Does anyone know if contacting them through the "contact us" link on this site: wwww.cilearning.com works for them to stop calling? I have tried but I doubt it will work.

Or if anyone has any other suggestions that would be great!

I do not want to have to change my number but they are calling up to 9 times a day I cant stand it and you cannot block the numbers because they change everyday!

I've been getting calls from this number for several months now. I found a few sites like this one and a post really helped. This person who made the post did some research and I will be calling this number tomorrow to request they do not call again or legal action will be taken.

Has anyone gotten them to stop somehow? Any solutions?

For the past week I've been getting calls from this number at roughly the same time around 2:40pm-2:55pm EVERY afternoon. I've gotten wrong numbers before, but the insistency on this is ridiculous and annoying. Like everyone else said you can't call them back and the Do Not Call registry isn't impeding them as far as I can tell.

I can't make the calls stop! I can't call the number back b/c no one picks up and the VM box is full... this is really annoying.

Crazy...I thought I was the only one getting this annoying call! I get this phone call twice a day...So, I finally called it back and got a whispery tone message, but the message box is full. Probably from people b**ching them out!

I'm also on the DO NOT CALL LIST...GRRRR

They called I didn't answer. Next time, I will answer and get as much info from them and who is calling as possible then red flag their asses. There are serious laws against harassment and SPAM phone calls. We reported other companies for text spam and it stopped. Now its their turn.

Same crap, they call me 3 or 4 times a day. I never answer and they never leave a message. Anyone know a mailbox number for them? I called them back and of course the mailbox is full but there is an option to enter a mailbox number

i get a call almost once a week. i never pickup unknowns so i have never talked to anyone. when i call it back it says that mailbox for one on one is full.

This number called my house phone, and didn't say anything when I answered. I called it back from my cell and got the mailbox full message. They immediately called my cell phone back and one guy asked for Logan. When I told them they had the wrong number, a different guy said they would update their records.

Changed cell numbers and i still get this call ARGH!

I just got a call from them today about 5 minutes ago. They called last night and 2 nights before that looking to talk to my 15 year old brother. My mom answered the first time and they wouldn't even talk to her.

I received two calls from them 01-03-2007 during business hours on my Cingular phone. My experience is the same as other's; they don't leave messages and don't answer when you call back and the voice mail says One-on-one.

Call every day during work hours, I do not answer as I'm working, and when I call back I get the already noted "One on One" voice message. I wont leave a message as I doubt it'll even be heard. I plan on answering the next time they call.

They call a lot but when I answer I just hear a click and then nothing. All that comes up on ID is "Unknown Name" with the phone number. Haven't tried to call them because I honestly don't want to talk to them

One on One is on the caller ID and we don't answer it. Received the most recent call on 1/2/07 @ 6:51pm. They call every couple of days.

yes i recieved a call asking my name and my ss number they said they were shipping me a cell phone and it was a cingular and this call was dec 19th 2006 havent got a phone yet i think i was scammed

Ignored call. Upon call-back, answering machine advised "One on One" but the mailbox was full.

Got the call at 7 pm...I answered, they said hello this is One on One and than said thank you and have a nice day. Stop the madness people...SPAM is one thing, but phone calls of this nature are considered by the US to be harrassment...There are laws against this stuff.

I made sure that my new cell phone is on the national do not call registry (donotcall.gov). I get most of my calls during the middle of the day (EST).

Has been on Caller ID for days now with no voice mail message. Just called while I was home and I answered and they asked for Greg which is the first name of both husband and son so I asked which one and she said Bye and hung up.

I answer the phone and get no response, I call it back and then get a message that says this is one on one and the mailbox is full.

Caller ID says "One on One" They tell me they are calling regarding a internet form I filled out for college classes. I keep telling them I didn't fill out a form. They have my email address! Weird. They won't stop calling either.

If you are on the National Do Not Call List I urge you all to file a complaint against this individual. I told them several times NOT to call back and they still did. The more complaints they get the more likely action will be taken.

I reported the number to the National Do Not Call list.
I was told the number doesn't appear on the Do Not Call Registry.
Now what dies one do, to get One on One to stop calling my cell phone?

UPDATE! SOMEONE TOOK MY ADVICE AND TAPPED INTO THIER PHONE SYSTEM. HAHAHAHAHA! CALL THE NUMBER BACK AND LISTEN TO THE MESSAGE THE GAL PUT ON IT! IT'S GREAT! HEY, SHE SOUNDS HOT!

I have gotten 2 calls per day for the last 5 days, all calls were after 6:30 pm. They never left a message and when I answered there was no one there.

There is a way to manipulate their answering system. If you are pissed off enough, call and press # then enter random numbers. Sooner or later you will get thru to and ext and the screw around with them right back.

some girl named amy called for my husband saying she was from an online college institute and then i said he wasnt there and she just hung up real fast. So i called back wondering what she wanted and who she was since i have gotten calls like that before for him and it said mailbox full for one on one. What the hell is one on one? i want this childish shit to stop now!

Multiple calls, Monday - Friday all times of the day, no one talks when answered.

After reading that others had found it was an internet college thing, it made sense. I was recently filling out a poll, and because of it, I get upwards to 80 spam messages a day, plus several calls a day from this number also. Who in their right minds think we want this?

WOW! I had no idea so many people were getting called by this same #. We get calls from this number every day and it shows up as "One on One". They never leave a message. We usually don't answer if we don't recognize the name on the ID. I will tonight and we'll see what they say.

The calls started after I went to a "rewards parade" website underthe guise of getting a cd from on of the musicians I listen to. I figured it was safe because it ws linked from thier official site. I guess not. I have yet to be able to get a person on the other end, but it had better freakin stop soon.

they once said something about internet courses, and i believe quest is involved. i am also on the national do not call list, and it's really starting to anger me because usually when i answer, there's silence, and the few times that someone has been there, i've asked to be taken off the list...and two months later they are still calling!

My parents said they said one time that is was the Courier Institute.

They claim to be responding to an online request for an online colleges directory: When I told them my daughter is in middle school the guy said "Oh shit!" & hung up.

keep getting on biz phone after 5pm

I answered my house phone when they called. The caller ID said One on One. I think it was a recording who spoke to me. It said "Is Adam there?" I responded "Yea." Then the recording waited for about 5 seconds and said "Okay, thanks for your time." I called back and it said the message box was full.

They keep calling my cell phone i actually spoke to them on one occasion, i told them to take me off their list, apparently they have something to do with some type of financial aid for college or something, i also was able to leave two messages still no relief!

They called my house at 6:40pm, some what unprofessional of a business. Caller ID only showed "One On One".

Says that I filled out something online about Internet Courses.

Leaves no message. Calls after business hours--6:50pm.

A reverse phone search reveals that it's a company called Qwest Corporation.

They keep call our daughter's cell phone and we insist that it stop. They do not answer when we call back. All it says is 'One On One'.
