This is an "off shore" call center that has no idea what they are doing. This company is making calls for FIA Card services which services credit cards issued by SunTrust and Bank of America. They call very early and very late and do not log that they have talked with someone about after they reach them and continue to call relentlessly. I had an auto payment issue on my credit card and I received over 20 calls in two days. I have banked with SunTrust for many years and I am ashamed that they have stooped to this low and use "off shore" resources when Americans need jobs, and to top it off don't follow up on the poor quality of the work they are doing.
Ask for wife, would not leave message or talk to me.
