How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Pain in the neck. I have nothing to do with Sprint, they say the call is in relation to some person I've never heard of, they keep calling.

They have called me three times in one day, the phone rings once only. I dialed the number from my mobile and got a recording asking me to enter my 10 digit Sprint PCS number, I have Verizon! I have never, ever had Sprint as a provider! I can't seem to reach a human being to tell them to stop.
I also didnt reply. It left no voicemail and Sprint comes up on the caller ID when they call their own phones.
stupid morons called me at 8am on saturday morning, did not answer. I don't have Sprint
If your bill is wrong, then that's between you and Sprint, but as far as this number and you not recognizing it or being a scam or fraud, it's not, it's Sprint...100% guaranteed.
No beating around the bush...I need to pay my Sprint bill! And so do you!!! This is exactly who they say they are, it's Sprint cust. service and if they're calling you, it's usually about your bill. Been late a few times and same message and number I get "reminder" calls. If you have issues about the number, then it's real simple, go to your cell phone>Contacts/address book>Press 4 (for Services)>press 1 (for Cust Service)...this maybe different on other phones than mine. For the guy that doesn't have Sprint, you've probably got a Nextel phone (they're the same company).
I keep getting this call on my direct line at my office. We are a company of over 16,000 employees. Why do they keep calling me?
Same as everyone else, Sprint recording saying my account was passed due which is incorrect. I received the same message a week ago as well. Starting to annoy me.
I keep receiving a call from 800-934-6781 and 800-808-1336 both which are from sprint demanding a call and payment ..Here is the bad thing thou the crazy frustraiting thing is I DON"T HAVE SPRINT and have told the boy who is calling!! They called again this morning which I didn't answer this time. I wish they would stop.
Missed the call. Found interesting that other people have identified this as Sprint. Sprint sent me a text message with the info of my bill being past due when my billing date changed. Ironic, I just signed up for their service and now I am past due for less than 30 days with this carrier? I called and complained with their financial department after the text message, but apparently since I missed a call from this phone number there still is a problem.
Maybe one hand doesn't know what the other is doing?

Did not answer. The number called my phone thrice in 2 hour period. Similiar situation as many posts. Not past due, zero balance, etc. Stopped by Sprint store, Sprint stated is default computer dialed.

sprint financial call, 5 calls last 2 days on our cell phone,4 calls same day on our home phone.my account was up to date,had to call sprint,they transfered me to the finacial dept to get them to stop. geterdone !
It was Sprint and said my bill was pasted due and that they were going to terminate my kontract because it was pasted due and that i had to pay. I do not owes any pasted due amount on my account.
The recording said "i'm calling for (my name) with an urgent sprint customer alert message about your sprint account. Please call us today toll free at 800-934-6781 in regards to this urgent matter and use the following reference code ....."
This is bogus and it needs to stop. My phone is for important communications not this BS.

Oddly enough, this is my exact same circumstance. I called the number and it said it was Sprint and my phone was going to be shut off. I received my 88.00 bill from Sprint 2 days ago, it's not past due and I have NEVER been late. Also, when I called the number I was refused a Manager without giving my social securty number.
It was a recording saying it was Sprint, and my account was $70 some dollars past due and that I must make a payment right away or my phone would be shut off and more charges would be added on. Well I knew this wasn't true because I had just paid my bill in full 2 days ago. Kinda weird..
