How do I stop them from calling?

Just received a call from this number today at about 3:35 PM. I let it ring till it reached my voicemail but no message was left. When I receive calls from 1-800, 1-866, 1-888 and like numbers and the caller id says UNKNOWN NAME, I don't answer but afterwards I check the number out on the Internet.
Calls twice a day, every 2nd or 3rd day. Callback to this number says it's the Missing Children Society Canada, but it's the same Xentel guy making the announcement. Google for Xentel+Missouri to find out the history on these telejunkers-for-hire.
