This company calls me about 10 times per day and even on Sundays. Verry Annoying! When I answered then I hear laughing in the background and they hang up on me.
I've been having the same problem with this company as well. Today alone they have called my cell 15 times every 15 mintues since 8 a.m. So far they have called me all day every day this week, I've already had my words with them and they continue to persists it's annoying as all get out. I found out this information from this website ftc.gov it is very informative about the illegalness of their harassment. The FTC protects us from this harrassment. I implore you to read the information on the site but wanted to highlight this part for everyone on here. Good Luck everyone. Here is the following:
What practices are off limits for debt collectors?
Harassment. Debt collectors may not harass, oppress, or abuse you or any third parties they contact. For example, they may not:
use threats of violence or harm;
publish a list of names of people who refuse to pay their debts (but they can give this information to the credit reporting companies);
use obscene or profane language; or
repeatedly use the phone to annoy someone.
False statements. Debt collectors may not lie when they are trying to collect a debt. For example, they may not:
falsely claim that they are attorneys or government representatives;
falsely claim that you have committed a crime;
falsely represent that they operate or work for a credit reporting company;
misrepresent the amount you owe;
indicate that papers they send you are legal forms if they aren’t; or
indicate that papers they send to you aren’t legal forms if they are.
Debt collectors also are prohibited from saying that:
you will be arrested if you don’t pay your debt;
they’ll seize, garnish, attach, or sell your property or wages unless they are permitted by law to take the action and intend to do so; or
legal action will be taken against you, if doing so would be illegal or if they don’t intend to take the action.
Debt collectors may not:
give false credit information about you to anyone, including a credit reporting company;
send you anything that looks like an official document from a court or government agency if it isn’t; or
use a false company name.
Unfair practices. Debt collectors may not engage in unfair practices when they try to collect a debt. For example, they may not:
try to collect any interest, fee, or other charge on top of the amount you owe unless the contract that created your debt – or your state law – allows the charge;
deposit a post-dated check early;
take or threaten to take your property unless it can be done legally; or
contact you by postcard.
This number keeps calling my house, even on Sunday after 6:00 p.m. I don't know who they are - answered the phone one time, I got a recording saying "Stay on the Line" Please someonebody, stop this person or people from calling.
This company is all about pure harassment. When they call, if we don't answer the phone they will never leave a message. If we do answer the phone, we get a recording asking us to hold, and then 9 times out of 10 no one ever comes on the line. We have also been getting calls from them for weeks now and we've never had any accounts with them. If you are getting harassing calls from this company, please go to donotcall.gov and report them. If they get enough complaints on this number and company, the FTC will investigate and fine them appropriately and hopefully make them stop. We are now keeping a log of each call and the time they call, as we have asked them to stop calling us, once we finally were able to speak with a live person,and told them they were harassing us.
This is HSBC Auto Finance. If you don't have an account with them you have to fax them a dispute letter asking them to stop calling you. You're letter should emphasize that you don't have an account with them. Their FAX number is 866-313-7349. It took a lot of work for me to get that FAX number so I'm sharing it with the world.
If it is HSBC, I've heard they are no longer giving out auto loans so they're desperate to get those who have a loan with them to pay them off.
I am sooo annoyed with hsbc! These people call at least 10 times a day! This is ridiculous! I have informed them of our situation, my husband lost his job, then about a month later i lost mine, and that i would not be able to make a payment until i found another job. Well, i did , a part time job, so i told them that when i get my first check, i would mail out as much as a could since we are now a month behind on the payment, they still continuosly call NON STOP! I am making weekly payments to get the past month caught up, but the still harass the hell out of you! IM so sick and tired of these people! At least we are making an attempt to get caught up, and they still wont stop calling... i wish that there was something we could do about this. They call 7 days a week, and anytime they want... it could be 7am, or 10pm they dont care.... Im seriously am fed up with these people.. weve never been late before, had this loan about 4 years now, and they are treating us like scum. IM SICK AND TIRED OF HSBC! THOSE NON ENGLISHING SPEAKING ASSHOLES CAN GO F**K THEMSELVES!
I keep getting calls from HSBC but have never had a loan with this company. When I try to call them back to discuss with someone (anyone) I must first enter an account number or a social security number but of course I cannot do this as I don't have a loan with them. They call my cell phone at least six times a day (even on Sundays). I have now blocked their calls on my cell phone and although they show up as missed calls, my phone no longer rings when they're calling!! Everyone should check to see if they have a "blocked call" feature on their cell phone. Good luck!
HSBC...HomoSuckinBoysCocks....Douchebags every one of them....They will NEVER get a dime from me...if they sue me I will quit my job so they cant garnish me...NEVER getting a dime....Scumbags!!
These people are creeps!!!!!!!!!!!!
Demand to talk with an American, they have to let you.
Why isn't there a law to protect people from these calls? It is nothing but harassment. HSBC "hongkong shanhai banking corporation" FIGURES!
Unkown company, probably marketing. Called at least 4 times per day on brand new number. No association with company whatsover. Reported them to cell phone carrier.
they are HSBC and have been advised they are breaking state and federal bankrupcy law by contacting me
Frankly, I am a bit concerned because they called and kept asking me to verify the last 4 digits of my social sec #. I said I would not but then he asked to confirm my full name. In the end, I endedup confirming 2 of the last digits of my soc. #. I hope that this will not allow any identity theft. I have never had a car loan in my life. I told him that unless he wanted to pay my cell phone bill to never disturb me on my cell phone again.
I don’t understand a company this large hiding behind a non-identified phone number, they also employ people who barley speak the English language, when you do get a hold of them. / They also use another number which is blocked and shows up on my caller id as "private caller" and will call within a few minutes of their last call, like someone is going to be home 3 minutes later.// Also a friend of mine which use to work for a company like this told me he would recieve a bonas ( and was making minimum wage) each time he got some on the phone to make a payment.
call from 800-836-6469 "TOLLFREE NUMBER" 05/09/09 10:54 AM. I answered, got a recording Please Wait, woman came on line, asked for James, I asked who was calling, "Lydia," and with whom she wanted to speak, "James or Tina, Tina." I asked "from what company?" "Lydia" said it was a personal business call for Tina. I told her it was not, that there is no Tina here and never has been.
I owe no one, but maybe Tina does.
These mutha F's call from 214-488-5152,214-488-6895. They call all freaking day long!!!!! They have been calling between 14 and 16 times a day...even on Sunday's!!!!! It is so true, they start calling the minute you are ten days late with your payment and it continues until you do a post-dated check by phone. If you tell these non-english speaking individuals that you will pay on such and such a date, they still call. Only when you agree to make a post-dated check payment is when they stop calling. They also won't leave a message until the last time they call for the day which is usually between 8:00 and 8:45 p.m. These people are simply crazy as hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
ATT ALLOWS BILL COLLECTORS TO CALL YOUR EVEN IF ITS TURNED OFF!!! ALSO ATT LETS THE FRAUD AUTO WARRANTY SCUMS TO CALL TURNED OFF PHONES!! ATT SUCKS!
HSBC!! THEY CALL SUNDAYS AT 7 AM OR 10 PM!! THESE FUCKERS EVEN CALL 10 TIMES A DAY IF YOUR ONE DAY LATE!!! TOWLEHEADS, FUCKING THAT IS ILEGAL!
Okay people so HSBC Auto Loans have changed their policy on late payment calls. Before, they'd only call if you were almost 30 days late. Now they call EARLIER. We always set up a payment for the day before we are going to be 30 days based on when we get paid. We do pay a fee BUT it is not a late on our credit report. ANYWAY, HSBC online no longer allows you to set up a payment that far out SO they start calling at 10 days and if you don't set up a payment over the phone for the next few days, they just keep calling!!! Doesn't matter if you've spoken to someone or if you've asked them to note the account - they will call you every day AND it is normally a very hard to understand (foreign) voice. Makes me crazy!
This company is constantly calling and harrasing me what can I do legally about it
HSBC Auto Finance collections department. They call when the bill is 10 minutes late, and they call every 20 minutes and DONT LEAVE A MESSAGE!!!!
It's HSBC
I thought if you were on a do not call list, your phone number would not be released to third parties. Even though they are trying to collect a debt, one phone call should be sufficient. these people call at 7 o'clock on a sunday morning. There needs to be a LAW preventing these people from calling either way to early or way to late. If our bulls**t government can pass lame legislation, this is something everyone would support!!!
This number has called six times this morning (and it's only 10:55). All you get when you answer the call is "Hold the line please" and then you are on hold.
six phone calls from this number in under one hour. no message on the machine.
sick to death of constant calls from incompetant idiots who can barely speak english and cannot veer from their scripts,they dont communicate with each other and despite promising to stop their nuisance calls,nothing is done about it.more often than not the phone only rings four times then goes dead,no fun if l'm driving and have to pull over. l'm now going to the police to see what can be done.
These people use several different numbers to disguise who they are but the caller id always says toll free. They call at work several times a day.
Calling cellphone,will not identify themselves
They call 10-15 times a day....Never leave a msg. I think it is HSBC Auto Finance
Annoying companay ever. Been calling about 10 times a day for a few weeks now.
After receiving sometimes 6 calls a day from this number, I finally googled the number to find out who is calling me. (I've only had my number for 3 weeks!) On one website, I found a suggestion to dial extension 5632. I called back the 800 number, pressed 3 to dial my parties extension and entered 5632. I got a voice mail that directed me to dial 0 if I needed to speak so someone immediately. IT WORKED!! I got a live person. I advised him that I have never had an account with HSBC, but am constantly receiving calls from them. He asked the number of the phone I was receiving calls on and I gave it to him. He said that although I may continue to receive calls from them today, I shouldn't receive anymore tomorrow or any time thereafter. Hopefully, this will work.
I have never had account with HSBC and after witnessing this company's behavior, I never will. Furthermore, I'll make it a point to discourage anyone else from doing business with them.
Someone from this number is calling my 11-year-old daughter's cell. I called HSBC and told them about it. They said her cell phone number is not in their records. It better not happen again!!!!
The number 800-836-6469 is HSBC. It just called me, and I just answered it.
Whitepages reverse phone lookup says the number belongs to
Francesco Pedulla Ceramic Tile Of Staten
251 Richmond Ave
Staten Island, NY
(800) 836-6469
No idea why that is. Probably some incorporated tax breaks deal, or a way to hide one thing or another on the part of HSBC. Or maybe the wife of this tile maker in Staten Island, NY, uses her husbands business phone to make collection calls in behalf of HSBC. who knows.
I can tell you, as I've stated above, that when that number called my home, I answered, and it was a fast talking woman with a slight accent as from India asking about my HSBC payment which is ( was ) 10 days overdue.
the 8008366469 has called every day for about 3-4 months, asking for the individual who last had my job in November 2001! it doesn't matter when i tell them she no longer works here and to please stop calling. they continue to call every day, asking for the same individual. they also use the 2144886895 number - in fact, they used it today. the 800 number was used yesterday. i normally don't pick up when i see the 800 number and, of course, they leave no message - i was fooled today - they had used the 214 number in the past, but it's been several weeks. i can't get them to stop.
Call a million times a day. HSBC sucks and will never do business with them again. This is total harassment. What can we do?
Phone number is 1-214-488-6895
I have to yank my phone cord out of the wall. The calls just don't stop. If it's important LEAVE A GOD DAMN MESSAGE YOU FUCK STICKS! They never say a god damn mother fucking thing when I pick up the phone. Something needs to be done about this. I'm about to snap and go find these fuckers and ring a phone cord around their necks. Who wants to help?
They keep calling they never leave a message can anybody do someting
Calling on Sundays to ask for money when payment has already been made.
ITS A SCAM GIVE THEM SHIT WHEN YOU PICK UP THE PHONE AND TELL THEM YOU'RE WITH THE FBI AND YOUR GONNA SEND ALL THOSE FUCKERS TO JAIL
I called 800-836-6469. It's an automated number that keeps appearing on my cell phone. I do not have an account with them - never have.
I also tried the corporate number that someone suggested (858-492-6200) but could not get past that automated response.
So, I selected the option about calling someone direct and randomly selected a four digit number (5632). Lucky me, I got routed to a real person!! I suggest we all start calling this extension: 5632. If we flood these guys with calls so they can't deal with customers, then maybe they'll do something about this. I also found out that extension 4126 is also a real person. I left messages on both of these to call me.
I suspect that all their employees have 4-digit extensions beginning with 4's or 5's. I suggest others try some and publish the ones they find are of real people. If we all start leaving them messages like they do, then maybe they'll do something about this problem.

Well, I am writing a letter to these freakin people right now. For anyone else who wants their address it is:
HSBC Card Sevices Inc.
ATTN: Exception Dept
1301 E.Tower Road
Schaumburg, IL 30173
I hope all of you do the same in writing these people too and maybe a huge group of people can do something about it. Because I know from experience that they not only call you.... THEY also call your references just as many times as they call you. My friend finally had to tell them to fall off the face of the earth, except he was not nice about it and I won't repeat the explitives that came from his mouth. HAAAHAAA.
These people are insaaaaannnne. This is past ridiculous. I answered the phone and it either hangs up on me when I answer it or sometimes before I even get to say hello. I have a loan there for my truck and they call relentlessly, even until 9:00 on Sunday nights. Then when you speak to someone, you cannot understand them or their phone beeps the whole time cutting off their conversation. They need customer service people who read the previous notes put on people's accts, so that they are not repeating the whole situation over and over. They call here atleast 24 times a day from the morning to the evening whether you have made arrangements, have already paid it or if it is not even due yet.
Only one day late on payment. It's only 10:40 and they have already called my house 9 times today. They have called my house 20-30 times in a day before. Like others have stated, they start calling at 8:00 a.m. and continue until around 9:00 p.m. This is purely harassment!!! I can't wait until I don't owe them a dime. However, they will probably still call because the people that do call don't understand what you are telling them. My husband is on call 24 hours a day and sleeps during the day a lot. However, they call all day long. Someone really needs to find out how to stop them from calling so many times in one day.
today at work 10 yesterday at home 13 times--is this legal?????????
Legislation should be passed banning such calls from being made on Sundays, holidays, and even after business hours Saturday afternoons in recipient's time zone. Recipients of these calls should keep a log of every occurance, date, times of day calls are received and forward this information to the Justice Dept. in an effort to get a "Cease and Desist" order issued to the caller, pending a pro-rated fine to be imposed with each occurance if the activity continues. That should stop them from badgering those who are being needlessly harrassed with these nuisance calls.
Calls 10 times a day between 8am & 9pm. Not even the courtesy of a voicemail message. This gets extremely annoying since they call at least 10 times a day everyday. If they go to all the trouble to make the call they should be required by law to leave voicemail stating who they are & why they're calling. If reported enough times they should be fined for this activity!
They call 7 days a week from India or where the hell ever no less than 6 and usually around 13 times a day. They say they will keep calling everyday until I post a payment with them over the phone even if the payment is not due. I've sent a cease and desist letter, am reporting them to the FTC and my Attorney General. I also took the suggestion here and changed my account info online. I gave them a phony number of 382-5633 (fuckoff) which they will never get but amused me to no end. I'm thinking a class action suit may be in my future.
I have HSBC and have received calls of payment being late before it really is. If you want to not get any calls, you can set up your account online and show your email address and a funky phone number
will call 10 times a day ( Yes 10 TIMES ) Monday through Saturday, and 8 times on Sunday. 1 day past due on payment... phone rings. Sent Cease and Desist letter and if its not accepted and calls continue.. will press legal harrassment action. 12/6/07
By the way I did register my number to "DONOTCALL.GOV" but I'm again getting calls from HSBC?? They should be put out of business. For sure that will teach them a lesson to stop harassing people with unwanted calls.
This same annoying calls I get everyday is back. It used to be 800-836-6469 now caller id number is 214-488-6895. Same tactics as that of HSBC. What the hell! How can they get away with annoying people with calls. I never had an account with them. I don't answer it but I just know it's the same company. I answered once or twice from 800-836-6469 and it's a recording. I thought it was soliciting so I just hang up.
They called me 20 times although I was not on roam so I missed the calls. Called them and spoke to someone in India. They read from a script! Very frustrating as you tell them that you already paid and these people are NOT able to look up any information so they keep reading from a script! Nothing like trying to discuss your personal finance business with some dumb ass from the 3rd world!
This number constantly calls me throughout the day. I keep hitting ignore but they never cease to stop calling. They stopped for a few weeks and have started up again. I have been called by them 3 or 4 times just today. If this is an auto finance call I have no wonder why they call me considering I do not own a car.
If you got the address correct you would not need to call us every day even after we've made our payment. Hire individuals that are familar with our postal system . What you are doing is harrassment.
I've been getting calls from this number for months. Sometimes consistently @ 8am. They never leave messages. Answered one time asking for someone else. I asked them to delete my number from their list. Again this morning got another call. I called my telephone company they suggest to go online DONOTCALL.GOV and register my telephone number so I won't get any telemarketing calls (if it is) for 5 years.
We co-signed for our daughter, when HSBC first called she was only 2 weeks late, I spoke with a person. THE COMPANY HAS CALLED A TOTAL OF 15 TIMES A DAY ! ! ! ALL DAY LONG SATURDAY AND EVEN AT 9:30 SUNDAY NIGHT. IS THIS NOT AGAINST THE LAW! I ASKED THEM TO STOP CALLING LIKE THAT, MY HUSBAND IS ILL WITH COLAN CANCER. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE. MY THEY ROT IN )#*#%#@! AND I REALLY DON'T LIKE SAYING THAT. WHERE CAN I REPORT THIS? PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
Sincerely, Sharon Holmes
These are the WORST of the WORST A**enine SOB's I have ever seen in my whole 57 yrs of life. What they ARE doing is pure harrassment~!!! I am about ready to blow a fuse with them!!! I am on chemo and this crappe has GOT to STOP~!! Wonder how they would like a lawsuit for the harrassment that causes the chemo to be less effective due to the stress their harrassment is causing. They have already been TOLD to NOT call my phone. I don't even have a loan with them. If ever I wanted to buy a vehicle, you can damn well bet I would NOT allow them to finance it under NO circumstances~!!! Come Monday, I'm filing complaints on them with everybody I can file a complaint with. I'm FED UP with their sh*t~!!!
called HSBC regarding harrassing phone calls. i'm caught up on my acct as of today 19Oct07. i'm not due again til 1Dec07. got a call 10mins ago. called 800-836-6469. got a Mr Anil in india. ID #S18941. advised me that i "should not" be getting any more calls. seemed like a nice dude. feel free to call him. wish me luck!
Remind me they had not rec'd payment and it was past due. Called several times in a day and does not leave a message. You have to call back to determine who it is and also when you speak with them and ask if they want to leave a message that state "No"
They call every dy starting at 8:15, then every hour for 3 hrs. then around 5 pm they start calling again. told the lady last night to check the account and see the sutomated payment set up on-line. She appologized and said the calls should stop... they called again this morning...
My sister got an auto loan from them and they call at least four times a day. She must be paying them or else her car would have been taken away. This is ridiculous
Called 3x a day, all different people. Said i wasn't there, and they hung up on me. >.>
The auto was paid off, yet they continue to harass my husband and I. Even calling him at work, which is TOTAL harassment. I can't understand what she is saying, she barely speaks English. I'm very angry
I sent this company several times that I would make my august payment on this wednesday and the septmenber payment next wednesday. they have called my husbands phone 10 times so far today!!! don't they ever read their emails??? they send a response back saying to call which I can't as I have a prepaid phone. boy if this isn't harrasment!!!
HSBC calls at least 8 times a day regarding my acct that is only $40 past due. Isnt there a cap on the amount of calls a creditor can make in one day? It's so aggravating!
HSBC calls me over 8 times a day. I am $40 behind on my car payment, which is prompting these calls. Isn't it a cap on how many times a creditor can call?
They call me 7 times daily. They have posted my payment, which was NOT late and they continue. I have spoke to 3 supervisors that have vowed to make the calls stop and they continue day after day.
Does someobody have an address to which to send a Cease & Desist Letter ? those work. We never answer their calls b/c we have never heard of them. We have a suspicion theat they're just junk debt collectors. Since we have no debt, we are not concerned. Too many calls !!
called 10 times in 6 days looking for Penny Bell. I've talked to them 3 times and told them this is not her phone number. It's been recycled by US Cellular. I verified the phone number once - apparently this is needed to take my phone number off their call list. They have called at least 5 times since.
HSBC calls my me twice daily asking for someone else and I keep telling them that they have the wrong # the stupid idiots keep calling. I suggest to evereyone of you to register your phone to include your cell in the donotcallregistry.org. Every time they call me I report them to the registry and they will be fine $1,000 and is every one of you do the same thing we might succeed and we might put a dent in their pocket.
They leave a message!! it says I'm Angela Rice from : intelligible..
They called twice today (on a Sunday!) but there was no way to understand who they were asking for. American companies need to make sure the people they hire to speak to Americans can at least speak the language. I have no idea who or what they wanted. Caller ID showed no name so I'll assume it was HSBC by the number.
hung up on me
The calls starts at 8:00 A.M. through 9:00 P.M. everyday. They call once or sometimes twice an hour!!
I do have an account with HSBC. I get calls before and after payment is due (and has been sent). When I answer a recorded voice ask me to "hold for an important call". They call seven days a week as early as 8:30AM and as late as 10pm.
I set my phone to not ring for this number, so every once in awhile I just purge voicemail.
I will not do business with HSBC again.
We sold the car financed. They called us continually despite we told them the car is sold. They will badger us until they receive the check from the dealer ship.
call me all the time i dont have anything to do with hsbc.
These people call me repeatedly, -at work, no less. I never answer, but that hasn't stopped them from calling 2-3x/day for the last 6 wks. Good grief...
They call constantly and never leave a message but they stay on there until they get cut-off. I hear them sighing, humming, talking and lots of background noise but they never leave a number, message or name.
we also have a account with HSBC, they call all hours and 7-10 times a day, someone from india also, bad english, were told that untill they recieved payment for the late one that, we would be called daily, medical problems causing it to be late, we understand we are late but to call daily 7-10 times??? especialy when someone is home ill trying to rest ! very uncalled for !
Kept calling and calling on Saturday and Sunday. A woman left one voicemail with the 800 number and some auto finance company's name. Really irritating!!
When we answer, they say "please hold for an important call" then we hang up. They call at ALL times of the day, several times a day. We are sick of it!
These People do Harrass with the Automated Phone System. HSBC AUTO FINANCE Address: Po Box 60115 City Of Industry California 91716 U.S.A. Phone Number: 800-836-6469
Fuck These Assholes. Even after you pay them they Harrass with fallow ups for no reason, even after they get paid. Can you say Class Action Lawsuit would stop this?
Glad to hear i'm not the only one being harrassed by HSBC. I do have an account with them and they call here ALL day long. My child is suffering at this time with a serious illness and has many doctors involved in her care. HSBC takes up just about all of the record time on my answering machine. Also, has anyone noticed that if you are on the phone with someone and hang up, HSBC calls seconds later? At first i thought i was losing my mind, but i feel they have some sort of tracer on my phone line when i use it so they know when to call. There's no way this can just be luck for them that they just so happen to call after i'm off the phone!
Called me twice within the hour at my office phone! 1st time, a voice said to hold for a call for this number but I hung up. 2nd time, I didn't answer, but looked up their number.
It's HSBC. They are real annoying pricks when it comes to phone calls. I WORK during normal business hours, and these guys call the house 3-4 times and hang up without leaving msg's. This is AFTER talking to them the other day ; so it isn't because they aren't making contact. They have BAD problems getting msgs through their own company, prob. because it's so big from charging us all high ass interest rates on our vehicles.
Time to get re-financed, at a better rate! That's all I can say to those jerks.
What they are doing is not legal according to debt collection laws. They should not be calling outside of regular business hours and I have told them every time they call to take a certain phone number off of their contact list but they won't do it without a "Cease and Desist" letter. It takes them so long to process the check , I can't imagine how long it would take to process that letter. Like many others, it's time for a refinance. I will never give them my business again.
They have called several times a day. I have told them to stop calling here.
The calls start at 8:00 am evey day!
These people keep calling for the past few days. When I finally answered, they asked for someone not living here anymore, and I told them to take our name off the list. The woman talking to me had an Indian accent, so I suspect the calling base is in India.
they call at least LITERALLY 10 times a day, and even after you answer their call, they will call 5 or 6 times THE SAME DAY.
They call work and refuse to identify themselves uinless they can speak to a particular party. When we tell them they can't call back at the work location they just say yes we can and hang up. That is illegal.

I purchased new cell phone, and have received 6 calls from HSBC in past five days. I don't even have an account with them and never have. Tried to tack down customer service - impossible because I can't get past thier phone menu without an acct number - douschbags.
Call constantly,whether behind or up to date. Never leave a message. When I pick up no one is there. Has gone far beyond annoying to the point of being harassment. I will never do business with HSBC again. I'd rather do without than deal with the hassle.
They happily cashed two payments in one month (yes i made two payments) yet they have called me every day, several times a day to tell me I am past due! WHAT????
The phone rang at 9 a.m. on my only day off looking for someone who doesn't live here and never has. Their accent was so bad that I doubt whether they understood what I was saying to them.
Its an automated call service, that is computer generated. What I did was updated the calling number to their actual office number, thereby calling themselves.
call all day everyday, even when no payment due! Must be on a dialer machine, no message as to what they want, acct. reflects no need for such calls. Odd...very odd...
They are unrelenting, calls all day long, even when informed the check is already gone. They will never get my business again, as far as I am concerned they come and get the vehicle. Constantly threatening with reporting to credit bureau
Asking for someone with my spouses middle and last name but the person they are looking for has a different middle initial. Obviously trying to track someone down with our last name and calling anyone they can find.
They call twice a day for 5 days in a row all the time. They never leave a message.
I get a call from this number every morning for like 5 days straight. They never leave a message.
This number came up as Francesco Pedul on my caller ID. They call everyday, often several times a day.
These people call even after payments are made, it's driving me crazy. I get normally 7-10 calls a day from them.
More of the same unrelenting ignorance others have experienced. Time to check out interest rates for a refinance.
I've received 39 phone calls in a 7 day period about an auto loan from a former employee of mine. He hasn't worked for me for 8 months. This has been going on for weeks now. I told them 3 times not to call me anymore. On one occassion I received a call 45 minutes after I told them I didn't know anything about the loan and not to call me.
I have an account with HSBC and they call DAILY using this number. They call if payment is late, after payment is made, before next payment is due. This is harrassment. When I do answer, it is someone from India. HSBC is outsourcing American jobs. I will never use them again.
They like to remind several times a day that the payment is late, AND continue several day after they recieve payment.
Called and hung up without saying anything. I do not have any accounts with HSBC.
Called everyday 3-5 times even before account was past due. After payment was sent in they still called for the next 4 days. They have bad internal comm. problems.
CALLED ME FIVE TIMES AFTER THEY CASHED MY CHECK FOR PAYMENT
called twice on 9/13/06 - I did not answer, and they did not leave a message. I do not have an account with HSBC Auto Finance
remind that payment was past due
