Said he was Dell rep assigned to my new computer, asked if I had a certain model. I don't have a new computer or the model he mentioned. He asked if it was a laptop or tower. When I asked who he was trying to reach, he took a while to respond with a name. When I said that wasn't me, he just wanted detail about my current computer, serial tag, model, etc. I did not provide, believe it's a scam.
Dell Tech Support - but don't dial this number to reach them ... it doesn't go to the right department. Call them back on 800-456-3355. Very frustrating to receive a call and have no one on the other end of the line...

All 289 800 numbers are from Markham and are called though a MagicJack
I found this number on my Caller ID and no message was left. I did purchase an extended warranty on the computer a few years back. The last time that I talked with these folks about a month or so ago. I told them that I was not going to purchase another warranty. What is it about I am not interested are they not understanding?
I had asked a question online about a Dell offer. While I was gone today, this number called a ZILLION times. Left no message! Not the way to make a sale, Dell!!!!!
I'm not sure who it was.. I see Dell written here - as I don't own I Dell thats highly unlikely and I received this call at 2:32AM...
Call was from Dell's overseas customer service phone bank! Could not understand half of what was said, told them I was not interested, I don't do sales calls.
Unknown. If this is Dell, I have not ordered anything or used tech support. They send enough mail out trash that phone calls, too, are just ridiculous. I love their products and have never had problems with service, but their "enthusiam" is almost annoying enough to search for another brand!
Guy with Indian accent said something about warranties running out. Also said something about buying any future Dell purchases through him.
this number is from dell customer service. They call to make sure you recieved good service with your computer to make sure there employees are doing a good job. and that whatever computer problem you have was fixed to your satisfaction.

When I answered, they hung up. If this number does belong to Dell, they may have hung up because they had the wrong number. I haven't purchased anything from Dell in about 8 years, and that I gave away.
Received a msg from this number (English speaking man) to make sure I had made a purchase. When I called the number back it was a foreign lady who wanted my phone number and I gave it to her and she said it didn't pull anything up which was strange since that is the number they called me on. She then asked for my social, I felt wierd after the call about doing that so I called Dell Financial Services from the web number and found out it was dell.
Dell called to congratulate me on my latest purchase.
Dell financial services calling to verify the order I placed yesterday. Said reason for call was to verify identity against fraud. My order was put on hold until the verification process was complete. Called before 8 am though :(
It is dell. I was having issues and they called me back to see if it got corrected.

Some weird message that said it should only be used for testing and then it hung up on me.
