This was a followup call on recent service at a Mazda dealer (Mason OH). They were asking about customer satifaction with the service.
hang up
Make them stop calling.
Tell them to stop!!!
This number is from a survey company asking about the quality of service provided. Specifically, it was about Congressional Mazda in Rockville, Maryland, from whom I purchased a new 2010 Miata last Saturday. They asked how I would rate the transaction on a scale 1-10.(10) Also, what was the best thing they did (speed of paperwork). They acknowledged that I still had one unresolved issue with them (refund on service extension contract) but did not offer to help resolve it. They closed by confirming my e-mail adn snail mail address. They had called two days ago but did not leave a voice mail.
calls and hangs up. no message
I didn't answer then, called back and the recorded message was for some marketing company. ANNOYING!
Some recorded message about how I'd won a free round trip ticket for three days anywhere I want in the country as long as I call back to redeem it within 24 hours. No company/business name was given, and the number to call back was 866-933-7040. I suspect this is some kind of scam.
