How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.

Told them twice to remove me from their call list but they keep calling
Get a Person-to-Person Household Telephone Management System. About $100 from person-to-person.net. I love this thing. Once a spammer calls (or you can enter the number yourself), set it to "Don't ring. Send this call immediately to my voicemail or answering machine." That number will never again ring your phone. Since they never will get a live person and never leave a message, they eventually give up. PtoP has a "Sleep" function for uninterrupted naps! One catch: It must be the first device on your incoming phone line, before any other phones or recorders.
They rang twice and hung up. They are a pure irritant. What makes them believe they don't have to observe the "Don't Call List"?

I have 2 phone lines and they rang SIMULTANEOUSLY. First time these scammers have tried calling me - no idea how they got my number.
No one responded to me, therefore it is probably a timed recording and I didn't give enough time to hear the recorded message.
4th time in 4 days
Idiots keep calling several times a day. I answered the phone in Spanish and asked, "Bueno? Bueno?" Could hear an idiot breathing in the background.
Person on phone gave the same address as noted by Nathan on 4/26/07. Person was very pushy and talked in circles. Never could get a straight answer from him as to how he had obtained my name and phone number.

Calls about twice a day, blatantly refuses to remove from their call list or honor Do Not Call Registry.
They try to scam people by telling them they won prizes and then trying to sell them timeshares.

Star Vacations.
They are pushyyy.
All you have to do is let them know, that you are on the "do not call list" and you should not have anymore calls.
