How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.

I understand they do debt collection for BOA. I've rec'd a call and they left a message that they are FIA Credit Card Services, plz call us back. I haven't called back yet. I'm having financial hard time right now. I heard you can ask them to quit calling and contact you thru paper mail. Now if you don't owe money then you can still ask them to quit calling and then if they continue you can report them. Be sure to record/document all phone calls from them.
This is FIA Card Services calling about my Bank of America credit card account.
