Who Called Us

These people have called twice this morning. I have registered with the Federal NoCall twice and was told I would no longer receive this type of call. How long does it take to get them to stop harassing us?

I have reported these people before and yet they persist in calling. I have also registered twice with the Federal No Call
Service. How can I stop these harassing calls?

I received this call. Sounded like an old lady with a cracking voice. She said the law required that she call. She was calling to collect a debt and any info obtained would be used toward this or something like that. Funny, she called my JOB, I work in a call center so they monitor the calls and I was on the phone when she called.

Its some collection agency. You should have heard all the noise and talking in the background! I could hear peices of personal information in background conversations.
This number Called where I work looking for someone that doesn't work here. I told them that no one by that name works in the office. They wanted our Human Resources dept. to verify what I said. I sent it through, but HR can not tell them anything about an employee other than hire and term dates.
If the caller tries to a message with HR or discloses any personal information, they will be SO busted!

They called and were told that the amount they were attempting to collect was in litigation and then they wrote a letter. They were given my attorney's address and phone number. I'll send them a letter and sue if they contact me again.

It's a debt collector.
