How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.

Did a bit of research...
NCO Financial Systems
To halt their “contact”, send NCO a certified, return-receipt cease and desist letter (they throw away all faxes and non-certified letters). A sample letter might read (though, you must seek real legal advice, which I’m not):
This is to advise you that pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (”FDCPA”) 15 USC 1692c(c), you are hereby notified to immediately terminate any contact with me, or any members of my family or household, regarding any matter concerning the collection of a debt you allege is owed to your company or to your principal/customer/client. This notice shall include, but is not limited to written correspondence, as well as telephonic communication. This letter also verifies that I live at the address above, therefore, any further locator attempts would be a violation of the FDCPA.

I have been receiving MANY calls from this and other numbers with the same pattern... vague details of a debt collection. My credit is excellent and I have zero overdue debt. This sounds like a scam.
What national colection agency does not have 24 hr cust service for somebody returning a call on bad debt. This is a scam and a half. No company name no reference number no details at all.
Some illegal collection company they give no details and simply attempt to harass without giving any details of the amount they claim they are collecting
Leave message with "case number" My credit is perfect so this must be for some deadbeat. Fortunately, I have Cox phone service that allows you to block unwanted calls.
Do these people ever stop calling, they call at least 5 times a day and leave different numbers.
They must have ordered a few new numbers.
This is NCO; they are a collection company.
They call most days on my cell. This company has so may numbers that they call from; there are to many to list here.
Nothing left on answering machine-just this number on caller ID-and they call and they call and they call????
