Who Called Us

Do not give them any info! It is a scam. They wanted personal information and when I would not give it they gave me 888-994-8478 to call and verify. When I called Bank Of America directly, this number is not associated with them in any way and it is not a collection agency.

They are scammers trying to fraudently get your info!

Keep calling here for my son -- who does not live here (different state) -- they say they are "Bank of America" but they aren't -- they try to solicit personal info (from me) claiming that I am "on the account" (I'm not). Moreover, my son's account is current. These people are incompetent pests and DO NOT LISTEN. I have had numerous calls and told them that my son does not live here, they persist calling here, even though they have my son's phone number (which I foolishly gave them). They are FRAUDS.

Woman asked for a person that is not me so I told her to place me in their no call list and she said they are not that type of company so I hung up

Bank of America called my cell number looking for Erin Moody they called from 800-665-9089. I have told them to remove my number that this is a wrong number. 3 Days later today 12-8-2008 received a call from Bank of America looking again for Erin Moody however,they are now calling from 888-335-6993. I answered and the man tells me they do not have my cell number in their system but I told them I just answered your call on my cell, then the man hung up on me.

I received a call from this number. She would not identify herself, only she was calling from something "Associates". I asked 3 times who and what. She had broken english and slurred the word prior to "Associates". I hung up on her.

They call often. Once at 9 pn and my young daughter answered. My wife said they were drilling her for info about us or something annoying. My wife then took the phone from her and had an agressive conversation with a creepy guy who was not only reluctant to divulge any information, but he came accross as dispicable and rude. I hope the phone explodes in his ear!!!

This is a scam. Don't give them any information!

I am getting calls from this number everyday. The odd thing is I don't have a credit card of any kind.

The company has been notified that the individual who they are trying to contact no longer works here. They have an automated dialer. All calls are now being logged and are being turned over to the National Do Not Call List and the States Attorney Generals Office for charges. We are attempting to get a name of the Company or individual calling so charges may be filed.

COllection dept poss calling from foirgin country for Bank Of America. They are not nice at all. My account is not past due. I had to send B Of A a email to resolve my account.

This was a missed call adv card services. req my number I refused & adv I would wait for them to call back as I dont know who card services is.

Called me on a Sunday. I was busy doing some weekend work so I ignored the call since I didn't recognize the number. Checked number here later to find this information. I logged into my BoA account 2 days ago while paying bills and had no e-bills available (some of my bills are due mid month, some at the end, I check them all each time) indicating I owe nothing. After finding this listing, I checked again and no e-bills still. I'm curious what their connection is with BoA other than the apparent phishing. Didn't answer call and didn't leave a message so I didn't have a chance to find out what it was about.

Report them to the FCC, I did and the large volumes of calls stopped instantly!!

I have gotten calls from this number for someone named Monique. They call at least 2x a day & have done so for weeks upon weeks. They are brain dead since I have told them a million times NO Monique here!! I've contaced the Attorney General's office.

I called this # and asked woman for more info on this company. "I can't give you that." After 10 mins of negoitation and I got 888-991-8478. Friendly lady there said they represented FIA and Bank of America credit cards.

Card Services of BofA and wanted to get payment. Left a msg to call back at 800-664-9089, but called from 800-665-9089. When I tried the 664 # it said it could not be completed as dialed- I had already paid with BofA, but they had no info on this-they wanted me to pay an min of $27 which is crazy that would not cover what I owed as a min payment. Not sure who they are. Be careful.

Called claimed to be from "Card Services" for BofA, wanted payment on late credit card. Had all my info (balance, address). I (foolishly) supplied bank routing #, acct#, made payment arrangement. 10 minutes later received call from 714-792-5293, "Card Services" also claiming to be BoA. They said they were the only collection co. for BoA, showed no record of the previous call, confirmation # for the payment I made. One of the two, or probably both, is fraudulent. Do not give ANY info or $ to EITHER number--report to BBB and FTC immediately if they call for "collections."

Caller left a msg asking to call 800-664-9089 back. Weird that the number it asked me to call back on is NOT the number it called from.

Caller says he is from Card Services for BofA and wants info on overdrawn account and needs payment. Called BofA Fraud Div., they say this is not one of their phone #'s.
