calls from HSBC in violation of FTC from recorded messages of "important
announcement, please hold" called at 7:25 pm and 7:45 pm after being told
not to call less than 3 weeks ago. Lisa was on the phone and said that all
supervisors were "in a meeting". I requested that she get a supervisor out
of the meeting and then she put me into voice mail to Anzie Smith. They
would not provide a mailing address for the company.
