How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

What the hell is wrong with Discover card? I'm hoping they go belly up.
This number is for Discover Financial Services. Be advised that they WILL call you, your friends, family and acquaintances and discuss your business with whomever answers the phone. I had no outstanding balance with these people, could prove it, and still the phone calls persisted. I informed them they were in violation of the Fair Debt Practices Act which they took with a grain of salt. BEWARE!

They are idiots, the economy is worse and they now call more often

Just got woke up by a cal from this number on Saturday morning 8:14am. They have called several times a day for the past 4 days, never leave a message. I also have no Discover accounts or credit cards. WTF???

Got a call from them at 12:13 pm Pacific Standard time. The caller was an automated message saying "please call 1 800 *** ****" i dont remember the number they told me to call. From what I read I guess its from Discover Financial Services but I dont even have a Discover Card.
A little too fishy if you ask me.
