This is an inbound number for Xentel DM (telespamming on behalf of NAPAL). See notes on whocalled.us
They called me at 8:20 EST on Saturday and Sunday waking me up. I looked them up on the Internet and left a voice mail complaint for the Executive Director. I'm assuming that the call was made by an hired solicitation agency, but they need to be aware of the practices carried out in their name.
