This number called my cell phone. I didn't recognize the number and did not answer the call.

Hey it’s your old Pal Tugger again and I am here to say you guys really need to answer these calls. Cause I just won an all expense paid trip to Cancun with V.I.P. access to 2 live donkey shows and ¿ 4000pesos’s ¿ in sending cash. All I had to do when I answered was give them my social security number, checking account information, date of birth, and my street address. I am so excited I can hardly stand it…….Wait a second if they have all that information they could steal my identity and come over here and take my job then I’ll never get to see a donkey show. Surely they wouldn’t do that they sounded legit.

I live in San Diego, Ca. And somebody from Utah called aound 7 or 8. These crooks are telling me that I won a $2000 trip to Disneyland, a lady was talking in spanish. Does anybody know who the caller is?

I was in work in Watertown, MA and received this call with alot of background noise (sounded like a cash register) and it was in Spanish. This gets to be very annoying!!!! I am with all ya'll on this! What can we do about all these fraudulent calls. Crazzzzzzzzzzzyyyyyyyyyy!

I live around Toronto,ON Canada and I got a call on my cell phone from this number about 5 minutes ago. A voice recording told me i had won a trip to Cancun and to press 1 to continue... i pressed one (out of curiousity).It was pretty hard to understand what was said but a lady told me something along the lines of '...credit card number...free trip... are you interested in knowing more?' i said no and laughed and she hung up on me. I wish i knew how scammers where able to get your number.

Same as Nate; background noise, recorded lady speaking Spanish. Like CT, this happened to me about 2 and 1/2 years ago at a business location; but the speaker was male and the calls came about once a month. I'm suspecting it is an automated search mechanism to identify valid phone numbers; but whatever it is, it is aggravating. The business desk phone didn't was a PBX system and didn't show caller ID like my cell, so I don't know if it was the same number. Other people at that location got similar calls. I found this site while I was looking for info, in fear that I was charged some outrageous amount because I answered the call. (Don't know yet.)

I just got a call from this number @2:37 pm 11/12/08 - Background noise, phone ringing, and some lady speaking in spanish. I called it back and it's some guy with an english accent staing something about it being a travel number & if I would like to be removed???? Any one else today?

If you happen to speak spanish, at the time you receive the call, press one, and ask the operator to remove yur number immediately (you will have to do so in spanish, I have not yet encountered an operato that speaks english).

This was an automated spanish call saying that I had won some money and to press "1" to open the cash register. I hung up.

Got this call from my Sprint Blackberry. I'm in College Park, MD. Missed the call, called it back, got a recording saying to remove my name/number from their list to press 1, then the recording asks you to input your 10-digit number. I hung up.

I just received a call from this number. The caller id said "U S GOVERNMENT". There was noise in the background and a sort message in a foreign language. The call discounted shortly after the message.

I answered and it was half of what sounded like a Spanish speaking automated message.

Then I asked the lady do you know who i am you Vaahgoinah.....I am Russell Crow you Teahsticle...I told her I was going to take up a cause all great actors have causes and mine was going to be FOIGHTIN Telemarketers. Were are ya...You Stupid Telemarketing PUSSIES you wanna FOIGHT I am Russel Crow...OY. I could not believe they let me say all that but they did. Making movies singing songs and FOIGHTING AROUND THE WORLD. Next time I am gonna ask them if they are my lost uncle Pedro i'll keep you posted.

This is a scam call of the "You have won a trip!" nature. My call was in English, and out of curiousity I was patched through to an operator. She said she worked for the Sunset corporation.

It is a scam telling you that you won a prize and to press 1. Then you get some sketchy person who needs your credit card to claim your prize.... decline the call or tell them where to shove it. this is a scam.

I just hung up from this number on my cell phone (area code for Raleigh, NC. 919). After I said hello I also heard background noise and then a recorded message in Spanish. I posted another number on this website a few weeks ago that was also Spanish (504-218-2950). I had read on that page that a person who spoke spanish typed out the message and it mentioned credit card winnings and asked for the 3 digits on the back of the card. I don't you about you guys but I have a credit card so they could be just calling people to get the numbers on the back to be able to use their money. I don't know for sure, its just a theory.

OMG! I have3 gotten this number calling me apprx. 30 times today already. My company switchboard has apprx. 300 number combinations so I guess it will continue until it hits every single line!! Same as above, cash register sound ringing, then a voice in Spainish. If you press 1, it takes you to a live operator. I kept doing that and asking to speak to someone who spoke English. They never could get anyone to take my call. Scammers about travel?? Sounds like it. Can't you tell that I am SOOOOO looking forward to them repeatedly calling all the numbers on my switchboard with their auto dialer. Fun, fun fun.

SCAM Says it's a travel related call, foreign voice, lots of background and noise. If you call it back it says if you wish not to be called anter your 10 digit number. I didn't...I'm certain that once you do this they will have your number and then let the scams begin!

I posted a comment, earlier, this cell # is relatively new, as I just changed numbers a few months ago. No I have never traveled out of the country. I added this number to the do not call list a few months ago upon changing numbers. Am in Raleigh, NC as well.

I just got a call at 1:35 p.m. i answered but the call was lost i called the number back because i wanted to know what it was and it was a recording saying that it was travel related phone call and that if i wished to be removed from all database to enter my 10 digit phone number so i did and it said it was erased then i looked the number up online and found out it happend to other people too. Im in Baltimore City Maryland

got this number from my cell phone. they did not leave a message. I called from my home phone (which in hindsight may not have been a good idea) It was a man with strong accent that said it was about travel something. Said if I wanted to be removed from their data base to press 1. I did not do anything except hangup.. What are we going to do about these calls???????/

Rec'd call from number today at 1:40 pm and did not pick up. They left no message. Googled number and this site came up, so looks like I'm glad I didn't pick up.

yup, background static then spanish, then I hung up. this has happened about once every two weeks for the pas month or so. I heard somewhere recently that cell phones are know fair game for telemarketing?

Received this call on my cell phone. I missed the call and no message was left.

I recieved a call today 11/10/2008 at 1:23pm caller ID displayed U.S. Government I did not bother pick up, they left no message. I am SO tired of recieving calls from strange area codes. I don't bother to pick up the phone anymore unless I know for sure who it is. Thank god for caller ID these people should be shot.....

what is the message and why do they call? I just got a call from them today.

I just posted this twice by accident. the first i listed as unknown / did not display, second i did ad number only.

they just called my cell, i have my cell set to just vibrate if it is an unknown # or not someone in my phone book. I did not answer the call. they did not leave a message.

They called every cell phone in our company! I even got a call on my personal cell phone that same day. 11/10/08 @ 1:24PM

I received a call from this number on my cell phone (cell phone is NY area code 914) at noon today. There was a lot of loud background noise, followed by a recorded message in Spanish. I just hung up after the message started. They're calling from a Salt Lake City area code.
