How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

This is NOT Discover. I just filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (877) 382-4357. He is trying to steal your financial information.
Just called me, didn't know who it was so I didn't answer.
They called at 9:55 AM
and no one answered so I hung up.
Sorry I typed in their number for the last comment. But at first I thought the man was an obscene phone caller.
They call at 8:16AM and 8:34AM today. They have called multiple times before, usually in the evening. They also asked if Heather was there. Then they asked who I was.
They called at 9pm. when I answered it sounded like a bad connection and no one answered so I hung up.
They call as early as 8:00 in the morning and as late as 9:30 in the evening. About every five calls they leave a message to call discover. When I checked the number it does not come up as Discover. This has been going on for at least three weeks.

I answered and it sounded like a bad connection. I had five bars on my cell phone. Before being cut off, the caller called me "Teddy," which is the name on my Discover card.
They've called at least twice on my cellphone, but both times didn't respond when we tried talking to them.
This is DiscoverCard. They called because we were late with our payment. Oops! LOL To Heather who said they don't have a card, it could be whoever had your number before you had a Discover Card. Just be sure to tell them the person they are looking for no longer has this number and to please remove you from their calling lists.
I don't have a Discover card and neither does my roommate, why do they keep bothering us?
