Who Called Us

Constantly calls, refuses to allow you to talk to a human. Have called the 'customer' agent back to tell them the person they're calling doesn't own this number. Gets rather combative when told this, says I'm lying & must be hiding the person not paying their bills. Doesn't like being told that complaints have been made with Do Not Call & Verizon (phone provider).

Asking to call back for a debt on a different number. Called back, and they were looking for a different person. Promised to remove the number.

also, they say their Trans World Systems. they call all the time, male and female, give different names even if same voice. Names given: Mrs. and Mr. Buttler, Mr. Smith Mr. Jones

yeah they call me too, im 13 and they say i owe them 1000's of dollars, i told my parents and called thme and they said they fixed the mistake, they still call!!! i get mad because im on a 700 minute plan with my family and they use them all, put my number on the donotcall list.

They called but I didn't answer it. I recently had my number changed to an unlisted number so it can't be anyone looking for me. I am listed on the "do not call" list so I have no idea what this is about. The name on ID is "Credit mgtsvs".

I just received a call from this phone number and the recorded voice said this is Wendy and that we are calling about your debt. Considering I do not owe any body money for past due accounts I just hung up my phone and hope not to receive any more calls from these idiots. I am also on a do not call registry

Just like many other peopele have said, this supposive debt collecting agency is trying to collect debts that don't exist.

They also my be the same company that kept calling regarding the debt of someone who doesn't own my phone number. I dealt with that round of annoying calls, by flipping out after they woke me several times. After already being told the person they seek, isn't at this number.

I bought Panasonic cordless phones at Costco (came in a pack with 4 black phones, 1 white, $130). Has a nifty Call Block feature that even blocks calls from AT&T (my home provider). My phone company CB services won't block these numbers but my Panasonics will. Add the offending number. After that the phone rings one time when they call, displays Call Blocked and they get a busy signal.

To Sick of Debtors, not all of us who get calls from debt collecting companies owe anyone anything. My former bleep of a neighbor (who owes $$ to everyone and their brother) gave MY phone number to everyone she owes money to and now 4 years later I'm STILL getting these calls. And BTW, we're not all racist assholes.

Get a box like mine. Anyone who calls without caller ID or numbers and area codes of known Bottom Feeders get a standard telephone recording " this number is not in service please check the number and dial again" It rings once and I know it was a bottom feeder. I can let those I want in. I have an unlisted number for use by normal folks not bastards.They get a Govt bailout then tack on horrendous fees and expect us to pat. transworld systems inc...keeps call and sending letters to me. they say i owe $2400 to my gas company. and i dont. I've been looking them up and get smixed articles about transworld sysytems inc beeing scammers or not. now i'm just left confused. anyone else know anything about them....thats doesnt work for them of course. I know i'm right, i'm not dumb. and flat out....I'm on a budget for the gas co. for low income households and if i'm late on payments they take me off the budget . this is so difficult

Calls at 6am, 6:30am leaves no message. Credit Management Services. I am soo gonna send letters on these hard workers.

A female called at 8:58 A.M. asking for a person with a variation of my name. She gave the company name as Transworld Systems though the Caller ID display read Tollfree Number. I asked what number she was calling. She gave my phone number. I said she might have the name wrong and asked what she was calling about. She told me she could not disclose the nature of the call. I told her there was no one by the name she was seeking at our number.

These sleaze bags call and act very official as if they are the government. They ask for some first name. I have a rule 800 calls are usually from scum of the earth bottom feeders. No self respecting person would work for a bill collector. You are not required by law to speak to these clowns or give them any help in their plans to harrass people who are suffering from the meltdown that their employers and George Bush have created.

unpaid doctor bills

I received a call from them for a vet bill that is clearly not mine. I am waiting on them to send over a copy of the bill. I just moved & they have my new number and name. I've gone to several websites to do a reverse phone search and it still shows the previous person. I've never even been to the state where they say the bill occurred. I've never received anything in the mail. The number has been on my caller id before but they don't leave a message. Is this place a scam?? Please post if you've had any experience like this.

Perhaps we should all start returning harassing calls back to them? Perhaps they will get the idea. They have been asked not to call our business and they won't stop.

Name of person calling isn't at this number. Debt collector.

Guy called at 8:30AM from this number. Said "Hi. How are you today?" I asked who was calling, and he replied "I just asked how you were doing." So I hung up. This happened 10 minutes ago, and I haven't gotten another call from this number. But i am on the Do Not Call registry, so this should not happen.

They call,,,they call and they call. Please to make them stop. They must be stopped.

So this number is a collection agency. I was thinking, even if I do have some old debt somewhere, my cell phone number is listed in someone else's name, so there is no way you could link my number to my name... unless the agency gets phone number lists from cable/phone/power companies and cross-references for matches, all of those companies have my full name and this cell phone number.... but also, my name is common. It could be anyone's debt.

"Please return our call to 1-800-291-4367" is the message I keep getting

Collection agency looking for Jeff or Gwendolyn. If this was ever their number, it isn't any more. It's been mine for 2 years. I've left messages indicating they should check Phonebook.com and they'll see my name. But they still keep calling.

This is a collection agency and looking for the people who had my phone number 5 1/2 years ago. They are Credit Management Services, 9525 Sweet Valley Drive, Valley View OH 44125. Their office phone is 216-525-3321. I haven't tried calling them yet to give them a piece of my mind. My husband told the caller that those people no longer have this phone number and they haven't called in a week. These collection agencies should Gooogle 5-year-old phone numbers before dialing them (or putting them in their databases)!!!!

recieved a message from 800-291-4367 asking me to return the call...when I did a lady picked up the phone, told her I was returning a call..she asked for my phone number..I told her I wont give her that and she said she could not help me then. I told her that was fine I'll just wait till they call again and hung up.

This friggin number calls me everyday at 8:11am. I'm on the DO NOT CALL list and have no debts. There is never anyone on the other end of the call and no one answering at the call back number. MAKE IT STOP!!!!

I get repeated calls from this number. I owe no one and if this is a bill collector, they are obviously pursuing someone else. What are the options here? Don't return call, they keep calling. I'm on the DNC list.

Just was an automated call from Credit Management Services saying they want to talk to me about a debt or something. I just got my cell phone so I don't know who it would be or what debt I would have. I haven't been able to reach them at all to tell them to stop calling.

this call is very annoying since it seems as if as soon as it is 8 am the phone is ringing and it is them. If it is so important for them to speak "about a business matter" why isn't there someone on the other end of the phone

They called for me. I told them that this was my place of employment and my employer does not approve of these calls. They removed me from the list for the sixth time.

They keep calling you with an robot, asking you to call back. When you called back, the message was" this is credit management services...." Anybody checked it out what's going on there? Can we sue them?

When i spoke with a women there she told me that they deal with over 2000 clients and she could not tell me what they wanted until i gave her my phone number (didnt happen).

I then told her i was on the do not call list and she told me it would not apply since they are not solicating or selling anything. I had to drag it out of her that they are a collection agency.

So Beware Folks. They are trying to get money out of you one way or another.

these calls keep coming to our phone # for another family that used to have our #. They won't quit calling our number.....and won't answer when we call then to have the calls stopped to inform them that they are reaching wrong family.

we are a business and this recording keeps calling and leaving this number which "is not a sales call, but deals with a business matter." We refuse to return the call.

They are a collection agency. In our case they were collecting unpaid co-pays at the doctor's office. Not a scam, so relax.

Let's consider; in these days of rampant identity theft, who would return a call to a blocked number and give them personal account information? No matter who they say they are, do you know for sure?
This automated crap makes me even more suspicious. Seems like faxes from Nigeria. If you really owed them money they would answer the phone.

i get this call daily on my cell phone. i figured it was something fishy. the credit agency must be after the previous owner of my cell number. besed on my brother's experience with bankruptcy, i expect to be getting their calls for a long time to come.

I have received at least 20 calls from CMS. It's a computer call asking me to hold for the next available rep. I will not take calls putting me on hold. Just keep hanging up.

This is a Collection Agency.

I received a call from this number, and the individual who placed to call refused to give any information as to what the call was regarding until I gave him my name.

I hung up.

The recording starts with 'This is not a solicitation.' Since I don't know them and don't know their number (it says 'Unknown'), it obviously is an unsolicited call -- making them solicitors in violation of the Do Not Call Registry to which I subscribed.

These guys keep calling and calling with a recorded message to call them back. Not going to happen!
