How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).

This place called my father's girlfriend's cell phone and work number! (Doesn't even live with my dad, can't figure out where the connection is coming from) This company left a voice mail at my work. I called back and they claimed they couldn't find my work number listed in their system so the woman did not know the reason for my call but said she would leave a message with the man who called me and I asked her to also let him know to not contact me at work to contact me at home and gave her times to reach me. I receive a call at work two days later from the woman I originally spoke with, said that it wasn't in the notes to not contact me at work and asked that I call her back. So, I didn't call her back because I don't have the number. My dad's gf calls me today and says that she gets a voice mail at work and on her cell from these people. I did find out it's for an AT&T bill that is less than 60 days old.

They called asking for my mother, and kept calling her him, who speaks no english whatsoever. Then they refused to tell me anything even though I'm the only one who speaks english in the house hold. Left only a phone number and said it was confidential. They said they were calling from Arizona and we live in ILLINOIS big big difference.
This company (West Asset Management) has been calling me constantly! There is NOTHING on my credit report from the company. They are now calling my parents house and harassing them trying to get a hold of me. The only thing I can find on this company is that they are an unscrupulous and there are several lawsuits filed against them. Many people have reported that they are trying to collect on old debts that have been paid and are no longer legal debts.
