How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
- Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

No message left. call every night around 9 pm
I guess that the really big archive of the thesis topic close to this topic should be at thesis writing services. Thence, there’re no problems to go to dissertation service and buy your dissertation.
Left a message that said "here I come"
Left no message
Generic message left on my v/m telling me to make a donation appointment even though I already have one later this week.
MI SPeedway September 11th blood drive info and pledge.
Is anyone getting calls from this number with "Plane Crash Info" within the last 2 days?
Hung up after answering machine picked up and left no message...
they just got added to my "phonetrayfree" zap list. They aren't even honest enough to identify as "red cross."
This was an automated message reminding us of a Blood Drive in Bath Maine. Since they already send post card reminders out I contacted the regional American Red Cross prior to this call and requested that they add our phone number to their do not call list. I explained the duplicated effort was unnecessary and they were wasting resources that they could put to better use. I received an email response thanking me for my concern and I was assured they would add my number to their do-not-call list. Guess I have to be patient.
Left an automated message on my answering machine about donating blood. Wish the non-profits and politicians weren't exempt from the do-not-call list. I always thought the phone was there for my convenience not theirs. Guess I was mistaken.
The message was from the American Red Cross about a local blood drive being canceled due to the weather.
True that non-profit organizations are not covered under the DNC Registry, however, once you tell an organization to remove your name from their list they must do so under the follow rule listed on the website for the DNC registry:
The Entity-Specific Do Not Call Provision
It is a Rule violation to call any consumer who has asked not to be called again (the
They REFUSE to stop calling because they are nonprofit!? How stupid and ignorant are these people.....uhhhhh....maybe that's why there is such a shortage of donated blood. Just the disrespect they show people is unbelievable, I know I will NOT donate blood again, I am sure many others won't either!
Another call today from them. Nobody spoke when I answered. The ARC may be a great and worthy organization, but I have my doubts about some of the people they have working the phones for them.
answered and got nothing but silence
I just called them back, since posting my last comment. I asked them to stop calling me, and they REFUSED, stating that they are non-profit. Since the donor is my son, they say they must hear from him, even though it is MY phone. No amount of arguing got me anywhere. What a pain! Not exactly encouraging good will with the public they're asking blood from, are they?
My son has donated blood from time to time. Nobody else in the house is able to. Even when he has been moved out of the house to a different state they've acted like they don't believe or understand what we're telling them, and just keep calling and calling and calling and..........
"Unknown Name" but we all know is Red Cross. They keep calling although on their do not call list. Just Terrible.
No message left and said TOLL FREE. What in the world is American Red Cross doing? Not a good way to gain support here in Mpls.
Said "Toll Free"...left no message and hung up before Anserrin' Machine even came on.
Minneapolis area
Looking for my son to donate blood at a local site.
I donate blood now these people call me on the weekend soliciting more blood??? I will never donate again!
American red cross. I called them back. I told them if they don't stop calling we are never giving blood again. I guess when you give blood they use the information they collect to hound you for the rest of your life with no respect for your privacy. We need a law that makes non-profits respect the no call list.
It was the American Red Cross. They left a message. Only the local center used to call me but this was a generic call.
