Anyone who says so must have been doing some shady business and there was a reason they didn’t get paid. I have never had a problem with my commissions and anything in question Dan Kinney has always researched and given me specific answers. He has in the past been an advocate of his team and I believe with this blog it will make him better for it.

I worked at the source for almost 2 years they taught me telecom and i left on top like JOHN ELWAY with the BRONCOS. the company started to go downhill and Verizon sales were diminishing due to the fact they were unable to sell anything more than one product which is called a "custopack" Verizon winback. I opened my own office with another top rep from there and in the first 6 months in business we have generated about 850 thousand in revenue(of course only about 350 thousand is profit so far...lol). It takes about 500 thousand to start an office that will compete with a company like this one. I have to say Bryan Jones is probably there most knolegable amd competant employee when it comes to selling and training telecom(IF YOU GET A JOB THERE STAY CLOSE TO HIM AND LISTEN). He trained me and most of the other successful reps while i was there.(i assume this remains true today) When I left the owner Paul Burton tried everything in his power to stop us from opening an office literally 2 miles from his OWN but fortunately for me his circle of influence only extends as far as a few crackheads who obey his every command and a 37 year old do-boy named Dan who wants nothing more than to leave Paul start his own business and finaly be happy... he probably makes around 15-20 grand a month but he makes paul 10-20 times that much...lol...funny Paul made Matt B his partner and kept Dan(addicted to steriods) as a "Floor Manager" even though he has been there JUST AS LONG and WORKED JUST AS HARD. One day Dan might get his piece of the pie.; but he has to grow some balls and take a chance. I must admit that the money was pretty good if you were a top sales guy/girl there. Its not hard to make 4-8 grand a month if you are good and they like you. The problem is they pay when, and to whom they feel like on any given month. I am happy they underestimated me. My VZB(verizon Business) sales office(which does complex products like flex t-1's,hosted centrex systems and IPIA Voip systems) grossed 96 thousand in its first month. When i was working there they would tell us we could not sell VOIP because it was "to much of a pain in the a**". LOL. It amazes me that they would leave so much money on the table. ALthough I have heard they are now limited to only a few products and services due to compliance issues(thats all internal gossip and hearsay though). If you are good on the phone and you want to hustle for a few months you can roll the dice and you might just make it there. The money is good (and so are the drunken lunches and trips to Cheetas! lol) I have to thank Paul Burton (felon) for giving me the tools to open a successful office which started with just myself and one other rep and now is at capacity with 56 employees (depending on the day) I learned how to sell telecom and how not to treat employees. I have to thank Bryan for teaching me how to train. I, with the help of my partner have 5 gUys who sell at least 100-200 lines a month...its hard to do! You all might see me driving through Pompano one day look for the Black S-class Benz with plates that say F1SORCE. And to all you race horses still running the track for him day in and day out remember you are only as good as your last Month and if you don't have a nice set of titties....GET A PAIR! ONE SOURCE TELECOM IS A BIG RIP OFF!! I USED TO WORK THERE I WORKED RETENTION WHICH IS BASICALLY A SCAM FOR YOU TO SIGN UP FOR ANOTHER 3 YEARS WITH VERIZON AND WE GET PAID FOR IT. THE BOSSES TELL YOU TO SAY ANYTHING WE LOOKED FOR YOUR NUMBERS IN 411.COM AND YAHOO LOCAL THEN WE USE AN ILLEGAL SYSTEM RAN THROUGH VERZIONS DATA BASE AND PULL ALL YOUR INFO. YEAH WE GOT CAUGHT USING THE SYSTEM AND WERE SUPPOSE TO STOP BUT THEN AFTER A WEEK AFTER THEIR SALES DROPPED WE WERE TOLD TO GO AHEAD AND USE IT AGAIN. ONE OF OUR BOSSES DAN KINNEY WHO IS SUPPOSE TO BE SOME JEHOVAHS WITNESS YEAHH HE PUMPS STEROIDS AND IS FUCKING HIS CO WORKER BOOTY DO BUTTER FACE ANNA SUAREZ.( I HOPE YOUR CONGREGATION FINDS OUT YOU CHUMP MOTHERFUCKER). THEY HIRE ANYONE WE HAVE PEOPLE SMOKING CRACK ON BRAKES. THIS COMPANY IS ALL BULLSHIT. THERE A SCAM AND WILL PROMISE THERE CUSTOMERS CHEAP PRICES ON THE QUOTES THEY SEND OUT BUT ITS ALL BS JUST WAIT UNTIL YOUR BILL COMES. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This is a company that represents Verizon. They do not slam, spam or hijack any one. Verizon contracts them to call previous Verizon accounts. Occasionally there are many people that have renewed their contract and they are called as well. The data base is supplied from them! It is so easy to just say that you are not interested and please put me in your "DO NOT CALL" REGISTRY. They are calling ON BEHALF OF VERIZON!
Just relax...the people that call are just doing grunt work for others. I just renewed with them and it was not a big deal.

Also a thrid party contract company for Verizon. They bug me to death.

Called my office, said they were calling on the behalf of Verizon, I said but you're not Verizon, he said no whats the difference? I said if you're not Verizon then why are you calling? He said then I guess you don't want your credit and hung up.

Also said it was Verizon, stated their records show that we are no longer with them for local and long distance, stated that I am with them. They also asked me if I was to owner. And then hung up. I immediately called Verizon to confirm if this was their company who called me and they stated that they had not. I placed a freeze on my Verizon account so that no company can switch my service without Verizon contacting us to confirm at change is allowed. I will be contacting the FCC to file a complaint against this company as well, hopefully it will deter them

Called the office at 4:59pm on 8/14 - upon picking up, I head a dialing sound. I immediately hung up, because I don't care for such sales autobots.

I keep getting calls from this unknown number so I never pickup and they never left a message. Today I decided to pickup and the caller said my verizon internet service is coming to an end and would I like to renew. I asked the guy what company he was from and he said Verizon. I told him that I didn't believe him because if it were really Verizon, you would think they displayed a caller id description. He claimed it was verizon and I told him I don't accept offers solicited over the phone and could you please mail the info. I am guessing that I won't get anything in the mail. I think it was a phone service scammer looking to hijack my service.

They called and said they were Verizon & wanted to gain my LD business.

This number keeps calling saying they want to come and clean my carpets!

Who is Heidi?? Keeps callinf for her but I don't know her nor doesn she work here. They don't seem to be able to remove our number from their data base.

Don't know who they are. Keeps calling for someone that doesn't work with our company.. Calls daily.

The company is called One Source Telecom, Inc. , a telecom co. for AT&T att.com to try & win back business from old customers for AT&T, claims he could give long established customers a 30 to 40 percent rate cut. I told him he should be able to see how long we have been customers if he worked for the company. The guy who called me kept asking for the Owner and as I tried to inform him we recently changed phone service he started yelling at me so I told him the "Owner" does not handle sales calls he yelled "ma'am do NOT put your two cents in!" so I hung up. He called right back and continued yelling. I called the number, spoke to a manager named George, and he was going to track this guy down. He claims they fire people regularly for this reason.
