How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Talked to the first person, made up some info, they told me "Warranty Solutions"... got transfered to a "Senior Specialist" who told me that this would be a product serviced by "royaladmin.com"... Once I revealed that I was not interested in purchasing the product, and asked to get off their call list they guy said "Good Luck Man"...
I contacted Royal Solutions - Their Legal Dept says they aren't responsible for the agents calling because they are just the "service provider"... At any rate, at least this is one of the companies paying money for this crap.

I have been getting these calls from various 800 and other numbers for several months. When I pressed 1 to talk to a live person and asked who the company was, he hung up.
I filed complaint with Indiana attorney general since these calls are autodialed to my cell phone, which is against the law.
I GET THESE CALLS BOTH ON MY BUSINESS SELL PHONE. WHEN I ASK QUESTIONS, THE CALLER HANGS UP. THESE ARE QUESTIONS LIKE "WHICH CAR? I HAVE THREE.""
Call from Warranty Solutions calling to sell me a car warranty on cars they have no information about. Called with an auto-dialer to a cell phone, indicating that they are fraudulent and criminal. "Shelia" refused to provide phone number or address, stating that they do not do business with people face to face and do not accept phone calls. She also refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor.
This is a scam. Any legitimate warranty organization will have your vehicle information to begin with, and will not call cell phones (unless you have asked them to call you on that number) and will not call with an autodialer. also, any legitimate organization will gladly provide you with their street address and phone number when you ask, without having to be information that it is illegal for them not to provide that information.

This company has been calling me every one or two weeks for months and leaving automated messages on my voice mail saying my car warranty has expired -- I don't own a car. Under my cell phone plan, I have to pay a fee everytime I access voice mail. I finally took one of their calls today and the woman said the firm is called 'Warranty Solutions' and is located in Atlanta, GA. I tried googling that and nothing comes up.
I didn't answer, but I suspect it's another extended car warranty solicitation. I get those every now and then. I also get them from a 973-779-3178 number as well. I never answer my phone when its a number I don't recognize, unless I'm expecting the call.
Extended factory car warranty SCAM! Keep calling my cell phone, refuse to stop calling. DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! Whata bunch of A-holes!!!!
