How do I stop them from calling?

Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

HFC Beneficial. Left number to call back, which is (888)403-2952.
Did not leave message on machine. I called the number back and no one would answer the phone.every extension I tried, no one was available to take my call. Finally someone answered, wouldn't tell me what the company was and said there was no record of them calling our number, which I disputed because it was on our ID. She told me to answer the phone next time and I could find out what they wanted. I told her that's why I had an answering machine and if they were not going to leave a message not to call anymore!~
Someone from this # called today and did not leave a message. I do not have anything financed with ANY lenders.

Someone from this # repeatedly calls my son's new cell phone # asking for someone by the name of Patrick. We keep telling them there is NO ONE by the name of Patrick at this # and to Lose it! They keep on calling anyway - apologizing every time.... UGH!
