How do I stop them from calling?

A: LIFESTYLE SCREENING SERVICES (as of 02oct2009)
I received a phonecall and a voicemail message from (800)-697-9694 Friday evening 02oct2009. It was a "personalized" automated computer message (containing my name, date of appt etc) reminding me of an appointment for health screening that I had [indeed] scheduled for the following week with Lifeline Screening. The message told me to call back to the same phonenumber [(800)697-9694] if I needed to change anything so apparently there is something more than a computer at the other end of the phoneline. When I dialed back this number, I got a recording stating that it was indeed LIFELINE SCREENING. LIFELINE SCREENING is some kind of traveling health fair that does a battery of medical tests (for example - relating to heart health, stroke, PAD) at various churches, VFW's, etc throughout the MIDWEST - I believe based in Independence OHIO.
