These people are always waking my family and I up at the early hours, like around 5am. I don't get off of work til 2:30, so they are really making me upset.
They have called several times today, don't leave a message, or there's nobody on the line.
so far they have contacted me 4 times since 8am this morning. After the first call at 8:12am, I faxed them a copy of my cancelled check that they had cashed, they confirmed receipt, and stated I would not be called anymore. Well, so far I have been called 3 more times. These people are idiots. I am sure its all automated, however, once they receive the fax, enter the info into their system, the calls should stop.
This is HSBC Beneficial, a lending company. They've been calling my cell phone every 2-3 hours and THEY WON'T STOP. Surprisingly, all of the sudden I've started receiving calls from 800-819-7010 (Nationwide Lending Corp) and 240-684-9841 (People Choice Home Loans Inc. of Greenbelt, MD) at the same time on my cell phone too. This is just plain HARASSMENT!
I keep getting the calls on my cell phone. I pick up and no one answers. It comes up unknown on the cell phone face. I don't understand why they don't leave a message or just stop calling!

Update...dummies are still calling throughout the day, so I sent an online complaint to donotcall.gov. If you have already been registered with the registry for over 30 days, you can file a complaint.
Does this also show up as 000-000-0000?
It is creeping me out!
They started calling in December, around once or twice a week. Then, nothing for a few weeks. Now, in the past three days they have called our home at least 10 times per day--they leave no message, we have never had or requested business from them and they call at all times of the day sometimes three calls in a row within one to two minutes. We have answered several times telling them that we are on the Do Not Call Registry and to quit calling and have even called them three times speaking with a rude operator, but to no avail--the morons keep calling. I did research based on their company, and they lack in business ethics all around--just look them up at ripoffreport.com. I would like to make a formal complaint as this is utterly ridiculous!
