How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Web Payday is not licensed in MANY states meaning that they cannot collect from you. If not licensed in your state let your bank know to cancel their withdrawals. Web Payday had to reimburse everything to some borrowers in West VA. This company has many Attorney Generals with Cease and Decists orders on them.
It's good to know that I'm not alone. I borrowed $500 from webpayday and the next month, I requested they take the $500 plus the interest owed and they ignored my request 3 times, I ended up paying $1300 for $500 before I got the madness stopped. I will never take another payday loan, all they do is get you into a bigger mess and the company will hound you at home and work endlessly, they are ruthless, the next time my car breaks down and I don't have money to fix it, I will walk. I'll walk 200 miles barefooted before Iever use webpayday or any payday greedy dog.
Oh yes be careful of webpayday, this is their number, they will sue you and collect more than you think, most customers borrow $300 to 400 and end up paying this wonderful company over $1000 and then they may owe $300 and get sued after paying all that interest. Predatory lending is a big business for crooks.
WARINING---iF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY $900 for borrowing $200 then stay away from this company. I borrowed $200 and they said I had to pay 260 back and I told them to deduct the $260 from my account on the 1st of the month. I got sick and had to have emergency surgery. well after two months I checked my bank statement and they had not taken the $260 but for two months they had taken $60 then 160, so I called them and told them again to take out what I owed and be done, but they didn't and for 2 months I kept calling and they kept sayingthey would e-mail me a form to instruct them to take all of it out at once,never got the form, got tired of calling them, got sick again and finally I realized I had already paid them $900 for $200, soon I called them and got their address and sent them a money order for what they said I owed. The next month they hit my account for $60.00 and when I called they never said why, and gave me the run around about being a deadbeat and not paying what I borrowed. I closed my checking account for fear they would hit me up again. People I would suggest everyone stay away from payday loans they are bad and will trap you if something unexpected comes up.
They just called me and the rep said the name of the company was "FFD as in French Fried Dinner" never heard that before. But I chose to tell him to leave me alone and I am sure that wont work.
They are a payday advance company...the economy so sucks right now they are trying to drum up business and calling all their past accounts.

they call where i work and are not too nice at all.
they ask personal questions about ppl, like where they are now and what their home phone is.
