This company today just called my sister in law and left a voicemail trying to contact my stepson. Huh?? He's never lived at her address, they don't even have the same last name. Weird.

TPS: Debt collectors can be shy around phone recorders if they are skip tracing for someone else or not sure you're the target. They get sued fairly easily for privacy violations. Thus far your calls are within legal hours but you might document them anyway to establish any annoying (thus illegal) pattern.

And quite frankly if you paid your bills they wouldn't have to call you. If you receive a call from what appears to be a debt collector and they are looking for someone who does not live with you and you have already told them this, yet they continue to call you, file a complaint with your state Attorney General's Office.

They called me and my daughter... talked very fast to the point where I had to play the voicemail multiple times in order to understand it. Not planning on calling back.

A man called Flemming, at extension 1774, called my 91 year old father, wanting my ex-wife to call him immediately (today), in regard to a very important issue. Caller ID showed number as 215-244-4200, and as NCB.

Some people get laid off jobs and have medical issues which they have not control of. I know I have been laid off three jobs in five years. One of those jobs had been for 12 years. Who is this man? Called my house. I called back, but I get a voice mail and ask that he return my call with a detailed message concerning the nature of the call. He calls back and tells me to call him again. I call back, and still get a voice mail. Now I call and play church music for him to listen to. I finally talk to JFK. They have the wrong me in their system. It would help if these folks would verify the entire name before calling. The other me may not be as calm. He might have a few choice words for these folks.

Man calls and almost unintelligbly and quickly states my name, then his - "Mike Shannon" and said he needs call back. Quickly gives his number, which you have to play back several times to understand. Haven't called back and don't plan to.

I just called the number back and asked for a Melissa and i got the same lady that called me! it is her! and they straight up lied to me!

This number called me (1-800-828-1110) and asked me if i knew someone that i do know, but dont talk to anymore, and was trying to set me up to find out if i was still talking to them, and when i said i didn't they hung up on me. and when i called back to ask who they were, what companies, where the were located and who exactly called me i received no direct answers other than that i had reached a switchboard, and they hung up on me twice and then another time just put me on hold, with no intentions of answering again. pretty WEIRD if you ask me... but i know my brother -in-laws crazy wife was the one that got one of her friends to call me and ask me if i was still talking to my brother-in laws ex wife... HAHA she is so crazy!

"Gene Ostero" called my cell looking for my mother. Wouldn't tell me what it was regarding or how in the heck he got MY phone number. Just said he was with "Trevose" which I have discovered is the town he is working in, not the company he works for. I have not lived with my mother or been financially tied to her for decades. They soooo better not call me again.

A person from that number called my neighbors and was asking for me saying we were just talking and lost connection and gave them the number with extension. How dare do they call my neighbors? I'm pretty sure it was NCB as they called my cell just minutes before that and I didn't pick up.

Told me she was looking for my son. I said he wasn't living with us anymore. Asked if I hasd a number for him, which I foolishly told her. Her name was Brenda Ott. Asked what it was in reference to. She simply said, "Business transactions". I asked what the name of the company was and she said MBC, but would not explain further. Such ASSHOLES!

robert gianotti calls from extension 1448, he is probably the one that gets loud that others have referred 2, i talked 2 him once as myself and he was fine, other times I acted as another person and he gets standoffish when told I would not relay a message, he doesnt call anymore, just letters. i got into large amount of debt after some personal problems and i will not pay anyone a dime. im stay home dad so no paycheck 2 b garnished, anything that is in my name like my RV, my vega property also has someone elses name on title, my name is about 2 come off the vegas property, my name will only b on my new RV cuz it has high balance owed so they dont want that, so i said hell w/ my credit, b4 the problems i had a 765 credit never missed a payment, wife has the income and excellent credit so we're all set and i just play games w/ the collectors, and let all go 2 answering machine and when they try 2 sue me i have nothing 4 them 2 collect since my bank accounts w/ my name have $0.00 and house is just in my wifes name, u have 2 stay ahead of the game and im very good at that, this is now a game since i know im not paying them back, paying off everything in wifes name which isnt much anymore then socking the $ away and its all in her name deposited into her accounts that im not on and counting the days 2 the statue of limits, bankruptcy i will not do since it stays on yr record longer, nothing in my name and dont have 2 work its the perfect situtation 2 fuck em and wasnt my 1st choice but gotta do what u have 2 do, hell let me settle for 10 cents on the dollar and we'd b all set, ncb offered 40 cents on the dollar but thats 2 high, not bad though $11k rather than $28k but when they cant collect why pay any

obviously, unknown caller is a collector... first thing they teach rookie collectors (i was one) is to have NO common sence... what if this person just got this number?? what if they are 4 adults living there?? why cant the person who has PAID their bills wonder??? cant they?? why cant you collectors be man enough to leave a message.. i know why.. the law states once you leave a message you cant call again for 24 hours, and this would affect the "auto dialer"!! Calls for an employee, and although I tell him employees can not recieve calls to this number he continues to call weekly. This ones name is Mike Dell. When I told him he could get the girl fired, he said "AWE THATS JUST TOO BAD"

Keep getting msgs from this number to call back.Has been going on for months.I figured it was a collection agency.They asked for my sister by name.My sister gave out my home # without my knowledge as her own or as a reference.After her last boyfriend,whom she got deep into debt for,we have had many debt collection agencies and credit card companies calling for their money many, many, times over the last 10 months.Well, the man who called,"Mike Shannon", was actually the first nice and polite person I have talked to at this company.These calls do not seem any more different than the other collection agencies and credit card companies.In fact-the credit card companies are much worse-more rude and demanding.Sometimes they would call 8-10 times a day.From 7 in the morning until 10 at night.So, far this company stops calling for a week or two after they get a hold of me and I give the masg to my sister.She never calls back though so, they just keep calling.

I just got a call from Tanya Milner looking for my sister (our last names are different). I have no idea how she got my info. She didn't want anything except a # to reach my sister. She got rude and said my sister gave my info as an emergency contact. Scared me and I asked if my sister was okay and she said "I am sure she is". they have called me all year several times in a day, sometime leave a message, sometimes not. When I call back, I get a recorded message asking for information and they will get back to me. I don't leave any information because you never know who you are talking to. These people need to be held accountable for their actions.

This Lady, Renee Megalee continues to call about every three days, in addition has called my mother AND my neighbor. I told her over a month ago not to call me and gave her the number of the person who has my power of attorney to handle negotiations on my bills (I have been dealing with surgeries from breast cancer over the past two years and am strapped financially). Even after I told her to stop calling, she has called no less than 10 more times. She yelled at me on the phone today saying she would not contact someone else and that she would continue to call me every three days until I paid the bill. She said I had to tell her in writing not to call me anymore. When I told him that my wife and I are disabled and a very limited income he just laughed and said "SURE YOU ARE, I DON'T FEEL SORRY FOR YOU". A lady called me, left message on my voice to call her back at 1800 828-1110 ex 1384, i called her back put me on hold never came back on the line when I asked her what is this regards to.

This number has been automatically calling our line for about 18 months asking for her son who no longer lives with us. When we hang up, indicating we are not him, I figured that would be the end. Well, it has not been. So finally, I pretended to be my son to see where this would go. Sure enough - a collection agency. The call back name that was given was Paul Monroe of NCB. I tried to return the call back number - this 800 number - and go nowhere.
This is really bogus stuff.

Lori called and left a message for the previous residents of our home to call her at 18008281110 x1485. Since we just moved in and have a new number I was concerned how they got our new number and if the previous resident was using our new number as her own. I called Lori to inquire about the message and she said it was regarding a financial matter. When asked how her company got our number, she said the previous resident listed it as an alternate phone number on an application. I asked what company I was calling and told me it was NCB. When asked if it was a collections agency she said "no".

Debbie from this number called my boss asking about me. They were rude to my boss, which prompted my boss to call me into her office. This is not a good thing. When I called back, they still refused to tell me who they were just NCB. These people do not need to be in collections - rude! The thing is, I have no clue why they would be calling me?

Yes, we owe the debt, but they can't just treat you any way they please. If ANY company is harrassing you, your neighbors, or your family, if they disclose private information to other people, or if they yell and scream or threaten you, write down what they did and when (if you can) and fax it in a letter to your state's attorney general. They will send a letter telling them to stop calling you, and if they don't stop then charges can be put against them. Call your state's office and ask them for more information. If you are doing all you can, you shouldn't be treated like this. Bad things happen to all of us, and you are no worse then anyone that calls you so disrespectfully.

The emplyee wasn't in the office, so I told the caller that. Then she started asking personal questions about the employee and their work habits and such. I just told them it was against the law for me to answer their questions and for them to ask the questions. Then I hung up. I will report this under 215-244-4200 also.

A man named Dennis Hawkins asking for a person but not telling me anything how he got my number wants me to translate information if I know this person about personal business. Isnt it nice I wonder if I can get paid for this doing his work??

they called asking for my brother and its a brand new number that i only had for 2 weeks. My brother didn't have the number as of yet. I think thier looking threw peoples history and relatives and den calling poeple up. i don't think dats right at all

Then my neighbor told me he called her and aked her to deliver a message to me to call him back. My neighbor told him to get lost and hung up on him.
