How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).

Telstar Marketing keeps calling and I keep answering and no one is there!! More frustrating is that I have Privacy Manager and it's not screening them out so I have been trying to contact AT&T to fix the problem and can't get through to them due to heavy call volume. I have had it with the piss poor customer service of all these utility companies. I'd be happy to speak to the caller and say "sorry, not interested" but when there's nobody there to say it to, it's as though we're getting crank called.
How is this number getting through to me? I'm on the do not call list.
My thirteen year old daughter answered the phone and was not asked for her age before the operator asked for her opinion on abortion. I took the phone and told the operator that she should have asked the age of the person she was speaking to or asked for an adult residing in the home. Unfortunately, I did not ask to speak to the supervisor. Before I hung up, this girl had the nerve to say thank you to me!
