How do I stop them from calling?

JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

I get calls from this number all day every day. They never say anything when I answer, just hang up... It makes no sense! I am caught up on all of my bills and I dont even have any HSBC account!!
HSBC has been calling my cell phone for more than two weeks, 2-4 times/day. I don't have an account with them. They ask for "Tanya" (my name is Peter). I have explained to the rude representatives 3-4 separate times that I am not Tanya, nor do I know a Tanya. They hang up on me. I have spoken to a "call supervisor" by calling this number back directly, who assured me my number was taken off of their "list." I still receive the calls.
