How do I stop them from calling?

Received call as well actually like 4 or 5. I do not know who he is so i do not speak with him, i have no idea what viking is?
caller left message stating that I have a obligation to take care of today and he has options. This is not true, and his tone was very stern. Hope he finds who he's looking for!
