claim they are capital one collections. They are rude and can not provide any info. I have never had a credit card from this company
Received calls on my cell phone and was told there was a problem with my Capital One Account. Told caller I never have had a Capital One Card so there couldn't be a problem. Couldn't understand this foreigner and someone by the name of Linda called and asked me to hold and she then put the foreigner on to talk to me and he was asking for Austin which isn't my name. The scammers are out in full force!
these people call with a different number twenty times a day. "Hi this is Linda with an exciting opportunity for you!" its always the same recording, different number. Its capital one credit cards.
Got message to call 800 9556600 to talk to "Fukinda" for a deal.
