I receive several phone calls a day from this number on numerous occasions I have tried to explain to these people that the number they are calling does not belong to the person they are asking for. I always receive the same response of someone telling me that they can't help me or continue on without a 16digit card number or a social security number. How am I suppose to give them a card number or a ss# if I am not who they are calling for. They have become very aggressive in their phone behavior and every time I ask to speak with a supervisor, they give me the same run around on how they can't help me because I don't have they 16digit card number or a ss#.
When you sign up for a BOA credit card in the fine print it states that BOA shares info with outside business' BOA is affiliated with such as FIA. Go to BOA's website and go to security/privacy preferences on their site map to opt out of these friggin' PITA phone calls.
Might help if I had credit cards with BOA (I don't) and was late on them (I'm not)! Called my work number and my home number within seconds of each other. Left no message at either.
I answer the phone and they hang up.

REFUND OF 84,00 THAT WAS CHARGED TO HIS CREDIT CARD OF BANK OF AMERICA AGAIN BECAUSE THEY PUT HIS CHECK TO PAY HIS BILL OF HIS CREDIT CARD FROM BOA 2 TIMES IN HIS CHECKING ACCOUNT IN CITIBANK AND MAKE A OVERDRAFT EITHER
FOR HIM AND THEY SEND A CHECK OF 84,00 AND PUT MORE 84,00 IN HIS CREDIT CARD BILL.

Received a call on my cell from this number. No message. Called number back and "Chris" answered identifying the company as Card Services. This is FIA Card Services working for Bank of America. They also use 757-533-7007. I don't have any accounts with Bank of America but I believe they got my cell number from a hotel stay at Hilton Garden Inn. Since February, I keep getting calls from Hilton Grand Vacations. I'm sure Hilton sold off my cell number!

Jerks keep calling and hanging up on answering, then calling back three minutes later, and again, and again. One after another. Why not leave a message and be done with it?
Caller calls hangs up does not leave a message. Or calls and leaves messages with noises from the back ground. Runs up my day minutes on my cell.

No one there but keep getting calls
This number called me as many as seven times in a row even after I had told them they had the wrong number and I would prosecute for harassment if it continued. At one point the man calling was shouting at me even as I was answering the phone (although I was just answering and hanging up so it wouldn't go to voice mail). What assholes. They also illegally obtained the number since it's an unlisted, pre-paid cell phone that's not registered to any name at all.

I had received numerous calls from this number on my cell phone. There was never any message left...so the last time the phone rang and I saw the number, I answered. They did say that it was Bank of America and to call an 866 number which I did, but it didn't work. So, from work, I called the 757 number and spoke with someone about the constant calls. They had an incorrect number in their DB and once verified, removed my cell phone number from their DB.
