Who Called Us

It is amazing to me how often they will call you when you owe them money. But in my case, I paid my account in full recently, and can no longer get a hold of ANYONE to get the payment letter to prove I paid it in full! I call them every hour and get a message that their office is closed and it hangs up on me. So frustrating I have called about 30 numbers related to HSBC and always get the run around. They really need to learn how to do their job correctly.

theese assholes expect me to pay for a tax return prep fee that I could not afford and AI told them that but they insisted I take a loan. dirt bags

My husband talked to a represenative and told her to MAIL the bill and
that we will pay it. Well, the stupid girl asked to do this over the phone,
and she continued to say give me your SS# and so forth.. SHE DIDN'T GET IT!!!!
He yelled real loud to her and finally he hung up. What kind of people work
there?

My husband now is speaking to a live person and is VERY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!

the one guy said his words BUT when we tried to talk we could not get a word in.
Then spoke to the manager and I really don't think a Manager works on SUNDAY"S!!!!

Yeah, I get these same calls at least 3-4 times a day. I'M SICK OF THIS. Everytime I see that number, I let it go to voice mail and ALL the time, they leave no messages. This is B.S. and when I answered the first time the
recording said "Please stay on the line, this is important". and it kept repeating, so I hung up. never again
did I answer the phone with that number. Why can't these Frickin people leave a message???? Idiots

I've been receiving calls from this damn company since early January.. I finally looked it up cause I was getting anywhere from 10-15 calls a day from them. I used what you had said on here as the SS# and went through to a rep. They asked for my SS# again. I said no, That I had no idea why they kept calling my phone number and told them I was getting like 15 calls a day and messages. They asked me for my phone number. I gave it to them. The Lady said that my number was no where on their system... She asked me for the number that kept calling me. She said that (800)288-3811 was the collections part of their company. I told them I had no account with them and that I know for a fact that I don't owe them any money. She said she'd transfer me to the collections people. A lady answered and she asked if I had done my taxes with H&R Block. I said yes, but I did not take any loans on my taxes so I know I didn't owe anything. She asked for my Name and still could not find anything under my name. She said she would make a note and put me on a list to stop calling me. She was about to hang up and I asked to talk to the one that will be taking me off the calling list. She said that there's no way I can. I found this odd. I asked her if there was any way I can get some confirmation that it will be done. She gave me her name and her managers name and number with her extension. She said if the number called again to call back and file another complaint and speak with her manager.

Is this the same hsbc located in Hyrum Utah,zip.84319?? But physical address is located south east off a dirt road in wooded mountains??????

If you try to pay someone and the refuse then it is paid in full!!! They come off like they are the government. But they arn't because they gov. wouldn't ask for your ss# They allready have it!!!
Don't bother with talking to them it is just a waist of your time. Unless you want to have fun with them!!! Lead them on a wild goose chase tell them your some one els. Or give them a bogus ss#. You know get creative!!!!

I called back the number and entered 123-456-89 when it asked for SS#. The customer service rep asked if I had recently taken a loan out on my taxes and I reported I hadn't done them yet. She couldn't find any information under my phone number. She then asked for my social and I said no, and she said I don't blame you. She told me to call back to report calls if they continue.

They called 5x today already. I'm not gonna give out my snn over the phone. If they really want to know if its me there is other information I can give out. Yes, we have debt, but you know what? If you can't accept what I'm gonna pay, stop calling and take it out next year in our taxes.

I think it is a group that is also with maternity solutions they seem to be a scam
they want your credit card # right off the bat for pregnancy resources that are no help

I was finally able to figure out that these people are actually trying to track down my sister, but her phone is disconnected because she didn't pay the phone bill either. What the hell good would it do if I called back and put in my SS# or my wife's SS# since that is not the person they are looking for? It turns out these people have also been harassing my parents for several months now. What the hell right do these people have to harass people because they have relatives who are deadbeats? It's not my fault my sister doesn't pay her bills and it's not my job to do something about it, she is an adult and responsible for her own affairs. I'm telling everyone that I know not to do business with HSBC and reporting them to the FCC, these tactics are unacceptable.

They called and i didn't answer because I never answer numbers I don't know. They didn't leave a message so I called back and I got a recording to enter my social. Of course I did NOT enter this information since I don't know if this is legit. I doubt they were calling for me since this is a work cell phone they are calling that used to belong to someone else... I think if they would just leave a message they will find that more people are willing to help them stop making useless calls.

These people call me non-stop everyday Monday through Friday. They never leave a message. I answered a couple of times, but no one speaks on the other end. I dialed in once, and their computer immediately asks for my SSN . Weird.

Do not ever give out your ssn to anyone that calls you. Most company's have many other ways to identify you. This company is a phony.

These clowns call at least 4 times daily I figure they want money from us out of a loan from a tax firm, you tell them they have to wait for the money or try and make arrangements and they still want to call, TOUGH SHIT you can wait for the money now, i guess thats what happens when you charge 625% of the amount of money financed and the tax firm or the irs fuck up and then they come after you for money. SCUMBAGS quit ripping Americans off with hidden disclosures, nobody in their right mind ever reads disclosures that are as long as the Declaration of Independence. Calling and bothering people all day long everyday, we should be able to charge you fuckers back for that. I think we should start charging $5.99 a minute every time they call or leave messages!!!!!

I hear from these Taliban losers at least once/twice a day for the past few weeks. They keep asking for some dead beat person, but I keep telling them they got da wrong numbah! I'm going to sue these people. I know I dont owe them money. They call and ask for Tina, I tell them I dont know any Tina, they tell me they'll take me off the list, but they just keep calling

I finally called them, they insisted on getting my social security number over the phone and I told them NO. I told them to look it up under the phone they called and they can do that.

After I gave them the number they called the rude person on the other end said "I'm sorry, they were not supposed to call you".

So I then asked to get my name removed from being called and then her tone of voice changed and told me "No, I don't think so. We called on and we spoke to someone" and I told her so...if you're not supposed to call and you won't tell me why you're caling why are you calling??

She said I was playing games and they needed to call but won't tell me WHY!!!

After repeated times of of plugging my SSN number into their freaking system it keep saying it was not found...but yet the rep keeps insisting I give it to them. THEY ARE STUPID TO THINK I WILL WHEN I HAVE NO BUSINESS WITH THEM, PERIOD.

received call on my cell phone, the previous owner was being asked for, not me. i informed the person on the other side that i am not the person they are seeking, i got no response and they hung up. i am going to pursue other options to get this dirt bag of a company to stop calling my cell phone.

I was getting their calls all day, if you say nothing until they hang up will probably take your number off their call list. You need to wait until the computer hangs up, don't just hang up when you see their number.

I get calls from HSBC literally 15 times per day! It starts when I am 2-3 days late on my bill. Mind you, I ALWAYS pay my bill, but sometimes I am a few days late. What right does HSBC have to call me 15 times daily?!?!?! I could almost understand it if my truck was about to be repossessed, but I have never even been close to that!

they called my house earlier today and i called them back. i got an automated message asking me for my social and i just entered 123456789. i got through to a rep and asked them what reason would they call someone and he told me "i wouldnt know" and then he told me i could wait until they call me back and explain to me why they called and i said ok.

I too receive several calls per day from this company. Their phone # and "Name Unavailable" is what shows up on my caller ID. I have answered a couple of their calls and can confirm that the calls are coming from HSBC. I have stopped answering since, I explained my circumstances to them and there is nothing more to discuss. I have every intention of paying my debt at the earliest possible time. The calls seem like a form of harassment.

Aging mother-in-law has received repeated messages on her answering machine.She is told this is an important financial matter. When the number is called, a recording requires Social Security number and will allow no movement into the sytem w/o SS number.

i get calls all day everyday and on sundays when i call back their closedon sundays, so how'd they call me they start at 8am and dont stop til 9pm

these people called me 15 times a day(no joke)i 've counted.......they started at 8:30 in the morning and they don't stop until about 8pm at night....they don't leave messages and they call almost every 15 to 30mins every hour....thats really annoying

They called at 8:15 am on 10-17-06. I was still trying to sleep since I had the day off and hadn't slept well the night before. They woke me up!
