This call came in on 7/31/2008 at 6:10pm while I was talking to someone else.
I did not answer the call. Instead of a name, the Caller ID showed "New Jersey".

I, too, am on the do not call list - not that it seems to matter ...

Had a partial message on the answering machine. Something about pressing one if I was over 18. I deleted it before it finished. I am on the do not call list and have been for years. This was a recorded message.

Called at 8:23 on 2/20/08...something about a survey. I hung up.

Call 720-217-9072. Ask for Katie. She is in charge of customer database. Ask to be removed for their calling list. Worked for me.

received a call from Rasmussen Reporting. Asking my opinion on state of US, financials security, race, age, I didn't respond when asked age of my children., they hung up

They called my fax machine. Dumb ass.

I agreed to take their automated poll, against my better judgement. I answered a string of questions concerning my economic status, race, sex and political affiliation.

Then followed a bunch of questions about whether I thought things were getting better economically or not.

But then camea question about some stupid sports figure scandal. I hung up.

Received call asking me to take part in a survey. It gave me an option to be put on their do not call list. I chose that. I am also on the national do not call register. The Caller ID was OUT OF AREA.

Recieved call from this number on 3-7-07 @ around 11:00am CST Zip 70065 They left a message that was half over and all I could hear was "press 3 to remove from list". I'm on the National Do Not call List and I would like to know who to report them too? I thought this was agaist the law to harass us on our phones like this.

Was listed as out of area. The message on my voice mail said something TV shows. It came at 5:18 p.m. I am also on the Do Not Call list too and still got it!

I wasn't home at the time but my voice mail had thier pre-recorded message of a woman's voice saying "press 3 to be removed from thier list". Any initial words were said before the voice mail recorded them.

The call came in at 7:31 PM (PST), and I was not home at the time. I found it on Caller ID.

This is what I found out. We also got a call from Rasmussen Repor on 12/17/06.
Political solicitations are not covered by the TSR at all, since they are not included in its definition of “telemarketing.” Charities are not covered by the requirements of the national registry. However, if a third-party telemarketer is calling on behalf of a charity, a consumer may ask not to receive any more calls from, or on behalf of, that specific charity. If a third-party telemarketer calls again on behalf of that charity, the telemarketer may be subject to a fine of up to $11,000.

Rec'd call on Nov 30,2006 Said its a survey for television shows. Am on the "no Call" list. What good is the list IF These people keep calling?
It seems that they just keep volating this list without respecting our wishes !

Yet another unwanted polictical survey company... Shame the national do not call list was castrated when it was passed. It should have been an all or nothing calling list.

RASMUSSEN REPOR CALLS DURING DINNER. LEAVES NO MESSAGE 10/10 - 10/18

Got same survey message as others reported here. Left on my answer machine--only got part of their message, as their auto-dialers are too stupid to recognize answering machines. They gave a removal number, which as a practice, I DO NOT use, as they can't be trusted.

Everyday I have the same message on my answering machine. The number that shows up on my caller ID has a full voicemailbox, but you can call 732-776-9777 to be removed from the list.
I am on the do not call list.

Rasmussen seems to be an automated political polling number. The recording asked questions about current issues and how it might affect my vote on Election Day.

Rasmussen Report , September 25, Wyoming.... called me at night and began an automated political poll . I relied to the first few questions, including age and gender, but when it asked me my race/ethnic background, I balked and entered "0". After three tries to determine my ethnicity, the robot voice politely said goodbye and hung up.

I believe this phone poll to have originated from a Republican-hired contractor

My answering machine kicked on. It was some sort of prerecorded add about placing adds that would appear in various publications or media.
