How do I stop them from calling?

They call me twice a day everyday just about, i called the number back maybe 2 minutes after and said it was after hours for them...Didn't say what company they were just saying to call back during office hours about your order. If I pick up the phone they won't say anything or leave a message if I don't pick up...say repeative thing.
I called it back and it was "Intelliservices". They said they were open from 10am-10pm EST and I should call them back. Morons.
It is Columbia House. They are calling my business 3 times a day - we have nothing to do w/ them. I reported to BBB and was put on the no call list. JERKS!
Called me to try to sell me new DVDs, even though I had cancelled two weeks previously. Asked them to remove me from all marketing lists, associate responded that she would.
They call every 15 min. They don't leave a message, and when you do answer the phone they just tell you there name before they say what company they're calling from.
The privacy policy for Columbia House states if you want to not receive their calls to write them with you account number(s) and just let them know. They also have a contact link on their page so you can email them. columbiahouse.com
I wrote them tonite and told them to stop the calls or I was cancelling all accounts through them and would be reporting them to the FCC and the BBB.
Don't know who it is, but here it says it is Columbia House. I am a member of Columbia House, but I do not owe them anything and they do not leave a message. My wife is going to start reporting them to the FCC.
We get calls almost every night from this number and everytime we answer they hang up. I call back a min later and it says IntelliServices is closed. We are Columbia House members, but this is just another reason to cancel membership. Good info!

Calling several times a week no messages were ever left. Did not realize this untill I took a couple of days off. Went through caller id called the number back and heard the recording saying intella services, please hold for next operator. Thanks for this website - I will be notifying Columbia House Immediately!!!!!!!!!
I too just got a call and when I answered, they hung up. They have done this several times before. I called back immediately from my home phone and it rang and rang. So, I tried from my cell and I got the Intelliservices message that they are closed.
5 calls today between 9:30 and 11:15 AM. No massages left. Filed % complaints with FTC

Didn't say anything.. called several times, one time asked for a Joanne, I'm Joanie, but my mom answered and I hate being called Joanne so she just said there is no Joanne here. If it is columbia house, I do belong, but geez.. call 1 number at a time.
This number has called me multiple times per day with no messages. I do have a CH account so it sounds like this is what it is.

Got this call again. I belive it may be Columbia House. I was put on THEIR do not call and it didn't work.
If this is Columbia House, why won't they reply when I answer instead of clicking off. It is highly annoying that a Co. calls mechanically and leaves no message.
Guy called and asked for my husband - I said he was not available can I help - then he said he was with the "DVD club" and asked for a better time to call back - I told him there wasn't one.
I really would like to know who the hell is making these calls! I'm curious how many of the people leaving comments here are being called by this number on their cell phones? For me, it's my only line. And this damn number called at least 6 times in the last hour alone! I did a Google search on this number just to see if I could figure out who it was. I was blown away by all the reports of people being called by the same number! Unreal! Looks to me that the FCC should get involved ASAP! Because it's really starting to PISS ME OFF!

Just got two calls in 45 minutes from this number. Definitely an automated system, and now I know why I want to get my wife off the Columbia House list!
It's Columbia House DVD Club. They called me 3x within a week and left no message before I answered and found out who it was. I am a member but have not ordered from them in ages so they want to lure me back in. I cut the guy off almost immediately and said I didn't want to make a purchase "at this time," so he said he'd "call back later." I asked him not to call back later.
A note to others: if you've been a CH DVD Club member in the past, then they have a "business relationship" with you and are allowed to call even if you're on the Do Not Call list. However, if they're smart, they will respect your wishes not to hear from them.
No message left. Has called every day 3 x's per day, for the last 5 days. I've called back 3 x's. First 2 x's it was Columbia House. When they answered, they asked for my number, I said no, I was just calling to see who keeps calling my home, and not leaving a message. They called again this morning, and I called back, this time no one answered, and the message said Intelliservices.

I forgot to add to my previous message that when I called the number back it said the company was IntelliServices. And that they were currently closed, despite the fact that they had called me not five minutes earlier.
I've been getting calls from this number daily, sometimes more than once, for months now. It's always just silence when I do answer it. How friggin' annoying. I was a member of Columbia House until recently (I didn't even know about the link to this number before I cancelled my membership) yet they still call. I think I'll have to be put on their Do Not Call List as well.

Caller has been calling 3 times a day - up to 9pm - no messages. I call back and the message says company name is Intelliservices and to hold for next available operator - 5 minutes later, still no operator.
Repeated calls, no messages left. Thanks to this invaluable site I will ask to be placed on Columbia House's do not call list. Is it my imagination or are all these marketers starting to come out of the woodwork again?
