Report a phone call from 8003656538
How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
- Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

This is HSBC "RETAIL" Credit Services", as in my case, is about my HP Home & Home Office Account, with HP Computer Company.
This is not "HSBC Credit Card Services"!!
800-365-6538 800-959-1373 866-381-0453 973-208-1038 310-208-4217 888-633-4850 800-955-6600 734-429-8361 877-450-7775 - HSBC Retail - a PITA credit card company that services private label credit cards like bestbuy, menards, goodyear tire, grossmans, mr tire. Little store credit like that. They are the most annoying people on the planet. They will call up to 12 or 13 times a day on an auto-dialer to every number that they have for you, starting at 8am and calling EVERY hour till almost 10pm. They will call you at home, at work, on your cell phone, at your references #'s. That can add up to more than 40 ( FORTY ) CALLS A DAY !!! HSBC is the HONGKONG SHANGHAI BANKING CORP. They don't care about any laws they are breaking or how unethical their business practices are. There is no way to stop them from calling, short of a cease and desist order, and I doubt that would even stop them. Their agents seem to be farmed out in INDIA, so they could care less. I guess they figure "Whatchu gonna do about it ??? " 1 payment crosses in the mail and they SLAM YOU with 30.00% interest rates and lower your available credit to whatever you owe them at the time. Pricks. Read the fine print on every store card you apply for. If it says HSBC on it anywhere, tear it up and throw it away. RUN AWAY. Webster's defines Predatory Lending as ; see HSBC

I hung around until their recorded message was finished and a real person came on the line. She asked for personal information that I would not give. I advised her to never call again and was told that she would continue to call until she reached the party she was looking for. I said this was a do not call number and was told that they don't care. I'm down to two or three calls a day from them.
We keep getting these calls and we do not have anything with HSBC. Please remove our phone number from your list IMMEDIATELY
I just received a call from this number, and I also have an HSBC credit card.
Morons yelled "hello" into the very obvious digital voice answering machine, then hung up. My number is also unlisted and unpublished, and on the Do Not Call list.
I get calls from both their numbers at least 10 times a day on both my cell and my home phone. They NEVER leave a message. I've never given them my home phone number. I have no idea how they got it being I am on the do not call registry and my home number is unlisted and non published. The few times I've answered the phone, all I get is a computerized message telling me to hold for the next representative. A representative never gets on and the phone eventually disconnects. I do have a Best Buy card, however, I've never used it. Its gotten to the point I have shut the ringers off on my home phone because, they have called me as early as 6am and as late as 11pm. I'm so sick and tired of being unnecessarily disturbed. When the cell rings I just send it right to voice mail. I've received one message on the cell however, it was a computerized message. There must be a way to stop this madness. Not being able to answer your phone or having to shut the ringers off in order to have some peace is a horrible way to live. I shouldn't have to cringe every time my phone rings.

I have been pro-active and called them, trying to make arrangements. They bumped our interest rate from 8.9% to 18.99% because they said the promo period was over, although we had been told it would last 5 yrs. I figured they would be willing to work with us in order to get some money, but not so. Do not, under any circumstance, finance through HSBC!!@!!!
HSBC.....Retail Services, they call several times a day. They call from 4 or five different numbers I have 2 of them....1-800-959-1373, 1-800-363-6538.
I have been getting harassing phone calls from this number.
They claim they are a "credit card company" that I owe an outstanding balance to.
This is a scam.
Beware!
Been getting calls every hour all day long from this number and 800-959-1373. They never leave a msg.
Report this scum to the FTC, ftc.gov
this number has called 61 times! never say anything
I got called yet again from 800-365-2027 at 8:15 p.m. and tried to call back and of course could not reach anyone. They called me last weekend about my Furniture Row account, saying it was past due by five months. Thing is, they accepted a contract with my credit counseling firm in JULY of 2007, of course they have no record of it. They are IDIOTS!!
i've got this number calling me now, too, claiming that i owe money on an account that isn't mine. it's the wrong spelling of my name, wrong birth year, incredibly incorrect address, and yet, they say that they won't stop calling until i give them my FULL social security number to clairfy that this really isn't me. I'm filing a report with the BBB, the FTC, and the Chicago Police for harassment. i suggest you all do the same, as a few minutes of googling HSBC and their practices proves that they are on shaky ground.
This # has called me more than 20 times in 2 days. I finally called them back and asked why they are calling and who they are, and the lady told me I was late on a credit card. I said WHAT! I have no credit card! She asked my name, and told me she was looking for a Lisa Wagner. I told I have never heard of her, and told her to never call my number again. I got her name and told her if I get called again I will f@ck her up. I gues this "lisa Wagner" gave HSBC a bum phone #, or they have the phone number wrong in the system. Whatever...
called 8 times in one day and left no message.
They call every day at work! I need to find a way to stop this.
They call several times a day.
I am so SICK of this.
Called at 8:36 am Sunday morning. There was a machine telling me I had an important call and to please wait. I waited & they asked for someone who does not live here.
called at 8:45 am...left no message. they continually call throughout the day.they also call from 800-959-1373.
how can i report this number they call every 10min
Called numerous times asking for a certain person, who does not live here. They are relentless and call back up to 12 times a day starting at 6:30am and going until about 5pm. These people are very rude. A call to their corporate headquarters didn't get any results either. They still call. I am going to file a complaint and seek a civil judgment against them.
They also use 800-959-1373, always want me to hold. I have gotten 15 calls from these two numbers in the last 3 days. (my caller id only holds the last 25 calls, so the nnumber is probably higher) I'm going to try to fugure out how to report them - I'm on the do not call registry.
I had 8 messages today from(800)365 6538. They are looking for someone with a different first name from the msg they left. I then received several messages today also from 300-959-1373. I do not have any on these credit cards.
I've been getting calls from this number all week long at random times of the day. They never leave a message. Today I answered the phone. After saying "hello" several times, a man said, "uh, is Justin there?". When I told him he had a wrong number he replied, "oh. ok" and hung up. This sounds like someone using their business phone to make personal calls. What an idiot.
calls repeatedly also from 800-959-1373 and 800-365-2027. It is HSBC about my Elder Beerman charge. If they don't get a person on the phone they hang up with no message.
Two additional calls from this number yesterday and today. I was able to answer the second one -- initially got a recording saying that "your financial institution has an important message for you" and please hold. A person then came on the line saying she was looking for "a _____" (surname). Wrong number. Hung up when I informed her it was a wrong number and not to call back.
They called twice today, about an hour apart, at about 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. HST. No message left.
Thank you to Rossi for the hyperlink.
They are calling 12 times a day, and they were already notifide by court that each time they call they have to pay 350 dollars, I am getting better paid than them!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAHA
Call came at 10:55am on 7-30-07. They left no message and we didn't answer. This number issues to HSBC Retail Services. Here's the story on that lashup:
householdwatch.com
These people are insane. They call 15 times a day looking for someone who is NOT AT MY NUMBER! I've explained this repeatedly to them -- they say they won't call anymore -- and almost immediately I get another call from them. Pure insanity. I LOATHE HSBC.
Called our house at 6:15AM local time from a phone bank on the East Coast. When reminded them it was illegal to place such a call before 8AM, they hung up without an apology.
Calling from HSBC Retail Services. It is in regards to the CC I have with CompUSA.
Caller left a message identifying the company as HSBC Retail Services.
Called and left a brief message identifying the company and a callback number. The same company also calls from (800)959 1373 and (800)365 2027.
called at 8:50am HSBC services--wrong number--they were looking for the previous phone number holder
