Jill Lawrence has helped me the last two days with being reported by XM Radio for not paying my bill. The reason I cancelled with them is because they are always billing me for items I did not purchase. Jill was on the phone with me about an hour and a half to help me get this straightened out to no avail. I give her a lot of credit for trying to help. I did, however, get stuck with having to pay a $200 bill that I did not purchase.
Buyer beware with XM Radio!!
THIS IS A SCAM THAT NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE LOCAL POLICE (HOUSTON, TX) -713-884-3131. Got a phone call from these people saying that I had written a NSF check back over a year ago to a store that I don't even shop at! They said I needed to take care of it today or further legal action would be taken. They wanted me to take care of it over the phone by giving them my credit card or debit card number, or said I could mail them a cashier's check or money order. I called my bank and reported them. For one thing, no such check was written and I also have overdraft protection, so no store would have received it back NSF.
I called them back after they left a message. It was about an XM Radio acct which I had closed. They're trying to tell me I owe an early termination fee. But the guy wasn't rude at all. He acted like he thought I was going to get ugly, but when I didn't, he was ok.
Received two different calls with two different "call back" numbers. The 800-880-3395 identified the caller as "CCA" and said it was about my checking account. But, they called my husband's cell phone! The other number 800-455-8026said to call "Michael" concerning an important business matter. Both calls came to my husband's cell phone. I tried calling "Michael" back and the recording answered with "CCA" as being the company name. Not quite sure why they are calling concerning a "checking account" as mine is not even with a bank but a credit union.

This is some kind of collection agency. I received the same call. Hope this helps, no idea on any of the details, but definately collections.
