How do I stop them from calling?

This number shows up on my called ID three times today. They do not leave a message.
They asked that I return their call at 800-255-2257. I did so, but they had the wrong person. This sounds like a bill collector.
Left a message on my cell phone asking for "Carlos Rojas". The actual number that called was 510-373-3822. They told me to call them back at 800-255-2257.
