pay your bills and they won't call, lol
"Nelson and Watson associates" - This is another example of Fraud collection agency. I was settling my debt with them; my fault was, I missed out one installment. Suddenly, they got tied up with another agency and handed over my file to them. The second collection agency was asking me for a huge amount to continue and even threatening me to drag it to court. I have also shared my experience at Debt consolidation community here: debtconsolidationcare.com
This number has been calling me since 2001. I cannot get them to stop.
They are located at:
Nelson, Watson & Associates, LLC.
80 Merrimack St, Lower Level
Haverhill, MA 01830
I am thinking about paying them a visit. I'm sure I can convince them to take me off their list.
it showed nothing but number on my callwave internet id
800-868-6418 800-868-3028
bottom feeders incorporated
The FTC should crack down on these skumbags. First off, how would you even know if they represent one of your creditors or even any creditors for that matter. Do they actually expect you to share your personal or financial information over the phone. They can't even say who they are.
Again, they called. I AGAIN asked that they remove us from their call list, as no one by that name works here. Bacisly, they refused. Interesting.
Its a collection agency for sure.
called again today. asked for someone that no longer is employeed. the caller said he would remove us as a contact number. its some type of collection agency.
Just called this company back because they again left a partial voicemail on our general vm system at work with No name of who they are looking for. Basicly, they refused to remove our number.
another call from this company at work. not for me. it is a collection agency. i will not help them, they can leave a message in a dummy mailbox, but i will not be subjected to their abuse.
left part of a message in an automated voicemail box at work. It sounded like a call center for collections. i wouldn't have put the call thru anyway, so its good that it just popped into a voice mail. i don't know who the call was for because they started leaving the message before the "beep" so I just got part of the message...no name.
i hate collection agencies. i can't understand why anyone would want to work for one...unless they feel the need to push and threaten ppl...if thats it, that explains the mentality of the ppl who call from these places.
This is from bottom feeding scumbag debt collectors. Don't bother to answer or call them back.
You are warned.
scum. yep. they called my work, looking for someone. i have been instructed NOT to put these types of calls thru to anyone. Legal dept, at work says if it doesn;t have anything to do with our company, then they should call the person on their personal time...not employer time. I told them that I could not put the call thru because company does not allow personal calls during working hours unless an emergency. I was informed "We can make it an emergency. How about I come there and MAKE you find the person!" I told them to "come on down!" I then informed them that all calls are monitored and the conversation was being recorded and their threat had been recorded. The guy laughed and said "Yeah, right!". I said, "Well, when I hang up from here, I will call our legal dept. and let them know of your threat, then I will have our I.T. dept. burn a copy of the conversation for the BBB, and also will send it to the AG office, and our lawyer. How about that?" He then tried to be nice. I said "too late!" and i hung up.
Oh well...now let's see what he thinks about threatening me. BUSTED!!!!!!
yes they are the scum of the earth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Didn't answer. Call went to my voice mail. Recorded message for someone I don't know stating to call immediately. I returned the call and the system told me that "due to heavy call volumes" my call couldn't go through.
Scum of the Earth collection Agency with a propensity for unwarranted autodialed calls that want you to call them back. Called on 8/22/2007, and again today, 8/28/2007, with an autodialed and a recorded message.
I do not bother to answer since I am on the Federal Trade Commission's Do Not Call Registry, but these scumbags don't bother to verify the telephone numbers before putting them on their autodialer.
Lawsuit for harrassing communications varies by state, but this is becoming a viable alternative to stop this company.
From "800notes.com" I found out the following:
A Collection Agency
Nelson, Watson & Associates, LLC
80 Merrimack Street, Lower Level
Haverhill, MA 01830
bottom feeder collection agency,
trying to collect on debts that belong to a person with a simular name. do not talk to them, they will not believe you.
This number has called several times leaving a message for someone I never heard of, saying it was urgent they had a return call. I finally called them back, sounded like a collection agency. I told them I'd had this number for 4 years and never heard of this person. They sounded like they didn't believe me but said they'd take me off the list. We shall see!
