I wonder if stalkers can somehow use RMG to phone stalk. I started getting calls from RMG after I broke up with an ex-friend. For 2 years, I have changed phone number 3 times but still getting this type of hang-up calls from RMG. I just found out my credit report had been accessed by the prowler every month for the last 2 years. I wonder if you with RMG problem have problem similar to mine?

They have been calling in the middle of the night. I filed a complaint with the FCC: fcc.gov.

They're definitely calling from the 708 area code now and since that's right down the street I have half a mind to find the address and go over there today. Called at 5:30 am Thanksgiving and 4:45 three Thursdays later-My toddler woke up, I'm sick and my husband is out-of-town so I thought something horrible had happened. Angry doesn't begin to describe it. I'm going to try to call the number given earlier.

These sleaseballs continue to fax spam to my number, of course without any opt out information. I've filed a formal complaint with the FCC since they have alreday been served an injunction. This should result in a fine of $11,000 per fax.

To Whom IT May Concern, These calls have been coming for almost a year with no sign of stoping.Sometimes 3 to 4 times a day every day.Once or twice a month between 3:00 & 4:00 am. RMG Communic. is calling from the 708 area code. I've received hundreds of calls over the last year from 708-538-0100 and 0200 series. At 1am, 2am, 3am, 10pm, 11pm and all hours of the day. No way to stop. Are there any solutions on this website or just a forum for complaints?

I am so sick and tired of early morning 3:00am phone calls. I get calls everyday. When I see the name on caller ID, I ignore it. I am going to place a block on the name and phone numbers associated with RMG Communications and I suggest you all do the same.

I reported this to the federal communications commission on their web site today. I also called the company to get on their do not call list at 972-248-9091. They said it takes 24 hours. Ya know these late night calls that I have been getting a couple times a week had really been starting to worry me. No one has my cell number. I use it stricktly to text. It's one of those cheapo cell phones from the dollar store that uses unit's of time. It uses a lot of units to talk, so I only text with it. I lost my husband this past December 29th. I was beginning to wonder if he was trying to send me a message from the other side or something. I guess I watch too much Sylvia Brown or something, but stranger things have happened to people I guess. Anyway, after getting the call last night at 2:43am I was unable to go back to sleep with all of these crazy thought's going through my head, so I went on the internet to do a reverse phone search. I was unable to find out too much and then I ran accross this site and I am glad I did. I must admit, I was a little freaked out. Anyway, Does anyone know how to get on the federal do not call list? Guess I will do some research on line to try and find out how. Oh also, someone mentioned we might be elligable for $500 bucks. I could sure use it. How do we go about collecting it? Also, someone told me we should put a request in writing to be taken off their call list and mail it to the company. So I am gonna do that as well. But, please, if anyone knows how to collect this $500 dollars, please let me know. Thanks!

This is freaking nut's!!! It has really been freaking me out getting these calls at all hours of the night. It call's my cell phone. Infact it called my cell phone right after I got it and no one even had my number yet. It's crazy. I get freaking calls all hours if the night for weeks now. Tonight I got one at 2:43AM and I have been up ever since trying to do number searches and I ran accross this site. Errrr!!! It feels good to vent but something has to be done about this crap! Two calls this week. One at 1:05a.m and this morning at 5:40a.m. This has been going on for years. I feel like a hostage in my own home. NO HELP from the nasty AT&T people. I plan on calling all of the numbers listed.

Same here, been getting calls from RMG for month's, all hours of the day. Just called "Hot Leads" @ 972-248-9091, they are located in Texas. I asked man if he knows who RMG is & he said "I think I have heard of them". I stated this was to be taken care of ASAP, my fax number to be removed. Guess we will wait & see. If not, look out RMG, I'm gonna join in on the law suit!!!!!

I have been receiving phone calls from RMG Communications (shows up on caller ID) for the past, at least, 10 months at all hours of the night and day. I typically get 2-3 or more calls per week. It sounds like a fax machine though doesn't transmit a fax to my machine. The first numbers are always 708-538- . The last numbers are always different. Some numbers I have tracked since May 2007 are: 0146,0156,0185,0176,0230,0243,0244,0277,0251,0143,0278,0153,0274,0281,0250,0257,0243,0248,0155,0249. When I call the number back, I hear a busy signal, just as I do when I call the number listed for them through the BBB. I have had numerous contacts with the Federal Trade Commission and ATT Annoyance Bureau. I have done everything they told me to do, including filing a police report. They say they can't do anything to help me because RMG may not have ATT and they can't trace it using *57. When I press *57, the trace feature, it says to check my number and redial. ATT can put a trap on the phone for $11.50, but they need 2 of the same number to report it to the police. I never get the same number twice. I am at witts end and have sleepless nights due to the calls the come at all hours. I tried emailing them but got the email returned. Any suggestion?

I am on the Do Not Call list and receive multiple calls from this number. This morning it was at 4:40am. After waiting on hold at (888) 225 5322 to speak with an FCC rep, I found out this is perfectly legal since they simply hang up and do not make a solicitation. She suggested buying a device at radio shack to zap the call. Unbelievable!

We frequently receive calls in the early morning hours from this #. It is becoming very annoying. What can we do??

Using the "Delete your Fax Number" phone doesn't work. Appearantly, they use a demon-dialer to find phone numbers that are fax numbers. Unfortunately, my phone automatically forwards to my cell at all times of the night/morning. Purely harassment. Is there any way that we can shut this number down?

BellSouth told me I had to change my phone Number or file a police report. I was unable to use Call block for this number. Has anyone else found out how to make it stop?

It's 1:41am on a Monday Morning. I've been writing everyone I can possibly think of in order to get this in the media. Hopefully with some pressure, someone can get this guy to quit calling us. Of course, I'm on the Do Not Call List too. I know that this is how they got my phone number. I had a private number and no one had ever called me before. Now, its random times during the night on a regular basis. I think its more than a coincidence. Thank you Adam for the info, I am calling Hot Leads first thing in the morning (after a lot of coffee since I do work, and have to be up in 4 hours). I don't know how a Class Action Law Suit works, but I am up for helping to move one along. By the way, I didn't hang up tonight after "RMG" called; they're still on the line after over an hour. Hopefully this is saving some of you from also being woken up. This Horne guy needs to be put in jail.

Called came at 2:43 a.m. I would never purchase anything from these unresponsible people. Thanks to these calls our young children where up for the day at 2:43 a.m. this morning. How can I stop these calls?

I just found a number that works to get in touch with Hot Leads. 972-248-9091. I spoke to Steve, and he told me that they are supposed to be a company who sends fliers to businesses only. I told him about the number of calls I am receiving and that I was on the do not call list, and that I wanted to have my number removed immediately. We will see if this works.

I receive constant calls from this, and it's always a fax signal. I suggest a class action suit against this company. It's a $500 offense, for each call, for anyone who is lsited on the DO NOT CALL registry.

I have received repeated calls from this #. Never been home, except this evening. They asked for my husband. When informed he was not home and could I take a message, I was told in RUDE terms "No, you cannot". And he hung up!!!!!!!

I called 1 800 317 8309 and got only a message "I'm sorry your call can not be completed as dialed. Please check the # and dial again. Then a young woman's voice: "D 2". AT&T says "we can block the number but the cost is $4.95 per month"...forever!

To have them stop calling, call 1-888-214-9322 and enter your phone number. I just received a fax from them and this number waws listed at the bottom. I had to call twice (busy signal) but was able to enter my number to stop the calls.

Apparently they did not remove me from their database when I spoke with Hot Leads one week ago as I just received a call from RMG Communications(770)405-2599. My next call to Hot Leads at 1-972-248-9091 will not be as cordial. Also I have cleared my schedule for the next few days and plan to call them at least 10 times tomorrow. After that I will add 10 calls a day to the original 10 until I have driven the receptionist to the brink of suicide.

Got their wake-up call at least twice now. Both at around 3:00 AM. I live quite close to their "office". Hmmmm....

I have had these same issues for at least 6 months and I get calls at all time day and night. I have a questions for anyone who has received these calls. Do you also use e-fax? I see that one of the company names used was J2 Communications and I thought that is the name of the company that owns efax.

I have received at least 30 calls from 770-405-2599 (RMG Communications) over the past few months and have never been able to speak with anyone or call the # back. Latest was this a.m. at 2:56 just after I had dozed off to sleep for the night after rushing my infant to the emergency room. I am also on the Do Not Call lists. Mr. Horne can expect to receive a fecal package at his home address shorly.

Based on Adam's entry in December, I visited the address of the computer Servera in Georgia, (1225 johnson ferry rd #300 marietta GA 30068). I talked to Rick Zavor from People Staff, who leases this office to Greg Horne, who lives in Texas. The office is locked, and Rick saidHe only saw Greg once, but knows Greg father was here also to work on the computer.

I told Rick about "HOT LEAD", all the trouble they are causing and the legal actions actions against them. He asked if they are doing anything illegal and I promised to print off the listing I found on

But now I wonder if I should do this, because if Hot Lead loses their lease, they'd simply move their operation elsewhere. At least now we know where they are. A friend who went with me said we should pee on the server, so we might want to keep that option open.

This "company" has been sending faxes to my business fax for months! When I call the number listed at the bottom of the fax to remove my fax number (which I have done dozens of times, the recording says "you will receive no more faxes after you receive a fax confirmation of this message." How convenient for them - I never received my confirmation but continue receiving faxes at all hours of the day and night! Thanks to Adam who provided additional information, I will take further action.

I have received many calls from this same #. I contacted ATT yesterday and found that RMG is a marketing company. Call your ATT rep, or phone rep, and they will have you removed from the RMG call list.

However, I heard that contacting them to get on their "do not call" list might get you off RMG's list, but they sell your number to other junkfax companies and you will get more numbers.

RMG Communications has been calling for weeks. It started off during the day, but this morning at 4:00 A.M they called again. I tried to call the 800 number but it no longer works!!!!!!!

This is a fax spamer based (by the number) out of atlanta GA. Anyone who gets a call to their cell phone is entitled to $500 in damages. So any of your cell phone owners can get the money. Its automatic. Just go to the FCC site and search for 'unsolicited calls cellphone'. I'm filing a complaint with the FCC for the numerous faxes I'm getting. Lets make this dip*hit pay!

New number popped up from RMG Communications. IT is 708-538-0175. They tried to fax something that I couldn't make out. I was able to block the number. I am now on my cell phone (*67ed, first of course) and now I am tying up their fax machine. I have about 4000 rollover minutes...I'm hoping this is making them mad.

This number is some type of fax service. I get several faxes from them each week. They usually consist of mortgage refinance offers or term life insurance. The form asks you to fill out some personal info and fax it back to 877-301-7630.

There's also a number to call to take your number off the list: 877-877-0718. I did that today. I don't trust them of course, but they have my number already so thought I'd give it a try.

These types of services tend to call in the middle of the night sending faxes and also calling blocks of numbers to find which ones have faxes attached to them.

If you search on RMG Communications on google, you should see a notice that the FCC sent Greg Horne from RMG on Sept. 9, 2006, giving him a formal warning. There is a contact name in there for the FCC. Please contact him with additional violations so that we may HOPEFULLY put these folks out of business. My 5am wake-up call was one too many!

My phone rang at 2:00 A.M. on Dec.22,2006 !!! I DO NOT Appreciate and would like to know who it was and what was so urgent to awaken me at this hour ? There was no reply after I said,"hell-o" When I tried to contact the next day and days afterwards, all I can get is " All circuits are busy at this time"

I have received two calls in the middle of the night from these people. I have also sent an e-mail to CBS46 investigates. Maybe if they get enough requests they will make this a story and put an end to these annoying calls!

This number has called both my wife's cell # and my cell # three separate nights in the past week. Last night was the last straw. I have called the number back during the day and believe it is a fax. So I have written a letter to fax back to them. Reverse Phone Number services want to charge for this, and I'll be happy to pay for the information and bill them for that AND the minutes used on my cell phone.

EVERY business night at 10:53, 10:54, or 10:55 I get this call! EVERY ONE!!! I called the 1-800 number tonight just to see who/what answered. It was the Hot Leads, but the options were simply: Dial-by-name directory, "If you know your party's extension, dial it now", and if you want to leave a message in our general voicemail box." I will try again tomorrow to get a person.

I received three calls from this number: Nov 29, 2006 @ 07:04 AM, Dec 03, 2006 @ 10:35 PM and Dec 21, 2006 @ 10:58 AM. Caller ID was "RMG COMMUNICATI". Fortunately, my number is a Vonage number (770 area code-Georgia) and is only used for voicemails.

Called my cell @ 2:30 AM and has called my wifes at 5:30AM. What the heck.

Called at 3am in the morning and said nothing. Also called a family member the night before at 2am. Who the #@%^ are these people and why are they calling!!!

For the past week I have been getting calls everynight, but one between the hours of 11:30pm-4am. Most of the time it is more around midnight. My caller ID just shows the #. They never leave a message or say anything when I answer.

Called my cell phone on 12/17/06 at 3:38am and again on 12/24/06 at 1:56am. I did not recognize the number and did not answer either time. No mesg was left.

Ever since I visited California on business, I've been getting calls from this RMG Communications with a number of 770-405-2599. Last call was on 24 Dec 06 at 4:03 am. And before that was on 23 Dec 06 at 12:33 am and several others before that, again all in the very early hours of the morning. I am on the nation DO NOT CALL list and I will file charges with DA's office next week

Received calls on 12/21 at 4AM and 12/22 at 12:15AM. We don't have caller ID, but we *69 both calls. With each call: 15 seconds after we said hello (and nothing else) the call ended on the other end. We are in zip code 30504, Gainesville, GA. Will someone please get these inconsiderate SOB's!

This number has called me about 3 times. Twice it was at 1 oclock in the morning, and the third it was 11 oclock at night. I pick up and no one is there. I cant call the number back because it says "Call Failed: Network Busy."

Called at 11:11 pm. No one on the other line. Just one beep then the phone disconnected after 12 seconds.

I received three calls from this number last night. At four am; five am; and at six am (exactly). You would have thought it learned the first time that I'm not a fax machine.

At 3:32 this morning we have caller ID and it said the call came from RMG Communications. This is unacceptable!!

I have been woken up by this number three different nights.

I RECEIVED A VERY DISRUPTING PHONE CALL THIS MORNING AT 2:19 (12-20-06), THIS CALL CAME OVER AS THOUGH IT WERE A FAX MACHINE TRYING TO CALL MY #.

called my cell phone at 12:47 yesterday morning and woke me up!

Woke us up at 5:33am this morning, 12/19; tried calling back - unsuccessful.

I called BellSouth who told me to call their Annoyance Center; they told me to call the FCC at 1-888-225-5322; they got frustrated with me (because I didn't know what they were selling) she told me they were a legitimate company & there wasn't going to be much I could do and sent me to the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357; he was very nice, took my complaint & told me to report it to the Do Not Call List - don't know what will come of it but I feel a little better!!

I called Hot Leads too at the 1-800 number; she sighed & told me, "OK, it'll take 24 to 48 hours and it'll be out" - thanks Adam for the number.

Received call from 770-405-2599 at 2:11 am on 12/19. The call came in on my call phone and scared me to death. Who is this, why are they calling everyone in the middle of the night and how can we stop it.

The phone ringing at that ungodly hour scared me. I thought it was a family emergency or something!

They called me at 3:27 AM on Sunday, December 17, 2006. I did not answer the call and they did not leave a message either.

Who hosts this site and why do they want to know when we recieved these phone calls? What are they doing with this information?

They called my house at 5:48 a.m. when my children we spending the night elsewhere after a Christmas party. It scared me half to death. I am also on the Do Not Call List. I will call that 800 number, but does anyone else know if the authorities are aware?

They called twice once at 12:58 on the home business line and once at 1:59 on the home line. This needs to stop

My caller ID show RMG Communications keep calling us day ,night even early in the morning and the # appear : 510-373-5417 I tried to call back but it not in service

they called my cell on 12/7/06 at 2:41am. i didnt answer because i was sleeping and didnt hear it ringing. i noticed it in my caller id the next morning.

I was awakened by 2 calls from RMG communication this morning. I am so mad and upset, who are these people?I too called my local telephone com. and got the address of this company but I would like to thank you adam for your kindness in forwarding this 800 # to us.I called them(hot lead), they told me it would take at least 24 hours for my name to be removed, then hung up. I called again had to get real nasty,I am also thinking of taking legal action

RMG COMMUNICATI called my house at 3:14 this morning. I did not pick up the phone because I had no idea who they were and why they would call at this time of day. They did not leave a message.

i recieved a call @ 0115 on 03DEC06. i have reasearched this and found the address of the company is 1225 johnson ferry rd #300 marietta GA 30068. people staff has leased this room to a greg horne, he lives somewhere in texas. all that i saw in the room was a computer and a mid sized server and alot of cat#5 wire coming from the server. the person i spoke with says " very rarly do we ever see gregg horne, sometimes computer techs show up to work on the computer so mr. horne does not have to fly from texas" .. i also found the real name of the company it is called "HOT LEAD" from what i have found the company is not supposed to be in opperation according to a 2005 court ruling. the # to hot leads is 1-800-317-8309 the owner is greg horne, i called and they removed my # i also informed them that i am on the GA DO NOT CALL LIST. now that i have all the info i need after a full day of reasearch i will persue this with my attorney to file a lawsuit. please take this info and file suit. ALL I WANT TO DO IS GET MY FULL NIGHT OF SLEEP!!!!!!!!

I tried to put this block this number using bellsouth's "call blocking" and the message stated "we're sorry, the number you dialed is not available with this service". Bellsouth stinks!

This made me mad enough to do some research. Here's what I found: Check out these 2 links and note the part where they say these guys have 48 Bellsouth lines in Atlanta, Ga junkfax.org and junkfax.org The bad news is, it doesnt look like there is anything we can do about it. If you think of something though, please post it.

Wife and I got woken up at 4:25 am Dec 2, 2006 but did not answer because her cell was in the other room. Seconds later my cell rings. My cell # is same as hers but up by one digit. Hers ends in 68, mine 69. This is obviously a computer dialing phone numbers in succession. Probably to find fax numbers to sell or send junk faxes to.

Called at 3:00 am. When I tried tro call this number back, the message said all circuits busy.

I have two cell phones, consecutive numbers, it called both at 3:35 a.m. I have a terminally ill mother and this gave us quite a scare, we jumped up from being fast asleep to answer but nothing, we tried to call back again nothing. This is unacceptable.
