Who Called Us

I answered with "Hello". The line immediately went dead. I came here - looked up the number on this website. I then tried to call it and "The number you've called is not in service" is the message.

Multiple calls daily for last 30-days. Answer and get automatic hangup. Call back - get "number cannot be completed as dialed". Come on AT&T do something about it. It seems you have enough complaints listed below. I'm told that nothing can be done to trace call? Who's issues 800 numbers - Santa Claus?

telephone operator advised me to push the same number on the keypad very fast several times, it is supposeh to do something to their telephone. try it when they call.

They called my office number which went to voicemail, but all that was left as a message was some static and a hangup.

I just got a call from this # at 3:38pm. Left no voicemail. I just filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry. Maybe if enough of us do that, they will stop?

This number has called me so many times I have lost track. Night time, after work, weekends, Pict the time they have called. I answered last week and they said they were with the local radio station and wanted me to enter some contest.

THIS WORKS! I have Selective Call Forwarding. (Which means I can choose to forward certain numbers to another number.)I forwarded these CREEPS to other telemarketing numbers that when you call it say this number is unavailable. No calls for weeks until today. This is a new number for my forwards! It's also funny to forward them to a automated info phone like the zoo. Right back at the Dweebs!

Okay so does anyone know how to get to the bottom of who or what company is making these calls and report them? ALTHOUGH I love the Air-horn idea - all you do is pick up the phone and blast them every time they call! That will make em stop calling!

I get calls from this number daily and when i answer noone is there.

I got this call @ 6:17p
(8-9-07) today. I let the ph. ring twice and then, answered, "Hello". Just silence on the line. I hung up and the caller ID said it was a "toll free call".

Who are these people and what do they want?

it's a scammer to collect your info. and they sell your info. to others for id theft

they left a message for internet marketing seminar, so has to be a tele-market working for various companies

This is the second day in a row, third or fourth time I've received a call. The caller disconnects and calling back results in a "nonworking number" message. This doesn't seem like a real effective sales strategy...

when i picked up, I heard background noise, but they hung up when I said hello?

I let it ring, and did not pick up the phone to answer it.

Number keeps popping up a lot over the last 2 months. No one ever leaves message. Calls sometimes 4 times a day. Today they left a message - by accident. A female voice is talking to someone and she is saying "I might have you come get me, like, Thursday. Tommorrow my roomate is ...." end of message

This is NOT (!) a radio station calling. They are scamming for personal ID information in a cumulative way. Don't answer or you get on the 'hot' list. Answer any questions and you can guaranty yourself future calls asking for other, cumulative information.

I get calls from this number every morning, at about the same time each day. There is never anyone on the other end, and the call terminates after a few seconds.

My cell phone carrier, Cingular/ATT, says they can do nothing short of me filing a police report.

THIS IS TOTAL FRAUD-I WASTED MY 1 and only MINUTE I had available on my CELL PHONE. EVERY DAY SOMEONE CALLS ME WITH #'s LIKE THIS ONE, DONT ANSWER THEM, SOMETIMES ALL THEY NEED IS TO HEAR SOMEONE ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEN WHEN YOU GET YOUR BILL, YOU SEE CHARGES THAT ARE TOTALLY FICTIOUS! DAYUM PEOPLE

Someone called saying they were from equine.com and wanted some information about the ad that was placed. Equine.com knows nothing about them or the number. The only information I have found so far is the phone number was tied in with the Hampton Inn. I have a trace on the number hoping to get some info

3 calls now, 2 in the same night, havent answered any

We've received many phone calls from this number and no one is ever on the other line. It's completely silent.

I bet they hang up because you get charged when you call them back

RANG ONCE.. NO ANSWER ON PICK UP. OBVIOUSLY ON A AUTOMATED DIALER WHICH MASS DIALS A BUNCH OF NUMBERS. VERY DOUBTFUL THIS IS A RADIO STATION AS THIS IS A FULL FLEDGED TELEMARKETING SETUP.

They said that they were awarding listeners of 92.5fm $1000 for listening. They asked for the correct spelling of my first and last name but I responded that I didn't listen to the station. She immediatly hung up and said ok. There is no 92.5fm radio station out here in Los Angeles that I'm aware of.

This is a company that does RADIO STATION CONTESTS they ask name and date of birth and tell you what times to listen for your name.
